May this light support peace, awakening, the consciousness of unity, creation, and the unfolding of the highest potentials of the human team.
Instructions
Before lighting the candle, take a few calm heart-centered breaths in and out. Shift your focus of attention into your heart and speak the intention of the day aloud or silently. Once you feel a response in your heart, light the candle, infusing it with your intention, entrusting its realization to the Higher Plan.
Completing the Practice
After speaking the intention, calmly gaze at the candle flame for a few minutes.
Imagine your light and the candle flame connecting with the light of other participants. Together, they create a unified space of conscious and gentle co-creation.
One source of light may seem small. But many flames can illuminate the path into a new cycle.
Let us together create a collective impulse of Light across our entire beautiful planet!
