7 signs that you have failed

If something is off with your inner state, it’s important to catch the first signs of it early on, before you completely fall into a hole.

Otherwise, it can lead to depression, losing control of your life, and destroying your health and relationships.

That’s why it’s useful to list the symptoms that help you determine that you’ve fallen out of expanded consciousness.

Awareness is a powerful tool that, in a critical situation, gives you a “head start” of a few seconds — that moment when you make a choice: to act the old way or to take a new path.

So today I’m sharing the symptoms with you, but I’ll keep the recipe for the cure to myself )))

As soon as you realize that it’s not the world around you that has suddenly become gray and dreary, but that you yourself have started perceiving it that way, your main task is to SWITCH. You can do this in different ways…

7 signs that you’ve fallen into a hole

1. You fall into self-pity

“God, why is this happening to me!”

You feel like a VICTIM. A victim of circumstances. You forget that you are the Creator of your life, that everything in your life is created by you, and therefore, it is within your power to change it.

The danger of self-pity is that at that moment you hand over responsibility for your life to other people… and those hands aren’t always clean or kind towards you.

2. You feel small and worthless

In a state of flow, you feel like a part of something greater… You know you are loved and supported in any situation.

In a moment of falling, you lose the feeling of connection with all that Is, feeling lonely or even abandoned.

You are a tiny human being that no one cares about. The connection to the higher aspects of yourself is blocked, and you think from your tiny 3D box.

3. You are led by your emotions

“Like attracts like.”

Strong emotions serve as the catalyst that triggers a chain of coincidences and events in your life.

Who you meet on your path, what experiences you will have to go through, whether you will cope with the next challenge — all of this depends on your emotional state.

Increased irritation, displeasure, a feeling of dissatisfaction with yourself that accompany your “fall” act like a magnet, attracting corresponding people to you… people who will once again confirm that you are living in vain, that you have nothing to hope for, and that everything good goes to others.

It’s better to greet the day like this:

4. You act “on autopilot”

Switching off awareness is one of the most obvious signs of a fall.

All your knowledge/abilities/skills acquired on the path of spiritual self-improvement disappear, and in their place, the survival instinct kicks in.

Instead of a “toolkit” with a set of tools that would instantly return you to a state of equilibrium and balance, you have at your disposal a set of instincts and automatic reactions: you’re scared — you need to run, you’re in pain — you need to hide, you’re threatened — become invisible.

5. You don’t want to get up in the morning

Why even wake up if your life seems gray and dreary? If this day is no different from the previous one: the same worries, problems, and hardships.

Life is a burden that you are forced to drag along.

Remember: the first 12 seconds after waking up lay the foundation for this day. It is in this moment that you can break the gloom and color your day with joy and pleasure!

6. You constantly face obstacles

It is believed that obstacles appear on your path when you are going in the wrong direction… That is true, but with one exception.

In most cases, you CREATE the obstacles yourself. Why?

To prove to yourself that you really are a “loser,” that you were right to doubt yourself, that you shouldn’t take on anything new, it won’t work out anyway…

All of this happens on a subconscious level. You sink into an illusion where you punish yourself.

But in a higher state, everything looks exactly the opposite:

7. You feel powerless

Much is learned through comparison and contrast.

Each of you has moments when you feel ALL-POWERFUL. You know for sure that you can achieve anything you desire.

You are connected to the universal internet and your possibilities are LIMITless.

If you have fallen into a slump, your strength drains away into nothing. You simply don’t feel it.

You forget that you can replenish your resource at any moment (with the help of energy exercises, for example), your energy is at zero, and by evening you collapse from exhaustion.

* * *

It doesn’t matter how many symptoms you count in yourself during a slump.

The very first step is TO SEE them and realize that you have fallen out… fallen out of your usual creative state.

The faster you can do this, the faster you will take measures to change the situation.

“Until reality is recognized, it is not controlled, but merely ‘happens.'”
