Purpose of the meditation: To feel balance within yourself, to fill up with the energy of acceptance, love, and forgiveness, and then to share this state with your loved ones and the whole world.
In this practice, you will find yourself in a circle of Golden Beings of Light, tune into their vibrations, and ask for acceptance, love, and forgiveness for yourself. Then you pass this gift on to your loved ones (with the permission of their Higher Self), and in the end — to all beings on the planet. The entire state is anchored in the body with a feeling of calm, fullness, and harmony.
