The state of panic is a catalyst for shadow aspects. What to do for those in panic

When panic arises – regardless of the reasons – people’s awareness shuts off and the survival instinct kicks in.

In the survival instinct, there is no “thinking.” To survive, animals start to run, hide, grab, and so on.

No matter how advanced a person is, no matter how much they have worked on themselves, in a state of panic, all their developments are turned off.

Everything darkest, most frightening, unacknowledged, and unaccepted that is inside rises to the surface.

Simple, basic actions will help you overcome panic:

  • Make your sleep more comfortable.

To do this, make your blanket heavier (use a heavier one or use two or three).

Such “weighting” psychologically allows the brain to relax, feel safe, thanks to which the cells rest.

  • From the body’s perspective, much is tied to the intestines, so normalize your eating schedule and diet quality.

Add omega-3 and magnesium to your diet. These components give a fairly quick effect from their presence in the body.

  • If you are overwhelmed, take some chewing gum or simply thoroughly chew any food.
  • Any physical activity will be helpful. This could be at least ten squats.
  • Also, any routine actions you are used to doing calm the mind.

When panic overwhelms you and survival mode kicks in, a person experiences an uncontrollable urge to urgently take some action.

In such moments, mindfulness shuts off and the “must do something” mode turns on.

To neutralize this surge of “must-doing,” engage in something useful, for example, around the house (wipe the dust, mop the floors again, etc.). This will help keep you occupied and shift your focus to something else.

  • In moments of a panic attack, do not forget about breathing. Breathe slowly and deeply.

Stop Saving – Broadcast

Do not try to convince anyone. Be a repeater, a radio station broadcasting a frequency for harmonization.

Saving anyone is a dubious endeavor.

Now everyone has access to any information. If you are interested in something, you have every opportunity to get the necessary information – from different sources, different levels of vibrations.

Whatever your situation, there is always a specialist/information source who can explain and offer recommendations for its resolution.

Now there are no options of “not seeing and not hearing.” If you choose to be blind and deaf, that is your conscious choice.

Practice of harmonizing the space around you

Each of you who has built a vertical for yourself abides in it.

Imagine that this vertical pillar of energy has a rich color, closer to blue.

From within, from the heart center, invisible waves radiate around you. Waves that spread from you affect all the space in which you live.

Waking up in the morning, stand up, breathe deeply for a while, and direct a flow of waves from your heart. In the evening before sleep, do the same: direct a wave of harmonization into the external space.

In such a space, it will be easier for the people around you to engage their minds and pause panic moods.

How to launch a wave from the heart

To launch a wave from the heart, first you draw into yourself – all the love of the Universe. In other words, you do not assume that this is initially present within you.

Sometimes this state is indeed within you, sometimes it is not, and sometimes you find yourself in situations where it is difficult to fill yourself with this love.

First, you draw into yourself all the love of the Universe, because the Universe truly loves you, truly cares for you, and always supports you.

Regardless of your mood or state, the Sun always gives you its warmth. Regardless of whether you litter or dig the Earth, it allows you to be upon it.

You take a deep breath and draw the feeling of love into your heart.

At this moment, you are tuning your locators, including the main antenna at the center of your head (the pineal gland), to capture the subtlest vibration of love.

It turns out you are not pulling this vibration from within, but gathering it from space into your heart. You are filling your heart.

Since the heart is often closed off by grievances and disappointments, as you fill it, you melt this reinforced concrete blockade.

Once you have filled your heart, you can similarly fill the aura around you. You fill the space around yourself to move more easily and freely.

Now you have love inside (in your heart) and love around you (the aura around you). Thus, you transform into a floating island.

Let us summarize.

Through the vertical axis, you anchor your connection with Spirit and your connection with the Earth.

You gather love (in your heart) and fill the space around you with love (your aura).

At the end, you take a deep breath and, on the exhale, direct a wave of love/a wave of harmonization outward from yourself.

Practice of Space Harmonization: Step-by-Step Algorithm

Step 1. Close your eyes. Take several deep breaths in and out. When fear overcomes you, when you are in a state of panic, exhale into the solar plexus, pumping it with strength.

Step 2. Take a deep breath from the heart and direct the exhale (a pillar of light) upward. A huge, powerful pillar of light goes up through the crown of your head.

Step 3. Take a deep breath from your heart and direct the exhale downward into the earth. Put such force into your exhale that you feel a vibration in your feet and legs from the powerful stream you are sending.

Step 4. Fix your attention on how you stand in this high-voltage charged stream: one stream upward, the other stream downward. The streams pass through the heart.

Step 5. Shift your focus of attention to the area of the thyroid and thymus glands – the place where the Higher Heart is located.

Imagine in this place another heart – the Higher Heart – filled with violet flame (the flame of transmutation). Imagine how the entire stream going upward passes through the Higher Heart, and the stream passing downward is transformed, transfigured.

Step 6. Shift your entire focus of attention to the heart. On the inhale, draw into yourself all the love of the Universe. To do this, tune your “receivers” to this finest vibration of love.

It does not matter who you are, what state you are in now, how you evaluate yourself – the Universe loves you in any form and any state.

Catch this wave-sensation and draw it inside.

Step 7. Exhale through the heart, adding a wave of love from the heart to the two main streams (upward and downward). Fill every cell of your body with the vibration of love.

It does not matter who you are, what you have distinguished yourself by, what you have done or not done, how things stand with your finances, etc.

None of this plays any role in being loved and feeling love and support.

Step 8. Take another deep breath and exhale through the heart, filling the space around you. You can imagine a dense pink cocoon of luminous energy around you.

Step 9. Fix your attention: you have violet energy, pink energy, a shining pillar in which you stand.

Now open your heart. Imagine your heart opening wide, and feel waves flowing out of it – waves of light, love, harmony.

As soon as you feel a fountain flowing from within, take a deep breath and on the exhale send a violet-pink-golden wave around you (around your heart) in all directions – to harmonize the space around you.

Step 10. Take a deep breath in and out, and send the wave again. Freeze and listen to your sensations.

Notice that you are not doing anything special (you are just standing, you are just sitting), but the waves of harmonization continue to spread.

If visualization comes easily to you, you can add emerald, blue, silver, or any other color to your wave – for balancing, harmonizing, healing, calming, aligning.

Open your eyes.

Having charged yourself in this way, you continue your day.

After completing the harmonization practice, listen to what is happening in your solar plexus. You will feel a surge of strength.

The state of the center of power (solar plexus) normalizes. You gain confidence, a feeling of stability, unshakability, solidity.

You stand like a rock on what you believe in, and you radiate it outward.

Additional recommendations for applying the practice

After you start the harmonization process, it continues to work on autopilot, by itself.

You can perform a conscious launch in the morning after waking up and in the evening before going to bed.

Also use the practice as needed, for example, when you are about to go out among a large number of people, you have arrived at work, caught a wave of panic, and so on.

You can direct the harmonization wave not only to your immediate surroundings, but also to the entire city where you live, to the entire country.

You are the epicenter of the spread of the harmonization wave.

Purple Grid for Home Protection

To secure your home, use a grid of purple light. Simply place it at the entrance to your home.

To do this, it is enough to imagine that at the entrance to the apartment where you live, or to the office where you work, there is a grid of purple light.

The purple flame transmutes and transforms. By passing through the grid, you neutralize imbalance.

For example, after quarreling with your husband and leaving the house, you neutralize the imbalance and do not carry it further into the outside world.

In the same way, no matter what state someone enters your home, all imbalance will remain outside its boundaries.
