We know that you can judge a person’s health, and even their destiny, by their palms.
And this is obvious, because our hands are always right before our eyes.
It’s a different story with the feet. They are always pointing downward and, as a rule, hidden by shoes. That’s why they receive far less attention than they deserve.
Meanwhile, the feet are our foundation. It is with our feet that we step along our life path, in every sense of the word.
All the burdens of our earthly journey, all the twists of fate and the peculiarities of our character, are taken on by our foundation – the foot.
And so, based on the condition and characteristic ailments of the feet, you can judge the state of affairs in our life and inner world.
In this article, we will talk about the connection between various foot ailments and psycho-emotional issues.
We will also offer recommendations for healing – how to solve the problem by changing your behavior and worldview.
Foot Ailments
1. Unhealthy Skin Color of the Feet
Symptom: If your feet are very pale – it means you are tired and almost devoid of life force.
Recommendation: Don’t leave this unattended! Be sure to give yourself rest, not just physical, but also emotional. Spend some time alone with yourself and nature.
You can rub the feet themselves with fragrant oil or cream, massage them, and also treat yourself in any other way.
Symptom: Reddened feet are a sign of your anger and irritation in some life situation. For example, redness on the heels points to social or family difficulties.
Recommendation: Feet turn red if you are holding back, accumulating negative emotions – for example, by brushing them off or forbidding yourself to get angry.
However, an uncontrolled “explosion” won’t help either.
Analyze the situation, identify the cause of the irritation, and deal with it clearly and consciously.
Symptom: A bluish skin color indicates that you are tired of life’s hardships or emotional pain, and are holding on with your last bit of strength.
Recommendation: Rest immediately! And then think carefully about how to change the situation for the better. Perhaps you need to ask someone for help, because this burden is becoming almost too much for you.
Symptom: Yellowing of the skin on the feet means that a person has reached the edge of some long-term life situation or relationship, and is already tired of it. It also means a self-imposed ban on expressing some important feelings.
Recommendation: Answer yourself honestly: what situations and relationships have long been unsatisfactory for you, and what can you change in your behavior?

2. Flat Feet
Flat feet are linked to a loss of trust in the world and a loss of “ground” beneath your feet. The foot flattens out, as if trying to increase this area of support and gain stability.
In an infant, flat feet are natural, because the baby is completely dependent on family and loved ones.
An adult suffering from this foot condition constantly feels the instability of their position and a lack of support from significant people. This is especially noticeable in old age, when, losing health, relatives, and friends, a person seems to lose their point of support.
Recommendation: Physiologically, flat feet are corrected with orthopedic shoes and special exercises.
Psychologically, it is important to stop falling into despair over every little thing. Analyze your current situation and find resources and support within it.
List point by point – what and who specifically I can rely on in life. Do not hesitate to ask other people for help. You will definitely find support in life if you look for it.
Find where you can rely on yourself, where you trust yourself. Take responsibility for your life.

3. Bunions on the big toes
Bunions, like flat feet, are a sign of a feeling of insecurity and loss of support.
Moreover, in a global sense: an emotionally insecure person does not feel the support of the Universe and is constantly afraid for their safety.
This could have happened due to a lack of love and attention in childhood. Such people are vulnerable and need love and care. At the same time, it can be difficult for them to open up and talk about their feelings.
Recommendations: You need to acknowledge the current situation and the fact that you have been suppressing your best feelings your whole life.
Stop focusing on others and expecting things from them.
You need to fill yourself with love and care for yourself; acknowledge your achievements and get approval from yourself. Then you will see how your relationships with the people around you have changed.
You should stop trying to prove everything to everyone in the hope of getting approval. Simply accept yourself and remain yourself.
The “Dance with the Shadow” course will help you accept and forgive yourself, heal your childhood, and work through suppressed emotions.
4. Arthritis
On a psycho-emotional level, arthritis is a reflection of your habit of “enduring” all hardships and adversities and your unwillingness to change.
All of this, in turn, is connected to childhood emotional problems – overly strict upbringing and a lack of love and acceptance from your parents.
You are used to placing excessively high demands on yourself (and, accordingly, on others), controlling everything, and taking responsibility for everyone.
In reality, this causes a great deal of resistance and pain, which manifests as joint inflammation.
Also, to remain sufficiently “rigid,” you need to suppress your emotions and live relying on mental constructs and willpower.
Recommendations: Honestly answer yourself: where in your life are you ignoring your own needs and feelings? What changes scare you? What makes you painfully control the course of events – which in itself is an unbearable burden.
Learn to loosen up and let go of the situation. Yoga or meditation can help you with this.
Focus on the best qualities of your inner world and the small joys of the present – this will help you let go of the burdensome past.

5. Fungal Diseases of the Feet
A fungal infection is a parasite that lives in a moist environment. On an energetic level, foot fungus shows you that there are people in your life who are draining your energy or manipulating your kindness.
They are “playing on your emotions” (moisture is a symbol of tears), using you for their own purposes, without feeling sincere affection for you or acknowledging your worth.
The accompanying skin peeling can signify your helplessness, a loss of energy – “you feel naked” in this situation. Skin growths and thickened nails signal your desire to protect yourself.
If the fungus is localized under the toes, it is a problem in relationships with your closest circle.
Recommendations: If you want to get rid of fungal diseases of the feet once and for all, analyze your relationships with people and stop communicating with “energy vampires” (endless complainers, critics, troublemakers).
It is also important to stop caring about what others think of you. Stop pleasing everyone and seeking recognition from other people, trying to prove your “goodness.”
Accept your own strengths and achievements yourself, learn to rely on yourself and independently promote your ideas. Find a supportive circle of like-minded people and communicate with them for your own enjoyment.

6. Warts
Warts are a viral infection that causes unpleasant-looking, and sometimes painful, growths on the skin.
Warts are associated with something repulsive, like toads or old witches from fairy tales.
This gives us a clue to the origin of warts – they appear when a person does not accept something within themselves. This could be shame for one’s actions, rejection of love or sexuality, or low self-esteem.
Recommendations: We advise you to honestly analyze what you are rejecting in yourself. What do you consider to be unworthy character traits or flaws in your appearance? What are you ashamed of in front of yourself or others?
Try to correct these traits. Perhaps you need to work on your appearance or see a psychologist for psycho-emotional processing of the rejected feelings.
Strengthen your self-acceptance and self-love, or seek support from loved ones.
7. Heel Spurs
Salt deposits on the sole occur when a person is inactive in life. They indicate that you have “grown roots into the ground” and are not developing in some area important to you.
Thus, heel spurs seem to call you to move forward, towards your goal.
Recommendations: Identify the source of the fear that is holding you back and keeping you stuck. Decide what is more important to you – illusory stability (since it doesn’t really exist in the world) or desired self-realization – and take action!
8. Dry Calluses and Rough Skin
Both of these symptoms are accompanied by a loss of skin sensitivity. This indicates a desire to protect oneself from offenders or a potentially dangerous environment.
At the same time, a yellowish color of the hardened skin indicates inner insecurity, while a reddish color indicates accumulated and suppressed anger.
Calluses on the fingers mean that you are hiding your thoughts and ideas from others, fearing misunderstanding. On the heels – problems in the family (you do not consider your home a safe place).
If the hardened skin also cracks, this means you have reached your limit. The situation is causing you pain that you can no longer tolerate.
Recommendations: Listen to your inner voice. Honestly admit what life problems or people you are “building a shell” against? Try to change the situation or leave it.
When you create safe living conditions for yourself, a sign of improvement will be the painless peeling of the rough skin and softness of the feet.
9. Excessive Foot Sweating
Sweat glands are regulated by your nervous system. Excessive sweating, accordingly, indicates its emotional overstrain.
This can happen if you live in fear, or are holding onto anger or sadness.
Also, an unpleasant smell of sweat can indicate that you have found yourself in a delicate (“bad-smelling”) situation.
Recommendations: We advise you to release pent-up feelings in a timely manner, especially anger. Accept yourself and the world as they are.
Take the necessary actions to create a “safety cushion” for yourself, learn to protect yourself.
At the same time, accept the fact that the world is sometimes unpredictable. But if you trust yourself, you can live without fear.

10. “Wet” Calluses (Blisters)
If you often rub your feet until water blisters form, this indicates not only uncomfortable shoes.
“Moist” calluses testify to your excessive emotional reaction in relationships with people and in overcoming obstacles.
Emotions (whose archetype is water, moisture), sometimes “tearfulness” — are your response to life’s frictions, which is what the calluses point to.
If you rub calluses in the same place, it means there is a regularly recurring situation in your life that gets to you.
For example, a blister on the heel – worry about your “rear,” basic security. This could be home, work, or health.
A rubbed toe – you feel unrecognized in society or are pressured by others’ opinions.
Recommendations: Instead of being emotional for no reason, try to change the situation. Figure out for yourself what in life causes you resistance (that very “friction”) and deal with it.
Metaphorically speaking, stop walking through life in uncomfortable shoes. Change them for beautiful and comfortable ones and move with a flying gait!
As you can see, diseases of the feet can be eliminated by solving your psychological problems. Your feet – and indeed your whole body – deserve to be healthy, full of lightness and strength. And you can create this right now!
