In the previous article, we thoroughly examined the symptoms that signal a person has “fallen through.”
Many people don’t even notice this at all.
The “concrete slab” on their head seems so familiar and habitual that they perceive the transition into a creative state — when they are full of energy and feel omnipotent and one with all that exists — as something unusual… for them, it’s a powerful breakthrough.
But this is a person’s NATURAL state?!
So, when you:
- Fall into self-pity
- Often feel in a bad mood
- Feel small and worthless
- Are led by your emotions
- Act on “autopilot”
- Don’t want to get up in the morning
- Face constant obstacles
- Feel powerless
it’s safe to say that you have FALLEN THROUGH.
And the very first step on the path to “healing” is TO SEE and realize that you have fallen out… fallen out of your usual creative state.
The faster you do this, the sooner you will take measures to return TO YOURSELF!
If you have “fallen through” — How to get out of the 3D pit
As soon as you realize that it’s not the world around you that has suddenly become gray and dreary, but that you yourself have begun to perceive it that way, your main task is to SWITCH.
You can do this in different ways:
1. Turn on music that inspires you
Irritation, fatigue, and a bad mood create a cocoon of low-vibration energy around you.
Gather your collection of tracks and compositions that allow you to attune to a higher vibration.
What could be simpler than turning on your favorite songs in your player and going about your usual activities!
Usually, in this state, you’re drawn to something melancholic and even decadent, matching your mood… Switch immediately!
My recommendations: Snatam Kaur, Robert Coxon, Deva Premal are perfect.
I myself, in such moments, turn on Hallelujah performed by Anastasia Dobrovolskaya )))
2. Watch a heart-wrenching movie
When you fall through, you feel isolated, unappreciated, and misunderstood. Bitterness and self-pity grow inside.
At this moment, your heart closes with heavy armor, meant to protect you.
It’s impossible to enter a creative state with a closed heart!
So, your task is to restore your own sensitivity. This can be done through meditative practices (see point 6).
Or combine benefit and pleasure while watching a good movie.
Comedies won’t work. You need a film that touches your soul and makes you empathize!
For example, these:
3. Immerse yourself in vivid impressions
Your soul is nourished by bright colors. Give it that. Even if you “don’t feel like it”!
Get out of the house. Walk through shops, galleries, museums. In real life or virtually (the internet makes this possible).
Personally, I am very inspired by the lights of the night city.
And last night we ended up in a fairy tale: there was fog outside, and we decided to drive to the sea… The rustle of the waves, milky fog all around, and the mesmerizing light of the lanterns… total surreal. Too bad the camera can’t capture this beauty.

4. Do what you love
When you immerse yourself in what you love doing, obsessive thoughts, doubts, and questions fade into the background.
You activate your creative spark and you CREATE.
You might not catch the buzz from what you’re doing right away… the main thing is, don’t stop halfway. This is your resourceful state, and you know it.
So don’t put it off for later, make time to dive passionately into what you love.

5. Retreat into nature
There’s no bad weather in nature, no bad mood. Nature allows you to balance yourself naturally.
Even if you go for a walk with the whole family, ask them not to bother you for about 10 minutes. Step aside, listen to the sound of the wind, the creaking of trees, touch the rough bark. Gaze at the sky. Absorb nature’s balance with every cell.
After you’ve shifted your focus, it’s time for the next step. Now you are more or less balanced and can do simple practices that will support you in returning to your usual state.
Any methods of harmonization and balancing will work, practices for opening the heart and building the vertical channel of the Spirit, as well as energy practices to raise your energy level.
6. Open your Heart
Your grudges, complaints, anger at yourself, and self-criticism, drop by drop, block the energy channels of your heart.
But the heart has its own brain, nervous system, and produces hormones — this has been proven by American scientists, in particular the hormone oxytocin, which regulates your mood and overall well-being.
Just imagine: the heart controls your brain through the emotions and feelings you experience.
What commands are you sending when your heart is closed?
There are many practices aimed at opening the heart/heart chakra.
As an option, I suggest a practice from the free course “Flashmob of the 7 Spiritual Laws”:
You will learn the best practices for opening the heart in the course “7 Keys of Mindfulness 2.0”.
Unveil your best and brightest feelings, tune into the flow of joy and love, activate the endless inner source of energy.
7. Ask for the blessing and support of your Higher Self
In a moment of falling low, you feel like a little person, so ordinary and immediate, that you most likely forget that you are not just your body, your thoughts, and your feelings.
You forget that there is a wiser and more advanced part of you — your Higher Self, which does not interfere in your life until you ASK for it.
And so, “Ask and it shall be given to you”!
If you have never met/communicated with this part of yourself, the Dialogue with the Higher Self meditation will help you with this.
8. Forgive yourself for the failure
Whatever the cause of your state, know that you subconsciously consider yourself responsible, and in severe cases, guilty for what happened.
The Ho’oponopono cleansing technique consists of 4 stages: I am sorry. Please forgive me. Thank you. I love you.
Many years ago, when my world, as it seemed to me, was crumbling before my eyes, phrases arose in my mind:
I forgive you. I thank you. I release you with love.
For several hours straight, I repeated them out loud like a mantra, and then I realized I had forgotten an important element, and added: I forgive myself!
Forgive YOURSELF for this experience. Thank YOURSELF for it. And release it with love.
9. Sing the Song of Gratitude
This song is associated with the mystical experience of many people. For it to work for you, it’s important to fulfill 3 conditions: 1) find solitude for about 15 minutes so no one distracts you and you feel free, 2) turn the speakers up to maximum, 3) sing along with Deva Premal’s female part of “Alleluia” at full strength.
Alleluia is a song of gratitude. For everything that has been and is in your life.
Catch the vibe of this composition and don’t be shy about singing however you can and however it comes out. Your voice will tune itself to the right vibration.
And since the throat center is responsible for your self-expression in this world, you are not only pouring out gratitude, but also expressing who you truly are, at your core, without masks, pretenses, or failures.
Try it! You won’t regret it!
P.S. I suggest we share in the comments the names of films that have touched your soul (we won’t turn down music tracks either).
