Some time ago, I caught a feeling of liberation.
I can’t say that my wings were clipped before, but compared to how everything began to unfold in 2024, mainly from the end of spring, it feels as if my wings were clipped before that.
This volume, scale, energy flows, vibrational states you enter into, Jason Estes calls the state of flow.
And the ability to enter this state is directly connected to our mind.
True functions of the mind and magical thinking
Previously, we always relied on the mind. Now, I see that many people have clip thinking, tunnel vision, or its second name, “echo chamber.”
We need the mind to perform analysis, to be able to connect cause and effect. This is a necessary stage to move from the level of a victim to the level of a creator.
A victim is not responsible for anything, does not manage their own life; wherever they are pushed, there they go. This process is endless until you begin to take responsibility for your thoughts, emotions, for how you feel and what you feel, for your mood, for your body.
And only then does all of this flow into external life.
Surely you notice how many mental distortions and mind traps there are inside people, when they assume, guess, draw false conclusions, and are satisfied with a game of broken telephone.
Not only do they not get to the original sources, but they ask someone else, and then believe all of it, instead of delving a little deeper into the issue.
This part, related to the mental sphere, is very heavy.
There is such a term as magical thinking, which I constantly observe in our audience.
“I did something for myself, and something happened to my loved ones. That’s it, it’s because of me.” “I meditated and got sick,” or “I went to practice, and my cat died.” We encounter this every other day.
This is a manifestation of magical thinking.
When you don’t understand how things are arranged, how cosmic laws work, and you invent, make up what your mind is capable of.
Initially, the analytical abilities of the mind served as a transitional bridge from a state of victimhood, where I don’t understand that my actions led to certain consequences, to a conscious state. And then the analytical mind, analysis, should have kicked in to bring different things together.
But we, as humanity, have lingered too long in this phase (over-analysis, over-conjecture, the illusory reality of the mind), which contains very little percentage of actual reality.

What the mind stores
We are accustomed to relying on the mind. The mind stores all our victories, defeats, algorithms, experience that allowed humanity to survive for many millennia.
You can imagine it as if your apartment turned into a warehouse of goods. Everything is cluttered with a bunch of boxes, and when you need to find something, it is very difficult.
This is how the mind works as a storage of information.
Moreover, the human psyche is structured in such a way that we do not remember good things because they pose a threat to survival, but every nasty thing, negativity, everything that upsets, everything that caused anger, rage, is recorded and soaked in for a long time, precisely because it threatens you.
This is biochemistry.

Switching to a state of flow
And now we switch to a state where the main thing is flow.
To understand what this is, I will give specific metaphors.
There is a cell phone. There are several ways to interact with people. We can open some messenger and write a message.
In the old days on Skype, you could send a message only if two people were online at the same time. If someone was offline, say, you wrote and went offline, the person on the other side did not receive the message.
We can also record an audio message or a video and send it.
And there are streaming services, the ability to broadcast in the same messengers, when everything happens in real time. The stream instantly reaches another person because both people are in touch.
This is flow. There is no delay here. Two people are already in touch, one speaks and the information immediately reaches the other.
The mind, as we knew it, is used to operating with what is put into it: all your experiences, everything you have seen and read. And we always turned to it.
There are people who learn from the first mistake or, more precisely, they remember that they shouldn’t do that. Before that, they didn’t remember, but now they remembered, because the learning process takes many times longer.
There are also people who step on the same rake over and over again because they are learning a skill from scratch that is not in the memory archive. And here you remembered from that box on the mezzanine that you need to do it this way, and you don’t need to do it that way.
And now we smoothly, slowly, and carefully switch into a state of flow, of streaming, where there are no delays in time, where everything happens simultaneously and where the archives of memory, of the mind, everything stored there, is an obstacle.
Therefore, when you have entered this state of flow, it is difficult to enter, but once you have entered, you are already in the flow.
Planning, goal-setting, and any beliefs of the mind do not work there. All the tools familiar to the entire population either work differently there than before, or are transformed so much that they are difficult to recognize.
Who can apply this to recent events? Especially if you are used to rigid planning and now see that everything is turning into chaos and going to hell, that you urgently need to restructure and change everything? Or when you started one thing, immediately another followed, and another, and another.
It is impossible to predict; you are driven by those impulses that are inside you. But they trigger only when your mind does not interfere, as well as delusions, limitations, conditioning, and negative thoughts.
You do not become stupid, but you begin to trust your heart more.
This process is just beginning; we are actively unpacking it.

«Oh, that was allowed?» Who limits us
Right now, I am hunting for every limitation that surfaces, like that meme “oh, that was allowed?”
I collect them. And when it clicks inside, you realize how limited you were. Not because someone limited you, we are not even talking about external influence.
I didn’t have the feeling of having my wings clipped in 2023, but compared to what is happening now, what we managed to achieve, the internal transformations that occurred with our clients, it is worth those 10 years I lived in another country.
This applies to everything. Therefore, write down your realizations.
Because suddenly, when a certain number of facts accumulate, you begin to understand how clipped, beaten down, limited, and truncated you were, compared to how you have expanded.
This is about mindfulness, because most people don’t understand anything; they live, their mind filters and doesn’t see what is happening.
We used to not print out workbooks for courses. When we made cards for the course “7 Keys of Mindfulness 2.0”, I thought, why didn’t we print out the workbooks?
Well, it’s clear, if you are online, everything is there anyway, but when I printed it out and showed what it looks like, so many people wrote: “Can I buy it?”
Couldn’t I have done this before? I could. The thought just didn’t occur to me. You sit in the broadcast and show it the same way, but not on the screen.
I can’t say that someone limited me in this, but in fact it was there. And it was possible to do it that way?
So this month I printed out everything I could, even got to the cards. All because I followed an idea.
But if you stick to the original plan you once drew up and only use what was stored in your mind, you will never enter a state of flow, of fluidity.
Take a step to see the next one
If before there was a thick, paved route from point A to point B, and you could walk calmly, make plans, set goals, everything was linear, then now, until you take one step, you won’t see the next step.
This coincidence is a set of certain elements that are supposedly unrelated to each other.
You did A, then somewhere did B, then did C, not knowing that A, B, C go in sequence, and in the end you arrive at some idea, creation, manifestation. And only then do you understand how all of this was connected.
Various chaotic steps, unrelated to each other, led you to this.
So for those who love simplicity, sequence, clarity — they are not here.
Much is specifically tied to you, to your choices, to the creations you accept. Whether to go there, whether to discard everything, etc.
This is, seemingly, such a simple algorithm, but there are too many variables that the mind cannot understand, predict, realize, or analyze.
But it can easily drag in all its past experience, all its failures and setbacks, and try to force them into something new.
Thus the mental field will continue to be cleansed, because with this new tool of creation, it is impossible to move forward based on those cockroaches that are inscribed inside you and that lurk in your experience.
