12 centers of consciousness

And here is another fragment from the thematic club session “5 Spiritual Centers,” which took place on April 7th at the “I am the Creator” Club.

I think not all of you have taken the course on energies, even though it was introductory and absolutely recommended for everyone.

Because until you learn to manage your own energy, it is difficult to move on to the tools of creation and mastery.

Many processes happen on the level of energy, on the level of our energetic interaction with the world, so besides understanding that the whole world is a mirror, that we are all interconnected, most often what surrounds us is a reflection of something within us.

And the next step is managing your own energy, understanding what signal we are transmitting to the world, and how it returns to us.

When we learn to manage energy, laws suddenly reveal themselves, in particular the laws of relationships, interaction with people, laws of interaction with money, with the material world.

The Universe is governed by certain laws. Knowing and correctly applying them, you will achieve success in any area – whether you want to split an atom, build an empire, write killer copy, or simply live happily.

And then, when we gain the skill of working with energies, we move to the next level – the level of creation, when we take full responsibility for everything that happens in life.

And this is impossible to do if we are in a state of victimhood or try to blame someone for our own failures or our own achievements.

When we master these skills, then we step onto the level of creation. And in order to create, we need to understand that we are not a separate being that runs around biologically on its own, but that we contain within ourselves a deep source of wisdom and spirituality.

And our task is to be able to see these potentials, open up to them, let them flow through our own physical being so that they materialize and manifest in the outer world.

These are different steps that lead to one thing – to our own mastery, when I become a master and lead others by my example, by how I live my life, how I seek and find myself, who I truly am and how I express that in the outer world.

This is mastery, and if we are talking about the mastery of creation, then it is about how I can manage my own reality, make adjustments to it, and move towards living the best possible life, again based on my own criteria, because here everything is tied to the word “I”: my criteria, my mastery, what I want to receive, how I feel, how I see myself, how I express it outwardly. It is all interconnected.

It all begins with understanding those levels of awareness, levels of consciousness, that my physical body contains, in particular the 7 main energy centers.

That is why I have free introductory courses, and why there is a paid course on energies on this topic, because these are truly basic steps, bypassing which makes it very difficult to understand yourself and to go deep upward and inward.

7 Centers of Awareness

So let’s take a quick look at what the 7 centers of awareness are.

Many people know the names of the chakras. The name isn’t what’s important; what’s important is understanding what each one is responsible for.

So, here are the 7 main centers:

1. The first center is our root chakra

Everything connected to the family line and the material world, it’s my right to feel safe in this world.

I have the right to be here, I have the right to feel safe here.

Many people have issues with safety. All those who try to lock themselves behind multiple locks, who are afraid of being robbed, afraid of being attacked, and so on – this is actually a signal that the first chakra is under threat, and that innate sense of safety is not present.

5 main causes of anxiety and how to eliminate panic attacks.

Why is it important for the first chakra to be healthy?

Because otherwise, all development is directed upward, meaning the focus is on opening the upper centers, and then life is filled with a lot of fantasies, a lot of thoughts in the head, but this is rarely manifested physically in life, because the center of materialization, of manifestation, as it can also be called, is blocked.

Without this connection to the earth, you can think a lot, plan a lot, but very little will actually manifest in life, because the center of safety, the center of connection with family, meaning all our programs inherited from our family and parents, are located in the first center.

2. The second center — the sacral chakra, the center of feeling

This is not only our emotions, it’s our desire, our sexuality, and generally the ability to respond and feel.

In many women, this center is blocked, and in men too, but for them, it’s more of a natural and upbringing program, where a boy is raised to believe that a man shouldn’t feel, a man shouldn’t cry.

For women, this is usually connected to us closing ourselves off, having experienced some negative experience and renouncing our own feelings, even though a woman is precisely the instrument that works through feelings.

If the sacral chakra is closed, it’s very difficult to communicate with people, because you can’t feel people and you don’t know how to interpret all the information coming from outside.

Again, this is the center of our desires. Those people whose chakra is weakened or blocked experience few desires.

Many people don’t allow themselves to think that they can get what they want. So they don’t even look in the direction of their dream.
But if you allow yourself to look at your dream up close, you’ll realize that it’s not as unattainable as it seems.

It’s precisely when our center of safety is under threat, for example, from material deprivation over many years, that we constantly shrink and deprive ourselves. When there’s no opportunity, for instance, to earn more money, I start acting to my own detriment, I say I have no desires, I don’t need this.

And then the only driving motive becomes taking care of your husband or your child, because women have a strongly developed maternal instinct. It very often happens that the child gets everything most valuable, everything best, and you forget about your own desires.

I won’t talk about sexuality. Many have had negative sexual experiences, experiences with men, then that center also gets blocked, and there are many, many layers to it.

In one area it might be very open at the level of, for example, “I want, I want, I want, I want everything and lots of it,” but at the level of sexuality it’s blocked, because you can’t say that there is some point, some pill, you swallow it and everything is fine. Or, on the contrary, you don’t take it and everything will be bad. There are many levels.

3. Solar Plexus

This is not only the center of will, as it is commonly called, it is the center of our individuality. It is who I consider myself to be, how I express myself in the world. It is the ability to act, and to act without effort.

But this is our uniqueness. All those people who do not understand what their uniqueness is hidden in, that very fact indicates that the solar plexus center is blocked. Because the common function is either will, where there are strong, willful people who suppress others, or there is a willful person next to me, which happens very often.

For girls, these are willful fathers, or for boys, these are willful mothers who pressure, control, and force them to act in ways the child, for example, doesn’t want to. Then the center of will gets blocked, but by doing so, the other part of understanding one’s uniqueness also gets blocked.

That each of the 7-8 billion people who are here has their own unique gift, which later manifests in life and helps to feel passion for life, passion for work, etc. An important center, misunderstood, for some it is closed, for others, on the contrary, hyperactive, but there must be balance in order to discover your uniqueness.

Find out what 7 signs indicate that you are not fulfilling your purpose.

4. Heart – this is our relationships, our interactions

Here it should all be clear, there are a lot of activations now for opening the heart, although for many people, I would say, they need to close it instead, because there is too much compassion, too much love for everyone. Again, I forget about myself, I forget that I love myself more than everyone else, because I am the most precious being to myself.

Balance must be present here from the start, meaning it should be neither closed nor too wide open, so that I love everyone else no less than I love myself.

This is the center of relationships, how we establish and build relationships with other people.

5. Throat – this is our self-expression

This is how I perceive myself in the center of will, in the center of power, how unique I see myself, and how well I manage to express this in the external world.

On the one hand, it’s bronchitis and all throat diseases, when the throat chakra is blocked, because a person doesn’t know how to express their desires, because a person can’t voice what they like or dislike. This is the most common phenomenon, when I suppress or am afraid of hurting another person, I keep everything inside and can’t express it.

And on the other hand, it has a deeper meaning, because it’s self-expression, expressing your passion, expressing how I see myself, who I want to be in the future, and how well I will be able to express that outwardly.

Many people face this when they start a new job, when they need to ask for a salary, a raise, or simply to declare themselves, saying “here I am, I’m so great, I’m this and that, I can do this and that,” that is, this is precisely my expression, how I manifest and show myself in the world.

Usually, people perceive a kind of shriveled, diminished, cut-off version of us, what we show. Or, on the contrary, I’m such a strong, tough woman who will break everyone, but inside I’m a vulnerable being who is simply afraid of being hurt, afraid of being vulnerable, which is why that distorted, illusory image was born. Or, conversely, there’s colossal strength inside, but I’m afraid to show it.

Because I don’t accept my own power. We transmit all these distortions through the throat chakra.

6. The Third Eye Chakra

It’s not exactly the third eye; let’s call it the sixth, because the third eye chakra doesn’t fully reveal its meaning.

The third eye is responsible for vision, while the sixth chakra is our entire mental plane, all the thoughts that are born within us.

The thing is, thoughts are nothing by themselves; thoughts without feelings, without connection to action, don’t manifest in reality at all. It’s just shuffling and rehashing the same information.

Do you know those people who, when something happens to them, then spend a very long time mentally rehashing it all, chewing it over: “I should have done it this way, I should have acted that way, why didn’t I say this, why didn’t I do that”?

There are many mentally-oriented people who have the sixth chakra very strongly activated, and there’s an endless mental dialogue, where the mind chatters, chatters, chatters, and the inner critic kicks in: “How could you be such a fool and not do that? You should have done this, and how do you even have the right to live, etc.”

But in reality, the meaning of the sixth chakra is much deeper, because it is how I see, how I perceive the world, and what place I occupy in this world.

And when all the lower centers, starting from the first, are energetically aligned and balanced, that doesn’t mean they are open to the maximum.

It means they are working in balance.

For example, 30% there, 30% there, 30% there, meaning they are all aligned, working in unison on the same frequency.

That’s when a deep understanding of the talents and gifts I possess begins to unfold, and how I can realize them in this world:

  • I see the world around me, I know my place in it.
  • I see that I have the right to exist and live in safety (first chakra level).
  • I have the right to feel, and I see what I feel.
  • I have the right to be unique, strong, and I know, I see my unique talents and gifts.
  • I have the right to enter relationships, to love and be loved.
  • I have the right to express myself.

And all these rights reunite at the level of the sixth center, where I see the whole world in all its diversity. Including seeing myself at all levels of awareness. Absolutely all of them.

7. The Last Chakra – the Crown Center

This is everything that connects us with the cosmos. When we have limiting beliefs at any level in our head, the crown chakra is blocked.

The more limitations there are, the less energy comes from above; the potential for opportunities and spiritual wisdom flows into the crown center, which transmits all of this outward.

Therefore, when spiritual awakening begins and energy rises upward, most often the crown center opens.

And when you work on any limiting beliefs, just know that at that moment your crown center opens up and becomes more capable of receiving information, energy, light packets — in short, it doesn’t matter what you call it, the main thing is that it opens, and you receive as much as possible.

Transformation stories from project participants.

These are the 7 main energy centers of a person.

Why do I say these are seven different levels of awareness?

Because each center truly is a level of consciousness at which a person lives.

The majority of humanity lives at the level of the first three centers.

They are called lower for a reason: some are surviving — the first level, some live by their desires, some try to act, pressure others, try to bend reality to their will. These are the three lowest centers.

People rarely rise above them in the general population. The stages of civilization’s development are also linked to these three lower centers.

Now a period has come when, at the level of humanity, we have evolved enough to rise higher, to the level of the heart — this is the next stage of evolution, not just of humanity, but of civilization as it is politically, economically, and humanly structured.

Only a few individuals pay attention to their spiritual development, begin to move further, skipping a step, transitioning from the heart chakra and going higher.

And when all seven energy centers open — I repeat again, this doesn’t mean they must be 100% open. Probably people with all 7 centers working at 100% were called avatars, enlightened ones; there are few such people on the planet. The most important thing is that they work in unison, meaning they are balanced.

And when you balance all of this, the next levels of consciousness open up.

And today we’re going to talk about these very levels, where what’s more important here isn’t the information about what is located where, because in principle you’ve probably all heard and know this, but rather the experience we’ll live through together today on the level of resonance and crystal bowls.

This was a brief overview from a free introductory course on energies, how the energy system works, and on the seven levels of consciousness.

… Repetition is the mother of learning.

In a short summary… I keep trying to write it down somewhere, what is responsible for what, but on the other hand, for those who have never touched on this at all… this will be useful.

5 spiritual centers of consciousness

So, 7 main levels. All of this was activated and balanced. After that, a parameter called spiritual purpose turns on.

Many people try to find out what theirs is, they go to astrologers, they go to various trainings that help them discover it.

The whole point is that someone can give you a hint about which direction to move in, but no one except you can specifically name what your spiritual purpose consists of.

And the process of understanding and realizing what your spiritual purpose is turns on when all the energy centers are aligned, because through them you interact with the world daily, but deeper layers open up.

Many of you have heard of the concept of “Dan Tian,” I think in Qigong and other Eastern martial arts there is such a structured system. There is a center that we call “Dan Tian.”

This is one of the spiritual centers — the center of a person’s physical purpose, which is located in the abdomen, slightly below the solar plexus. This is the center responsible for life force.

But it doesn’t work separately, on its own; it works in a pair. In the course on energies, we discussed that many energy centers are connected, they come in pairs. If one has a lot of energy, then the other, like in a communicating vessel, has little. Roughly the same thing happens here. These two centers are interconnected.

We’ll talk about them in a bit more detail later, but for now I want to show this structure, how they are connected. Namely, the “Dan Tian” or the center of physical purpose, how we express our passion for life, our task in life on the physical level, is connected to… the higher heart. This is the center of spiritual purpose. These two points work as a pair.

How we manifest in the physical world directly depends on what the higher heart dictates to us. In the framework of Rees Thomas, this is the center of spiritual purpose. So they go as a pair.

One dictates, “I feel my spiritual purpose, I know where I am going,” and the physical center helps to act in that direction. They go as a pair, and they work as a pair.

When these two levels open up, two levels of consciousness, two levels of awareness open up, a third point manifests — the third center. I called it the center of integration, although in different sources it is called different things. This is precisely that center of enlightenment, when the moment of “Aha! There it is! Got it! Realized it! Saw it!” arises.

This point is located at the base of the skull. It’s the point where, you know when… if you place your hand on the back of your head, where the spinal cord, meaning our spine, enters the skull. That’s where this point is.

Its own chemistry works there, which we’ll talk about a little later. But this is the center that integrates and balances absolutely everything. Energy has flowed through all the channels, two points have been activated.

As a result, when all systems work in unison, including the nervous system and the physical body, and precisely this biochemistry explodes within a new consciousness, a new understanding.

Its peculiarity is that if we, on the mental level, on the level of thought, for example, take some belief, live it through experience, and say “well, that’s it, this is mine,” but then a setback occurs, I can return to the old way of life, I can return to how I thought before.

When this center, the center of integration, is switched on and activated, since it integrates all knowledge, all the energy that exists, there is no turning back! This is the point of no return.

What happens to a person when the planet is covered by waves of high-vibrational cosmic energy.

Besides these three centers of consciousness, there are two more, deeper ones. You gain access to them when the integration process is complete and all of this has opened up within you.

These are two deeper levels, the levels of your purpose. These are the two centers where you know who you are, and you see your soul.

One such point is called the Soul Center, this is the center that never changes, this is what you came into this life with.

You can forget about it, you can limit it during childhood, growing up, etc., but this is that very essence that never changes. This is who you truly are.

And another center is the inner light center. Those who attended “Tools of Evolution,” remember we talked about the pineal gland? This center is located in the area of the pineal gland, it is that part of the human body that absorbs light and then directs it through all the energy channels in the body.

This is the center through which you see a person’s soul, their spiritual qualities.

The simplest example to imagine this is – for instance, you meet a person, and you say to them, “Listen, you look kind of gray, you’re probably tired, probably not everything is okay with you? You should get some rest.”

Who has had this happen?

I have this happen sometimes, a person can look very bright, meaning they seem filled with light, filled with energy, and on the contrary, when a person is tired, well, you really see with your eyes that they look gray.

This doesn’t mean the person has pale skin, but it indicates that with this inner light center you are picking up on their spiritual component, how they are feeling, you clearly determine it.

Moreover, you don’t know how you saw it, especially if your vision isn’t developed, you don’t see the aura, but you feel it. Because at that moment you are looking with this center and perceiving.

For many people, this is blocked; they have absolutely no understanding of what we are talking about. For them, the simplest metaphor would be “show a photo of a living person and a photo of a dead person.” Many people would say that something is wrong with that dead body, precisely because that center will be switched off at that moment. There is no soul, and naturally, there is no inner light.

These are the 5 centers that complete a person’s energy system and that open only after the energy system is tuned and balanced.

As you understand, at this level, a complete rethinking happens within us, the energy channels are built a little differently, and then understanding begins to come not only of who I am, but also something deeper — a pull, an inner calling to walk the path of your purpose.

That’s why until you grow into this, develop enough, and evolve, all that remains are mental questions in your head like “oh, where am I going, what should I do, I don’t know my purpose.”

And when people start hammering away with these questions during webinars, it only means one thing – the person hasn’t grown into this yet!

Because the feeling of purpose is an inner pull, an inner calling that you follow.

It is precisely a feeling that cannot be obtained from the outside!

And when you reach this point, when you have grown into it, you understand and feel it from within…

P.S. A little later, I’ll try to draw a picture with the 5 spiritual centers, and then I’ll add it as an illustration to the article.
