Many people dream of happy relationships, and therefore search for a soulmate.
Those who walk the path of spiritual development strive to meet their twin flame.
Because they believe that only in a relationship with this person is true harmony and intimacy possible.
In this article, we will tell you about the circumstances under which the meeting with your twin flame occurs.
You will learn about the origin of the monad and the soul, and how to distinguish a soulmate from a twin flame.
The Origin of the Monad (the Divine Self)
In order to know itself, the Great Source, which is also called the creator, god, the maker, the absolute, created monads — separate particles of itself.
Each monad is individual, but at the same time it is no different from the source itself. Just as sparks are no different from the fire that gave birth to them, and waves are no different from the ocean itself.
In metaphysics, the monad is also called the “I Am Presence,” and in everyday language — the Spirit.
This is the core, the essence of each individual living being, its Divine Self.
A person is born on Earth because their monad, or spiritual spark, possessing free will, decided to gain experience of existence in a denser world than the world of the Great Source.
The Origin of the Soul
The Source created many monads, or spiritual sparks, and the monad created twelve souls, releasing twelve fiery tongues of flame.
Each soul is a representative of the monad that created it. The soul, or the Higher Self of a person, is their superconscious mind.
Each soul, wishing to gain the experience of life in an even denser material universe, created twelve personalities or extensions of the soul, which have already incarnated on the densest plane of existence — the third dimension.
Every person on the planet is an extension of a soul, and every soul is an extension of a higher consciousness — the monad.
And every monad is an extension of an even greater consciousness — God, the source of the entire universe.

What is a Soulmate
Every person on Earth has their own spiritual family. These are the eleven other extensions of the same soul, the same Higher Self.
Each personality is also part of a monadic family. These eleven extensions can be incarnated both on Earth and on other planets of the infinite universe.
They can be incarnated in the third dimension or in other dimensions. Or they may reside on subtler planes of existence.
These eleven extensions of the soul are called soulmates.
If these souls are incarnated on Earth, and you meet such a person, you feel a deep emotional, energetic, and spiritual connection.
As in a real family, when people are close to each other, you feel peace, a state of harmony, balance, and deep understanding.
If you multiply 12 by 12 (twelve Higher Selves by twelve extensions of the soul), you get the sacred number 144, which is constantly mentioned in various esoteric and metaphysical books.
The monadic family includes 144 members — these are direct relatives (your spiritual family) and so-called “cousins.”

What is a twin flame
Among your spiritual family, there is one extension that is an exact energetic imprint, your energetic identity.
This is one soul carrying both masculine and feminine energies.
Long ago, they were one, and then, to experience life in denser planes of matter, they split into two parts — twin flames.
Each twin flame carries either masculine or feminine energy, is an exact copy, and complements the other.
The main misconception of those seeking their twin flame
Many spiritual people often hold a misconception about meeting their twin flame.
Not having happy relationships in their lives, they believe this is because their current partner is not their twin flame.
They believe that when they meet their twin flame, it will be a romantic union of extraordinary love, harmony, and balance that will solve all their life’s problems. This is not the case.

The merging of twin flames can be expressed by this formula: 1+1=3.
The purpose of these two identical energetic structures is union for higher service, to fulfill their mission.
The effect of this meeting on the energetic plane surpasses a simple joining of “1 soul + 1 soul = 2.”
The merging with a twin flame occurs at the moment a person is ready to begin fulfilling their global mission.
The union of twin flames can flow into a romantic relationship, it can include one. But this is not a mandatory condition.
The task of such a merging is work on a global, even cosmic level.
Such meetings do not happen often because one must still reach this level.

Under what conditions does the meeting of twin flames occur
A twin flame can actualize and manifest in any person from your surroundings.
Meeting your twin flame is the result of many years of work on yourself, of moving along the spiritual path.
When both twin flames are ready, a violet mark, a violet sphere of mastery, ignites in their energy bodies.
This is a sign that the soul in the physical body is ready for further work, has mastered a certain set of lessons, and has become a master.
The meeting with a twin flame will not happen until both twins are ready for the merging.
Whether this union will turn into a romantic relationship or remain a partnership on the level of Spirit depends on the specific incarnated individuals, on the free will and choice of each soul participating in this process.
Two of the most famous examples of fruitful work between twin flames:
- Mary Magdalene and Jesus Christ (Yeshua),
- Mark and Elizabeth Prophet, who founded an entire esoteric school. Their union left a certain mark on the history of humanity.
As you understand, merging with your twin flame is a significant event in life that can change more than one destiny.
In the next article, you will learn how the merging of twin flames occurs and how it differs from any other type of relationship.
