3 ways to establish a connection with your advanced version
Learn to trust yourself and establish a connection with yourself.
You are a master; you have achieved success in certain areas of life. Connect with these parts.
Method 1 — for relieving tension
If you are worried about an unpleasant situation you’ve gotten into, imagine yourself in a week, a month, or a year.
What will you be doing? Perhaps you already have specific plans for that time.
Are you sure that in a month the problem you’re facing now will still bother you?
I’m sure it won’t. When you ask yourself this question, the grip of control will loosen and the anxiety will fade.
Mentally, you move into the future where you have already overcome this fear, lived through this event — gained experience and calmed down.
This method works well in situations where you are nervous before some inevitable event: a public speech, an exam, an upcoming painful medical procedure.
Method 2 — for manifesting an intention
Make contact with your future version while in a meditative state.
Ask to see that version of you where you already possess what you desire (perfect health, material abundance, family, etc.).
Tune in to that version. Find the differences between you in the present and your future self. Feel what it means to be the one who already has what you only dream of.
Ask to be shown the steps to achieve your goal or to find a way out of a situation you consider a dead end.
Go through a meditation where you meet your future Self, who will support your present self and give you confidence.
Method 3 — for solving problems
Learn to establish a connection with your future self. Do this before sleep, when your brain calms down and operates on an alpha frequency. Talk to your advanced part as you would to a close person.
If you have requests, unresolved questions, or ideas, send them to your future self before sleep.
When you establish a strong connection, you will easily receive answers.
You may wake up already on a different vibrational frequency, at a higher level where your question resolves itself. Or you will receive a ready-made answer on how to change the circumstances.
Your advanced part, which already knows everything, will gladly share its experience with you.
Your past selves also need help and support.

To find an answer to a question or solve a problem, you don’t always need to turn to external sources. Just learn to trust yourself.
Remember that you always have access to any of your experience, even if it hasn’t been gained yet. Don’t deprive yourself of the opportunity to use it.
