All of you who have taken part in mass events held at the Keys of Mastery know from your own experience that a period of powerful uplift, when you move in the same flow as a large group of people and everything seems achievable and simple, is followed by everyday life, routine, and solving daily matters.
Somehow imperceptibly, the joyful mood is lost, attention shifts from yourself to your family and loved ones, and simplicity once again becomes very complicated indeed…
What to do in such a situation?
In this article, you will learn about the stages you go through during the training and what will help you maintain your focus on moving forward.
Why a strong uplift is followed by a setback
Let me first suggest we figure out what happens during a group training or seminar:
- You feel a great uplift, you experience colossal drive and energy,
- You have a clear goal that you want to manifest,
- And it seems like everything is starting to move.
After some time, a terrible downturn begins, when you don’t understand where you are, what you are, why, and generally, all hell breaks loose. As someone wrote: wanted a goat, got a storm instead.
Let’s look at the ups and downs through the lens of energy.
Any situation in life can be viewed from the perspective of energy:
- what is happening,
- where you invested your energy,
- where you got this energy from,
- what you directed your energy towards,
- and what is happening on the energetic level as a result.
But there is also a higher level – the vibrational level, because everything that exists in our body sends out a certain vibration and attracts it from the outside.
What happens during any training:
- Stage of defining and setting the goal
- Stage of vibrational attunement
- Stage of comparing two realities
- Stage of independent navigation
Let’s look at each stage in more detail.
1) Stage of defining and setting the goal
You learn to redefine what you want, and you clearly imagine the reality you wish to create.
You draw a certain image, a picture, which has its own set parameters, a specific energy and vibration that corresponds precisely to that reality.
2) Stage of vibrational attunement
After you have defined your task, you vibrationally attune to the reality where you have achieved everything you wanted.
You imagined this reality, it vibrates, sends out certain waves. Since all my trainings are mass events with a very large number of people, a collective creation takes place:
You are no longer working only on your own energy or your own vibration, but a powerful, immense field is created that supports your process of co-creation.
3) Stage of comparing two realities
Let’s take a standard situation: you planned something and are moving towards it.
You clearly begin to see and feel a powerful flow of energy.
And then you compare the two images.
What is the difference between that reality and the reality you are in?
You start comparing and finding: this is missing, this needs to be changed. For some – to add self-esteem, for others – to remove limiting beliefs.
An analysis of two different realities is taking place. But what to do next?
Step by step, action by action, with absolutely every choice that happens every second — we’re not even talking about minutes or hours here, but specifically about seconds — confirm that you are moving in exactly that direction.
As long as we’re moving as a large group, it comes easily and simply, no problems.
Someone wrote something, some realization occurred, you tuned in, looked — yes, I don’t have that either, or on the contrary, I do — and you move together.

4) The Stage of Independent Navigation
When the event ends, you are left with a powerful foundation. For a while, everything goes smoothly.
Then you relax, find yourself one-on-one with everyday situations: relationships with husbands, with loved ones, with children.
That’s when you stand before a powerful choice — how much your actions align with the vibrations of the reality you have envisioned for yourself.
And every step you take is either a yes or a no, nothing in between.
Yes — I make a choice in favor of that reality.
Or the opposite option — No, I take a step away from it.
Many fall asleep at this stage because it’s hard to keep moving in the chosen direction without powerful energy, without the support of the group — you are left alone with yourself, and a backslide occurs.
Every day, every minute you make a choice: to snap at your husband or not, to scold your child or support them, to react to some empty words a neighbor said or not react, to respond to a compliment you received or not respond…
All your choices are a confirmation of where you are going — toward the reality you envisioned or away from it. There are no other options.
This is very important to understand.

For the new paradigm to become firmly established in your life, you need to take certain actions.
How to Maintain the Focus of Moving Forward
# Stay Mindful
Clearly imagine — that goal I need, that reality — it already exists. I am simply approaching it.
If you suddenly take a step or make decisions that lead you away from the desired reality — don’t scold yourself, don’t criticize yourself, make a promise to yourself: next time I will do it.
# Write Down Algorithms
If the same situation has repeated itself many times, and you already know how it unfolds, write yourself a little reminder of what to do in a similar situation next time.
# Keep a Transformation Journal
Keep a journal of your own transformation to see the dynamics of your growth. So your mind understands: here a miracle happened, and here — a coincidence.
The mind needs proof that you didn’t make it all up, that it all really works. A journal will help you with this.
If you look closely at what is happening in your life, you will see when everything suddenly starts to click.
But the key moment in activating all of this is the decision you make.
So small dips and setbacks are normal. And even when you stop and get stuck, that’s also normal.

# Give yourself time to integrate the knowledge and experience you’ve gained
Each time, ask yourself: Has this become my truth?
Or is it something someone else said, and I’m just trying to absorb it?
Until a new truth takes root inside you, there won’t be any forward movement — at least, not as quickly as you’d like.
It must grow and become yours.
Remind yourself:
- I am not alone. I trust that everything happens for my highest good.
- I know what I’m doing. I know where I’m going.
And then, instead of the usual slump, you’ll continue moving toward your goal with confidence and strength!
Whatever you’re doing, I wish you to always remember the reality you are creating for yourself.
May every step, every thought/word/action bring you closer to it, rather than leading you astray!
