Pyramid of Light and Power — a spiritual technique transmitted by Archangel Michael through Ronna Herman.
The essence of the technique is to build a personal pyramid in the fifth dimension, which helps:
- raise vibrations and balance oneself,
- heal oneself (or another person),
- resolve conflict situations at the highest level.
I first heard about the technique of creating the Pyramid around 2006. At that time, I was actively scouring spiritual forums for information.
I had quit the school where I worked as an English teacher for 10 years. I left with no plan, without the slightest idea of how to earn a living or raise my daughter…
Plus, I was going through an encounter with a twin flame, who chose the path of least resistance and decided he was not ready to radically change his life, even to fulfill the spiritual mission placed upon us.
To be completely honest, I was completely overwhelmed back then. Summer, vacations, close friends had scattered, and I was all alone, not knowing how to pull myself out.
So, I decided to erect a pyramid of light for myself. What if it worked?! ))
I didn’t dare set it up at home — after all, I was living with my child at my parents’ house, and who knew how it might affect my loved ones.
Erecting the Pyramid of Light
Behind our house stretched a young forest, where I chose an open clearing (coincidentally, there was a lot of ripe wild strawberries there, which inspired me), spread out a mat, lay down on it, closed my eyes, and began to “build” strictly according to the instructions.
The pyramid is crystalline, i.e., transparent… but for a long time, I couldn’t visualize anything other than the Pyramid of Cheops in Egypt.
Then there was a hitch with the capstone crystal — it turned out incredibly large…
Personal Pyramid of Light and Power in the Fifth Dimension
Well, since I had already strayed from the recommendations, I wanted to go even further, and I gave the pyramid my own name: Pyramid of Love and Power.
I needed them so much at that moment.
For working in the pyramid, it does not matter at all WHERE you are at that moment located: at the level of the fifth dimension, the factors of time and space do not apply.
But it was important for me to physically perform all the actions… to believe that it was not a product of my fevered, exhausted imagination, but a fact.
Well, at night, lying on my favorite couch, I set off on my first healing session.
And the fact that I sort of succeeded did NOT convince me that the technique works and that I can do it. My brain needed more proof.

Field Tests of the Pyramid
I returned repeatedly to the clearing where, in theory, the pyramid was supposed to stand… but the absence of any sensations from being there bothered me.
I could easily transport myself into the pyramid from home, but in the clearing I felt nothing. This gave rise to doubts.
Which were quickly resolved when an acquaintance from Estonia came to visit me. (Read more: dimensional Magic 3-4-5)
We were walking in the forest when he became curious about what was “hovering” above the ground… ABOVE the ground, about 5-7 meters from its surface ))
And yes, unlike me, my acquaintance was a seer; he not only felt the presence of the pyramid but also saw it hovering above the ground.
What a relief I felt!
Yes, it worked. I can do it. And there is real proof of that!
By the way, that was when I understood the importance of GROUNDING, both for myself personally and for all my creations on the subtle plane.

Using the Pyramid of Light
Having confirmed that the technique works and obtained the necessary evidence for my mind, I began actively using the resource at my disposal.
I entered the pyramid to harmonize and balance emotions, for healing and calming, to analyze complex situations…
Let me give a couple of examples that stood out the most.
A young man, with whom I accidentally activated the energy of the twin flame, came down with a fever. I was in Oryol, he was in St. Petersburg, and the next day he had to go to work — sick leave was not an option.
I offered him the use of my pyramid: he gave permission over the phone and passed out. I virtually guided him there myself, laid him on a crystalline bed, and left him to “heal” overnight.
Please note: if you want to use any spiritual technique for someone else, be sure to ASK FOR PERMISSION — either from the person directly or from their Higher Self.
After visiting the pyramid, the patient’s temperature indeed subsided. Another small victory.
The second example is related to HUMILITY and ACCEPTANCE in resolving painful situations.

In addition to the crystalline bed for healing, you can place a crystalline table in the Pyramid, to which you invite ALL persons involved in the situation, both their personal selves and their higher aspects.
You place the energy-informational package with what troubles you on the table and surrender the situation to higher powers for resolution.
This implies your readiness to ACCEPT what follows from this.
You outline the problem, hand over its resolution to above, and THAT’S IT.
Personally, the solution I received in response caused indignation:
I am strong. Surely I can handle it?!
Since it was about a relationship with a young man that was not working out despite our efforts, I can now confidently say:
I wish I had heeded the advice received in the Pyramid.

Meditation with the new rays of individual expression
From the message of Ronna Herman, October 2019:
Let us begin with the physical vessel:
Enter your personal Pyramid of Light and lie down on the crystal table. You may ask for a Ray of health and vitality to be radiated into your physical vessel, or Rays of beauty, youth, alignment, strength, grace, clear vision and hearing, flexibility, and any other qualities that improve your physical condition that come to mind.
Invoke and activate only one or two energies of each Ray at a time. (Read more: algorithm for Returning to a Resourceful State [Practitioners Only])
Know that your Divine I AM Presence and your Oversoul / Higher Self will oversee the process and ensure that you absorb only the amount of these powerful energies that is necessary.
You must desire not only accelerated transformation, but also that the law of ease and grace always applies. You must enjoy the process, dear ones.
The time of painful lessons, traumas, stresses, and failures can end if you allow the process to work for you, moving out of the sphere of cause and effect or karma into the higher-frequency spheres where the Law of Grace operates.
Now let us turn our attention to the emotional body:
Standing at the head of your crystal table, observe how your Emotional Body manifests and takes shape on the table. What do you see it as?
Study it and observe the various shades, colors, and forms that compose it. You may be surprised by what you see. Regardless of what you feel, be objective, and over time, your inner sensations will intensify.
You may begin by asking that the frequencies of the Creator’s pure love Ray pour forth and fill you, washing away all feelings of inadequacy, guilt, shame, and doubt. Then turn to the Ray of compassion, the Ray of mercy and forgiveness, the Rays of receptivity, passion, peace, harmony, goodwill, better intuition, courage, and so on.
Then observe how your emotional body becomes filled with each of these energies, absorbing the maximum amount you need at this moment. (Read more: dialogue with the Higher Self [Meditation Inside])
Now focus on the mental body:
Again, standing at the head of your crystalline table, watch how your mental body manifests and takes shape on the table. What do you see it as?
Is it truly strong and well-formed, or muted with mixed and distorted colors?
Ask the Rays of truth, will, valor, wisdom, intellect, focus, creativity, Divine thought, language/patterns of Light, sacred geometry, discipline, organization, scientific information, order, the Rays of receiving and giving, to flow into your personal Pyramid of Light from the large generator crystal hanging above the center of the table.
Your Divine Spark of God – the I AM Presence – will filter the Essence of each Ray of expression in its purest form into your Etheric copy.
Watch how the Pyramid becomes filled with the Essence and power of each of these Rays as they saturate everything within. (Read more: why do we resist humility, and what is its true value)
Know that you are integrating the gifts of each Ray (absorbing the amount you need) through the column of Light in which you now stand.
You may also focus on the etheric body:
Your Etheric Body contains the blueprint of your Light Body.
The Etheric Body surrounds the physical vessel, and before manifesting in the physical body, distortions and imperfections appear in it. This is now completely changing.
The essence of creating a perfect physical form is stored in the Etheric Body, and you must again fill this part of your Being with harmonious Light so that it becomes accessible to your physical body.
What does your Etheric Body look like? Do you see or imagine dark webs of distorted energy within it? Are there denser or darker areas? Where are they located?
Ultimately, this ability will become natural for your more refined consciousness. Your etheric body – elemental consciousness – will begin to tell you where there is disharmony and disturbance in your body, and where you are most likely to feel medical issues or illness will arise.
Furthermore, while in the alpha state of Light, you may wish to focus on the physical body for one to two weeks, preparing the body to receive and manifest these powerful energies.
If you somehow begin to feel disorientation or discomfort, pause the process for a day or two. Allow Spirit to guide you, and do not focus on the successes or achievements of others. You are touching your own Divine mind and activating your own creative abilities.
Whenever you wish, you can focus on the colors of the Rays that are projected onto you; however, please concentrate primarily on feeling the qualities of each Ray. Your aura will change each time you absorb the next Ray of expression.
Henceforth, as you radiate the Love/Light of the Creator, it will absorb the enhanced qualities of each Ray. In doing so, you will begin to project your own unique Ray of Divine Light – your Song of the Soul – your gift to humanity.
Transformation of the Pyramid of Light
For those who love to experiment, I will give a hint on how to enhance the effect of the Pyramid of Love and Power.
Let me remind you that the pyramid is located at the level of the fifth dimension.
It is quite possible that the vibrations of this plane are already insufficient for you.
You can easily place a pyramid of the seventh dimension directly above the fifth-dimensional pyramid, and a pyramid of the ninth dimension above that.
This will result in three pyramids, nested one inside the other.
I use the triple pyramid when it is necessary to establish protection from interference at the soul level.
Why, I won’t explain… This information is for those who are truly “in a bind.”

I hope my experience will be useful to those who still doubt whether spiritual practices work, and what the outcome will be for them personally…
