I’m tired, and I’m tired of my own tiredness.

A tough question: How do you wake up?
Joyfully anticipating the day ahead, stretching sweetly, taking your time?
Or do you pour several cups of coffee or strong tea into yourself just to open your eyes, and feel as if you never even slept?
Are you delighted by the simple and effective techniques in “Keys of Mastery,” but you simply don’t have the energy to practice them?
Do you “conk out” during meditations as soon as you lie down and close your eyes? Do you enviously watch a kitten that can’t sit still (or has the chance to sleep for half the day…)?
And are you sure that “chronic fatigue” wasn’t invented by pharmaceutical companies, but really does exist?
If so, this article is for you!
Fatigue and Energy Deficiency in the Third Chakra
Manipura (the third chakra, yellow in color) is located at the level of the solar plexus and is responsible for your personal power and will.
If you often experience fatigue, depression, or a lack of energy even after rest, it’s possible that your third chakra is in deficit.
And it needs a little help.
Signs that manipura isn’t working at full capacity:
- you lack self-confidence
- you fall into a victim state
- you often feel “powerless,” tired, and drained
- you shift responsibility for your failures onto others
- you find it hard to say “no”
- you lack the will to keep promises to yourself (so good intentions, like a daily walk or a contrast shower, never happen).
I suspect you can easily continue this list yourself, based on personal experience or by observing those around you. Don’t forget to share in the comments!

You’ll learn how the 7 energy centers are connected to basic human rights: the right to safety, the ability to feel and act, to love and be loved, the right to self-expression, to see the big picture, and to know.
Peculiarities of Will and Personal Power Imbalance in Women
In my personal opinion, this problem more often affects women.
Don’t believe me? How much time do you spend making a decision?
For example, how long does it take you to choose sandals, and how long does your husband take? It’s not about shoes; I can get stuck in front of a shelf of bread too. And end up buying nothing.
Or sticking to a diet. My “diet” lasts until the first cake I see, but my husband decided to lose some weight — and for weeks now, he’s been eating salad for dinner because “the man said it, the man did it.”
Women often choose passivity, which is easy to explain. Historically, women have been in a weaker position.
In men, manipura often spins too fast. If we have a deficiency, then our partners have an excess, and vice versa: we are like communicating vessels.

Girls, don’t be upset, but our neighboring energy centers, the second and fourth (emotions and sexuality), are much more open, they’re full of energy! We just need to balance our system.
If you want to learn more about working with and harmonizing your energy system, come to Alena Starovoitova’s course “7 Keys of Mindfulness 2.0”. You’ll find out where the decreased or increased activity of the solar plexus chakra comes from – and what to do about it.
A Feminine Approach to Opening the Third Chakra
For now, here are a few simple recipes for how to fill this center with energy and get it more or less in order.
Point number one – shopping! The thing is, manipura’s color is yellow. And you can nourish it with yellow clothing. Luckily, summer has arrived, and a yellow t-shirt or tank top will fit into any wardrobe.
Next stop – the pharmacy. Or wherever you can buy high-quality natural essential oils. Manipura is activated by juniper and rosemary oils (they are not suitable for pregnant women and children. I hope these groups have no issues with their power center).
If you like precious and semi-precious stones, stop by a jewelry store and pick out an amber accessory for yourself.
In the meantime, try breathing through the chakra (mentally inhaling and exhaling through it).
If the Sun is shining brightly outside, enjoy its warmth, recharge your energy batteries. After all, the element corresponding to manipura is fire. If the day is gray, go for a sound activation of your inner sun.
On your way home, treat yourself to a bouquet of sunflowers.
And at home, cook a delicious, crumbly millet porridge. See recipes for chakra dishes here.
Training the Solar Plexus Chakra
What’s interesting is that the manipura is “trainable”: it can be trained to work.
To do this, you’ll have to train your willpower. The easiest way to start building self-discipline is with something pleasant. There’s no point in forcing yourself to do something your heart isn’t in or that your body, for whatever reason, can’t do.
Train yourself to set achievable goals and reach them, rather than putting them off.
Start each morning with energy exercises — the most beloved technique of the “Keys to Mastery” blog readers. It’s regularity that brings results.
Dedicate just 10 minutes a day to boosting your energy flows — and you’ll gain more energy as a result.
“Level up” your responsibility — for example, take on an unpleasant phone call yourself.
Allow yourself to take a risk, do something unusual, unexpected.
Trust yourself, dear one. No one knows better than you what you need. Not your husband, not your parents, not your friends, not women’s magazines.
By seeking advice from others, by shifting the responsibility for solving our problems onto someone else, we give away our precious energy and destroy our own boundaries. Isn’t that why we later suffer from chronic fatigue syndrome?
And most importantly. Take action! Stop reading!

P.S. An excellent and beneficial action for you would also be to take Alena Starovoitova’s course “7 Keys of Awareness 2.0”. You will learn not only how to “level up” your manipura, but you will also be able to balance your entire energy system as a whole.
