Direction markers, or what helps maintain balance and harmony while in a rapid flow of energies.

In the current energies, with increasing events per unit of time, it’s important to maintain a resourceful state and stay in balance and harmony.

Spiritual practices are only part of the work you can do to help yourself.

It’s also important to act proactively, take care of yourself in advance. These simple methods will help you do that.

Simple recommendations to stay in balance and harmony

1. Grounding

It’s essential to ground yourself without fail; the streams are blasting powerfully. Some people float and soar on them, while others get pressed down by this force. It doesn’t matter what state you’re in right now—elevated or flattened—contact with the earth is critically important.

This technique is very powerful. I recommend doing it on a regular basis, especially if you know you tend to be airy.

Right now, there’s a lot of inherent defocusing, with pressure on the mind and brain. A powerful rewrite is happening in the mind—one thing is being cleared out, and something new is loading in. That’s why grounding is necessary.

2. Prioritization

I’ve been observing for a while now that there’s a serious conflict between what’s supposed to be done, what’s acceptable and approved, and what actually holds priority.

It’s hard to set priorities when you don’t know your own values. And it’s difficult to develop or articulate values when you don’t really understand what you want from life, who you are, why you’re here, and so on.

But setting priorities is very important right now. When you set a priority task for yourself, say for the day, and everything else becomes secondary. And until you complete that main task, you don’t get sidetracked by other little things.

In everyday life, there’s always something that needs to be done: pay the rent somewhere, take some document somewhere. We usually put it off until the last minute, procrastinate, and then run around rushing and fussing. The consequences can be critical.

Right now, there’s no room for putting things off, because piles of tasks build up very quickly that will simply be impossible to clear. This creates unnecessary worry, fuss, and, as a result, imbalance.

3. Planning Ahead

The planning horizon has increased and expanded.

It’s advisable to plan ahead, because later, at the last moment, a lot of things pile up, and there may be no time left for priority tasks. This applies to any kind of preparation, whatever you’re doing.

Because what’s coming next is super-new, super-creative.

I don’t like chaos, although I know how to navigate in chaotic energies. Last summer, everything for us was in a state of uncertainty. But when this uncertainty layers up across many directions, you can take care of yourself in advance by planning ahead and setting priorities.

So try to build plans in advance, without clinging, while staying in the flow. But it’s perfectly fine to wrap up certain questions and tasks ahead of time, as long as you start thinking about them well in advance.

I’m very surprised by the structuredness of this time, because before this, the channels said the planning horizon had shrunk dramatically, and you couldn’t know what would happen in two weeks.

4. Orderliness and Focus

For me, one of the elements of a state of balance and harmony is orderliness.

I don’t need a guarantee that everything will happen exactly as I want, but a certain orderliness must be present.

In the rental apartment where we live, the switches located next to each other are positioned in opposite directions. The faucets in the bathroom: in one faucet, the hot water is on the right; in the other, the hot water is on the left.

Every time you approach, your mind freezes because I try not to store unnecessary information in my head. Every time I have to feel around to see which way the light, water, and so on turn on.

It seems like a small thing that doesn’t affect anything at all, but when you yourself are focused and orderly, it can cause irritation, especially if you’re sick or tired. And I set myself the task of changing all of this.

So look at what you can put in order in your life so that various similar little things don’t knock you out of a state of equilibrium and harmony.

5. Monotonous, Routine Actions

I always need to be doing something, coming up with something, switching my thoughts. I can’t dwell on and chew over the same thought for a long time; I get bored. And if I get bored, it kills me, my mood drops.

And as a result, methodical work helps, when you need to perform the same action for hours. Then I pull out a list of such tasks and do them.

Someone sorts nuts, someone knits, someone fingers prayer beads. Routine helps to become orderly and balanced.

A few years ago, I discovered for myself that the start of the day is important to me. There are no spiritual practices in the morning. I get up, drink water, take my vitamins, turn on the coffee machine. While it’s heating up and turning on, you either load the dishwasher or unload it.

And at the same time, you’re training the cat, saying, “you wait patiently, we’re busy with things.” She sits, watches, waits for me to do all these actions and feed her. And then, when the main routine is done, you drink your coffee.

These half an hour give me the opportunity to return to my body and tune into physical reality.

There are no practices or tools here; they come later, but the first part is like this.

6. Filling the Space, the Container

All the markers mentioned above allow you to take care of yourself and your state in advance, to create that very container. This allows you to accumulate your space within.

A container is not a wall, not a barrier, but a space.

The house you live in, or the apartment, always has a certain boundary, inside which you invest your energy and vibration. A lot depends on how orderly, harmonious, and structured everything is there.

Because when you’re soaring, there are no questions — you already feel good, and when you’re not in your resource state, any such external element right in your immediate energy field can help you.
