Spiritual Awakening: How to Stay in the State of the Creator

Just yesterday you were a victim of circumstances, and today you are already the Creator of your life.

What separates these concepts? Perhaps an abyss… Or maybe just a single moment, after which spiritual awakening occurs.

When you first step onto the path of spiritual development, many questions arise:

  • How do I avoid slipping back into habitual thinking?
  • How do I keep from falling back into the victim state?
  • How do I follow my truth despite obstacles like attacks from my surroundings?

If you have just awakened, are feeling confused, and don’t know what to do next, then this article is for you.

How and when spiritual awakening occurs

“If you want to know awakening, you must experience it yourself.
Truth is a direct experience. You are full of stars, full of flowers, but you cannot convey this to others. It is untransmittable, it cannot be taught. However, one who is receptive can catch a glimpse. It cannot be learned, but a glimpse can be seen.”

Osho

Usually, spiritual awakening occurs after some traumatic situation that serves as a catalyst for this process.

Such an event happens so that you make a decision — to remain in the familiar victim state and continue to feel sorry for yourself, or to reflect on whether there might be a different meaning hidden in this suffering?

Personally, long before my own awakening, I asked myself similar questions:

Do we really live for suffering? And if so, what is the meaning of such a life?

The starting point, as a rule, is dissatisfaction with current circumstances, recurring problematic situations, tragic events, grief, and losses.

For simplicity, let’s divide this process into stages. This is an approximate list. Your sequence may be different.

What happens after awakening

Your emotional state is still unstable. You are balancing between the victim state and the Creator.

For some time, you will return to old thinking patterns.

Imagine a wheel rolling down a mountain and hitting an obstacle like a wall or a tree. It falls and continues spinning for a while by inertia.

Don’t scold yourself for slipping into the victim state. This is normal. You have held certain beliefs your entire life. It’s impossible to rewrite everything in a short time.

The environment you are in and your emotional state after the traumatic event play a big role in maintaining focus on the new paradigm.

For releasing negative emotions, the methods from the article
How to manage your emotions, and why is it so important for you? can help.

And below, you will learn how to avoid slipping back into habitual thinking and strengthen your spiritual core.

How to stay in the Creator state

1. Be conscious

Become an observer. Be present in the body, in the moment of “here and now.” Be aware of every thought that comes, every feeling, and every action.

There may be difficulties with this at first, but over time, mindfulness will become your habitual state.

Anxious thoughts will be pushed out of your consciousness. You will gain confidence and peace within yourself.

2. Find like-minded people

Communicating with like-minded people, especially at the initial stage of spiritual development, provides tremendous support and builds confidence in your own truth.

You are constantly balancing between the matrix and the state of creation. Communicating with people who share your new beliefs strengthens your faith in yourself.

If you can’t find such people right away, confide in a close person.

Even if they don’t share your beliefs, they can at least offer simple human support.

3. Read spiritual literature

This will remind you that you are on the right path.

The initial stage of spiritual development is well illustrated by Colin Tipping’s book “Radical Forgiveness,” and the work “Two Lives” by Cora Antanova will inspire you.

4. Keep your heart open

Yes, this way you become vulnerable to attacks from ill-wishers, to displays of aggression and criticism directed at you.

For people who are not used to living from the heart, showing kindness and compassion, your behavior may seem like weakness, but in reality, this is where the source of strength and love lies.

Open your heart to everyone. Looking at any passerby, learn to see the soul in them first and foremost.

We are used to living by making decisions based on logic and past experience. But now the mind is giving up its position, regardless of our desire or belief in this process.

And we are moving to the point where all our decisions and subsequent actions will be dictated by the heart.

5. Cleanse with the violet flame

To return to old thinking less often, work with the violet flame.

It miraculously transforms negative energy into light and helps you find emotional balance.

And if you are overwhelmed by emotions of pain or aggression, the violet flame will wash them away from your energy field, cleansing your physical, mental, and emotional bodies.

You can work with the violet flame in different ways:

  • recite the decrees (the book by Elizabeth Prophet “The Violet Flame for Healing Body, Mind, and Soul”),
  • take a violet shower,
  • visit the Temple of the Violet Flame.

Perform these practices until you feel relief.

6. Meditate

During meditation, the body relaxes, internal tensions and blocks dissolve, and energy is released.

During meditation, the mind is freed from thoughts, and you begin to hear your inner voice. A connection with your Higher Self is established, and fresh solutions to old problems arrive.

If you have never tried meditating, this material “Meditation Practice. Quality, Not Quantity” will help you master some skills.

And if you want to do it in the company of like-minded people, then join the unified Circle of Light at monthly group meditations.

7. Exclude communication with people who can throw you off balance

After you have chosen the path of spiritual development, a change in your environment is inevitable. This happens in different ways:

  • someone consciously breaks old ties,
  • someone simply reduces their social circle,
  • and for some, old ties “fall away” on their own.

This happens because your vibrations rise, and people with heavy energy simply cannot exist next to you. It becomes difficult for you to interact with each other.

On a subtle level, it looks like this — your paths have diverged, spiritual contracts have been fulfilled. Someone chooses to go with you, developing spiritually and thus raising their vibrations. And those who do not want to, step aside.

To maintain the built vertical, exclude or reduce communication with people who throw you off balance:

  • conflict-prone colleagues,
  • envious friends,
  • acquaintances who constantly complain about life.

At this stage, you are still wavering in your choice of belief system. And by getting stuck in negative experiences, your own or those of your environment, you risk staying there for a long time.

And then the process of spiritual growth will slow down or stop altogether.

8. Protect yourself from attacks of the old environment

It is not always possible to simply break old ties, especially if they are your close relatives: parents, brothers, sisters, spouses.

It happens that having gained a new understanding of the world’s structure, you begin to act differently than is accepted in society or directly in your family, among friends and acquaintances.

Explaining and convincing everyone of your rightness is pointless and even harmful, so learn to protect yourself from their attacks in order to maintain inner harmony.

Find out what three key components will help change old behavior patterns.

The following methods will help you with this:

Prepare a “go-to” phrase

Accept that you will have to face uncomfortable questions. Accept the fact that people have the right to ask you about anything.

But you have the right not to answer.

It’s unrealistic to explain to every single person why you did what you did. They simply won’t understand. And at this stage, you need support, not criticism.

Share the real reason only with someone who will definitely support you.

If you can’t avoid answering, come up with a logical, understandable “3D-world” explanation. Literally memorize this phrase so you always have it ready.

By the way, after this, such awkward questions often fall away. But keep the phrase handy just in case.

Release your dependence on others’ opinions

If you are attached to others’ opinions, ask yourself why it matters more to you than your own.

Boost your self-esteem, learn to express your truth starting small, with the things you’ve succeeded at.

Keep a journal of achievements. Write down even the smallest victories and re-read it regularly.

Ask for help from Higher Powers

Even after learning how the laws of the Universe work and how to live by them, we still remain in the three-dimensional world.

There are situations when you don’t know how to act, what to say when interacting with people, especially with recent offenders.

Turn to the Higher Powers, to your Higher Self, to show you how to behave in an awkward environment for you.

For example, if you have forgiven someone internally, but in reality, they don’t even know they caused you pain, you wouldn’t go up and thank them for the pearls of experience.

Although even that is possible if you are internally ready to do it.

In my situation, I didn’t know how to behave for a long time until I was “shown” the behavior and feelings in the presence of that person. And I realized I could interact with them without internal discomfort.
