This provides a certain mindset, a setting for the next day, prepares you for sleep and a full night’s rest, and increases your energy levels.

The Necessary Minimum for a Successful End to the Day

These are basic principles that absolutely everyone needs to know and apply if you want to sleep well and wake up rested.

  • Do not argue or sort out relationships before bed. If you need to discuss an important issue, postpone the conversation to an earlier time.

It’s no coincidence that the saying was invented: “Morning is wiser than evening.” It is better to solve important issues with a fresh mind, and new ideas most often come in the morning.

  • Do not watch TV (news, talk shows), or movies with violent content (horror, action, thrillers).

Those who reach a certain level of awareness in their lives generally stop watching TV altogether. But if you haven’t yet freed yourself from this habit, try not to do it for at least an hour before bed.

Your goal in this case is to calm your mind, bring yourself into a harmonious state, while TV excites the brain and drains energy.

  • Do not work late, do not take work home, even if deadlines are tight.

From my own experience, I realized that this is useless. If the brain has been active during the day for more than 8 hours, there is a high probability of making mistakes, simply from fatigue.

Show yourself love and care; no job is worth your sacrifice.

  • Learn to set boundaries.

Inform your circle that you do not answer calls or texts after 9 PM, for example.

Evening time should be dedicated to yourself and your family. We already spend most of our time away from home, so do not allow these precious hours to be taken from your family. Take care to create peace and harmony in the home.

And even if your loved ones are worried or agitated after a hard day, your presence, when you are in a calm state, will help them tune into that same wavelength.

Following these simple conditions creates the right mindset for a harmonious end to the day, increases your vitality, creates a sense of safety and well-being, and reduces the amount of stress in your life.

How to properly end the day. Recommendations for modeling the future

1. Give thanks for the past day

The first thing you must do before sleep is thank the departing day for everything it has given you.

It does not matter whether the events were positive or negative; value and wisdom are contained in every situation, even if you have not yet seen them.

The simple practice of gratitude, when you begin and end your day with it, can work wonders and unravel even the most difficult circumstances.

2. Recall your achievements for the day

Evening time before bed is a great moment to note what you managed to accomplish during the day.

Recall at least 5 achievements, no matter whether big or small.

For example, did 30 push-ups. For someone, this is a mere trifle, but for me personally, it is an achievement, as I always sabotage exercising.

Write down all such events and actions in your achievement diary. Everything you allowed yourself or, on the contrary, stopped in time, did not say something unnecessary or hurtful to a loved one, refrained from an unnecessary purchase.

3. Relax your body

Lying in bed before sleep, try to achieve deep relaxation of your body.

Start with your toes, feet, gradually moving up through your entire body. Simply fix your attention on each part of the body and relax it.

If it is difficult to relax at first, go through intention. Say to yourself: “My feet, shins, knees are relaxed” and pay attention to your sensations at that moment.

Do the same with your arms, back, lower back, chest, neck, and facial muscles.

If you have inner vision, scan each organ for blocks, tension, or painful sensations.

As a rule, after such a procedure, the body is enveloped in a wave of warmth. This practice helps relax and fall asleep quickly. And if you fill each part of the body and organs with golden light, a healing effect will also occur.

This practice teaches you to love your body. If you have difficulty with this, use it regularly before bed, and your body will begin to respond to your care.

4. Ask your spiritual guides to guide you on the right path

This can be a general request for higher spiritual guidance: “Please show me my true path,” or a more specific one if you are concerned about a particular issue.

5. Send your etheric double for training
