You were lucky to be born a Woman. Congratulations! And I am with you!
You are one of those women who love to collect herbs, pebbles, and pick the right words: for each person their own and at the right time.
You are one of those who steer: society, a company, a family, a husband. You are one of those who support relatives and girlfriends. You are one of those who take care of the most beloved — yourself.
The great strength and at the same time weakness of a woman: to give (and to some, to surrender) and to serve (but not to be subservient).
Where to find strength? I invite you to enter the flow of your resources. In this article, I suggest using 11 sources of restoring and preserving feminine energy.
I have learned to track the first signs of a decline in internal resources in myself and others:
- fault-finding,
- heightened emotionality and criticism,
- irritability towards children and husband.
Fatigue and illness arrive, and then: your husband, loved ones, and children begin to get sick or distance themselves. They subconsciously sense your low-resource state.
And you rapidly run in a vicious circle, thereby only worsening the situation.
A woman is happy — those around her are happy… And vice versa.
So what to do? To start, write on one sheet of paper everything that brings you into a resourceful state, and on another, everything that steals your energy. These could be people, things, events, or psychological states.
And then learn to replenish it.
I will share my experiences, my beacons. I am sure you also have something to share!
11 sources of restoring and preserving feminine energy
1. Harmony of masculine and feminine principles
In each of us, regardless of gender, both yang, masculine, and yin, feminine, energy are combined.
In our society, masculine energy dominates. The world demands that you be goal-oriented, productive, and active.
Most people try to meet society’s ideal: higher education, career, husband, children, home, sports, travel.
Actions are expected of you. And you run like a hamster on a wheel, but you see no meaning or purpose.
You are irritated, aggressive, or exhausted and drained in the eternal race to meet others’ demands. You are losing yourself.
Feminine energy balances masculine energy. It is energy directed into your very essence, where feelings, sensations, and intuition slumber. And femininity, and love.
Masculine energy, unbalanced by feminine energy, loses depth of quality, while feminine energy without masculine energy stagnates somewhere in inertia.
A harmonious ratio of these two energies gives you a good foundation for a resourceful state.
You feel strength and inner harmony. You are able to look into your inner world and listen to your body and sensations.
You feel inner peace, you are honest with yourself and whole in all your manifestations.
Go through the meditation “Balancing Masculine and Feminine Energy” to balance the masculine and feminine within yourself.
2. Meditation, Prayer
It is scientifically proven that during prayer or meditation, a switch occurs from Alpha to Beta level of perception and, by the way, heart rhythm is restored.
Meditation is a way to hear the higher principle that flows through you. To hear your true self.
And prayer is a tool for your conversation with higher powers. Incorporate them into your system of daily rituals.
The main value of this resource is to return to a state of a calm mind, to step out of the chaos of thoughts, to come back and feel yourself in your entirety.

3. Practices: love, forgiveness, gratitude, grounding
There are many good practices. They are your helpers. Seek them out. Intuition and the body will guide you. And most importantly — practice.
When I counsel people who complain about communication problems, the first thing I offer them is the practice of filling with love. It helps preserve feminine energy.
Great power lies in understanding love for oneself, for others, for everything around, and for the higher mind. A deep understanding.
The practice of filling with love heals many anxiety states, panic attacks, problems with diction and low self-esteem. And it is especially beneficial for mothers with postpartum depression and with troubled children.
The free introductory course “Activation of unconditional love through the chakras” will help you fill with love.
4. Managing attention
We are all constantly running somewhere. Slow down, scan where you are directing your attention. That is where your energy goes as well.
With daily practice, after some time your consciousness will scan automatically.
In this way, you develop the mastery of the Observer — the ability to look at a situation from the outside. And then YOU choose.
Be mindful in your choice of people and situations. Of course, your life often requires you to engage in others’ games, but you can manage this process through your awareness and attention.
Adjust the timing, nature, and intensity of your involvement. Or, if absolutely necessary, play your role, but do not get emotionally involved, as if gliding your attention through it (like with automatic actions, such as brewing tea).
You always have the choice to step out of the game.
We offer two simple meditations to help you enter the state of an observer.
5. Mindfulness and Responsibility for Actions, Desires, Words, Thoughts
Infantilism (inability/unwillingness to take responsibility for one’s actions, desires, words, thoughts) is a transitional quality in the process of growing up.
For adults, this is a destructive behavioral model. If you or your loved ones possess this trait, it can and should be worked on.
Often, adult individuals use infantilism as a means of manipulating others or “falling” into a victim state.
And the power of the word? A word can both kill and heal. Give a name, and you bestow a destiny. A word can ignite war and bring peace.
I recall with love the famous speeches of Nelson Mandela, who, having endured all the horrors of persecution and prison, restored strength to himself and his people through words of forgiveness and recognition.
Spells, affirmations, oaths, promises — do you realize their power? You bear responsibility for wielding the gift of speech.
Much has been written about the power of thought as an active resource. This is one of the main topics of research in science, literature, philosophy, and esotericism.
Our capabilities in this area have expanded many times over in the last decade.
Desires and dreams are one of the tools for «extracting» resources. And yes! — Here your feminine mastery will help you.
It is based on understanding the foundation of desires:
- desires imposed by external influence,
- desires imposed by the ego,
- desires born from the heart.
I call you to awareness and responsibility. You can create, or you can mess things up. The main rule of the universe: free will. It cannot be violated.
Check your desires for truthfulness using three signs.
6. The ability to receive, carry love, and give it to yourself, others, and the entire universe
For me, my attention is a part of me, a part of my light of love. I value it. I have realized the power of this resource.
My attention is significant both for me and for my world. It brings many wonders. And yours can do a lot too.
What about you? Do you understand the full value of your attention and love? To whom do you give them?
Take time to share love and your attention with everything dear around you. This makes you, and through you others, stronger.
And conversely, disperse your attention, do not get stuck on what you do not need at the moment. This makes you weaker, and at the same time steals your attention and love from what is most dear and necessary.
Learn to invest a particle of love into your touches, gaze, thoughts directed at an object.
Start with people you love, pets, plants. Make it a habit.
Conduct an audit of everyday tasks and individuals that feed on your attention and love. Is this your conscious choice?
Note — all stages of love are important and work as a system: receiving love, carrying it within, and giving it. The ability to love elevates you to a divine level and grants you supreme power.

7. Things in Your Life
Remember the saying: “My home is my fortress, a place where we replenish our energy”? What is it about?
Every thing carries energy and information. When you select an item like the right note in your home’s symphony, you get a beautiful melody that plays for you, delights you, and fills you with energy.
Moreover, things can be programmed for your tasks.
Conversely, things that are not harmonious with you drain your energy.
The solution is simple, yet for many so difficult: conduct an audit, throw away or give away.
One effective method for systematic decluttering is the Marie Kondo method. By releasing unnecessary energy, you signal to the Universe that you are ready to let something new into your life.

You will learn why to get rid of the old and how to clear your mind of junk.
What to do if you live with others (e.g., your mother-in-law) who also have their own “melody of things” in your shared home? Or, for example, if your husband collects something that is disharmonious to you?
Here, it is important to negotiate. You can also “negotiate” with the thing itself: “I acknowledge you as a value for my husband (mother-in-law). I welcome you into my home. Carry love and grace within you. This is my choice, here and now.”
Find your approach. The main thing is to neutralize your attitude toward an object and integrate it into the energy of your home.
That is why it is important for each family member to have their own personal place of power (a room, a corner, a desk, an armchair). Reinforce it with your intention. I especially recommend this for anxious children.
8. Living in Your Own Flow
The tragedy of a person who has lived a life not their own, lost their energy, and sometimes sacrificed their health in this alien game is so relevant today.
I call upon myself and you: be vigilant and conscious! A simple but important question helps here: “Who needs this? Does it align with my goal?”
Asking yourself this question, feel how your body reacts, ask your heart again. There are also long-term “stuck points” when the body and heart cannot be heard.
Then people seek help to find the keys to these resources.
And conversely, perhaps the greatest source of energy comes from the work of your life — that great service which corresponds to your uniqueness and the plan of the higher universe.
Not slavery, but higher service. This is the pulse of your life. It brings joy and gives energy, according to your “necessity” in the overall system and your role within it.
Personally, I am not a supporter of endlessly searching for your calling. It lies in the most conscious living. The main thing is not WHAT to do, but HOW.
And here, inner honesty is of great importance. We lie to ourselves, covering up the comfort of someone else’s game. But freedom requires the voice of inner honesty. Only it grants a wonderful resource.
What does your voice tell you?

9. The Ability to Deliver Results Through Others
This wonderful skill significantly raises your level of mastery.
This is an important condition for effective resource coexistence in a family or a team. Good leaders deliver results through motivation and the ability to unlock the talents of others.
At its core lies faith and love for others. As soon as I grasped this meaning for myself, a new door opened in a vast field of possibilities: “I believe in you, you can do it. Everyone has the right to make mistakes.”
Here, mindfulness helps when choosing the roles of rescuer and victim, for which each person bears their own responsibility.
And every time you put on the rescuer’s hat, you simultaneously increase the number of victims around you.
By taking responsibility for others, you ultimately lose your energy and weaken your partners. A person needs the experience of overcoming through their own active stance. This also applies to children.

10. Time for Yourself
Finally give others the opportunity to take care of you and allow yourself proper rest.
A woman is like Mother Earth: give her rest, and she will delight herself and others with her fertility, as the foundation of creativity and the joy of being.
Personal rest is not just lying on the couch; it is also being alone with yourself, engaging in creativity, music, poetry, or sports.
Define your list of activities and states that recharge your batteries.

11. Communion with the beautiful: art, music, poetry, interesting people, creativity, nature
Add your own list. Enter it into your plans. Heal yourself with beauty!
These are your «anchors» for accumulating positive energy: if possible, remember your impression in detail (colors, smells, details), preserve it, «retrieve» the image when you need it, and enjoy it again and again.
Think about how it is most convenient for you to anchor images: through sketches, keeping a diary, poetry…
This reserve of resource gives you a wonderful opportunity to develop imaginative thinking. And this is the foundation of many practices and your mastery as enchantresses.
People are also included in this category. Let me remind you of the «presumption of beauty in a person»: every person is unique and carries a particle of the highest beautiful principle.
Find, notice, admire! So easy and yet so difficult in reality.
Make it a habit to observe the behavior, facial expressions, and appearance of those around you. Start with the closest ones: note the shade and shape of the eyes, the reflection of light, the manner of looking, in detail.
And how long has it been since you looked into your husband’s eyes? And did you notice when that little wrinkle appeared on the bridge of his nose?
Another exercise. Allow yourself to fall in love (even if only briefly) with a stranger who, for some reason, you initially do not find attractive.
You have delved a bit into the topic; further — your choice and your actions.

So, there are basic levels of acquiring resource:
- physical (food, sleep, sex, and so on),
- psychological (through relationships with others),
- personal (you find resources within yourself),
- spiritual (accessing concepts of selfhood and Supreme unity).
What level are you at? Do you know how to use all the possibilities?
Unfortunately, it is easy to get “stuck” at the first two levels, which are genetically ingrained in us as a survival instinct.
And then you depend on the approval of others, on the conditions of your living environment. They support you, but they can also break you.
But mastery of your own life creation begins at the transition to the sources of personal and spiritual resource.
This opens up wonderful opportunities for you to be filled with love, a sense of belonging and unity with everything around you. And you embark on the path of self-sufficiency and gain freedom.
I wish you to find and nurture your personal and spiritual resource. Then you will transition into the state of a Creator and create your reality for the benefit of yourself and others.
Feel it: the universe lives through you. Life is the dancer, you are the dance. What is your dance today?
At all stages of life, your movements are unique and beautiful. And even in a fall, there is a bottom from which you can push off into a new flow.
And in the dance of the last breath, there is strength and beauty. This is your choice. Bon voyage!
