You see, wonderful things prefer to happen while a person is asleep, that’s just how it’s arranged…
Max Frei “Journey to Kettari”
Every night we sleep, and every night we dream (even if we don’t remember it).
Sleep time takes up, on average, a third of our lives. And many “nighttime pictures” sometimes become etched in our memory and make a strong impression on us.
Upon waking up, many of us start looking up the meanings of dreams in dream books. But, you’ve probably already noticed – they hardly give any clear result.
These are outdated symbols, coming from old energy.
Moreover, compiled by people who could not possibly know you and your specific situation.

When you go to sleep, only your body sleeps, while your consciousness is awake and at the same time moves through different parallel realities — your consciousness goes wherever it wants to go.
Modern spiritual sources provide fresh information about our dreams and their meaning.
In this article, we offer you a new perspective on the meaning of dreams from a spiritual point of view. In preparing it, we relied on thematic literature (channelings, etc.) and personal experience.
Why humans have dreams
The most important thing to understand is that dreams are a complex and mysterious phenomenon, part of a multidimensional reality.
And it is impossible to fully comprehend this miracle. Most often, it is enough to simply be glad that we have dreams.
Regardless of whether we understand them or not, they perform several crucial functions for us.
The biological role of dreams
Rest for the body and mental unloading (the brain operates at slower frequencies than our waking consciousness during this time). Memory systematization.
“Dreams are essentially the release and rewriting of memory.
They represent a kind of mental cleansing that the body must perform to actually reorganize the brain during the sleep state. Memory cells are moved and arranged hierarchically.”

If by the end of the day you feel exhausted, “squeezed like a lemon,” it means you have used up all your vital energy and become an energetic “bankrupt.” In this case, nighttime sleep brings no relief, and you…
Psychological role of dreams
Emotional release, access to significant past moments, subconscious hints about the current situation.
“Moving memories from place to place is often done in an order dictated by your fears, preferences, desires, and even addictions. This hierarchy provides much information for analysis and has not changed much during the existence of Humanity.”

Spiritual role of dreams
Energetic change of your vibrations and body.
During sleep, the ordinary limitations of consciousness are turned off and do not interfere with truly amazing things happening.
“Now dreams are actually the rewriting of the past within your DNA!”
Now you, by “lifting” your memories and assessments of the past, can rewrite the emotions and energies behind them using your new enlightened mind.
The approach to dream interpretation has indeed changed. Observe much more nonlinear things in the dream state. Certain types of dreams are a window to your soul on Earth.«

What Meaning Dreams Can Have
I draw your attention once again:
The meaning of dreams is not the interpretation of every dream image.
This is a general classification that will allow you to find an independent and creative approach to analyzing your dreams.
I will list several types of dreams, based on the book “Spiritual Psychology” by Steve Rother.
He believes that all dreams provide us with health, hints in life situations, connection with multidimensional space and alternative realities.
1. Rejuvenating Dreams
They renew and restore our thought processes and promote the healing of the body.
These are extremely vivid dreams that make us reflect, adapt to new information, and seek real experiences that will help “assimilate” this dream.
2. Perspective Dreams
Their goal is to change our view of familiar things, “our perspective.” It is believed that these dreams are guided by our Higher Self.
These are vivid and detailed dreams, often associated with travel and movement into another reality, as well as a paradoxical view of things. They can also be very emotional.
Additionally, these are often dreams that show what seems to be your ordinary life, but taking place “in different settings.” Some unfamiliar people suddenly seem to you like family and close ones there, and so on.
There is a version that in such dreams we encounter “pieces” of our lives in parallel realities.

Each multidimensional dream includes a package of information that will unfold when you are ready for it.
3. Prophetic dreams
These are hints and ideas that come from higher aspects of you. Their meaning lies in warning or caution regarding your upcoming choices and actions.
They occur most often. As a rule, they are not literal, but rather metaphorical.
Even if we do not remember them in detail, they leave a strong “aftertaste,” an imprint of the feeling of what is to come.
When we are about to make another decision in our lives, we can rely on it.

Special dreams: repetitions, magic, nightmares — this is the gentlest way to “get through” to you. While nothing is yet happening on the physical plane, only in the psychic sphere. Everything you repress breaks through into your dreams.
4. Emotionally prophetic dreams
This is a type of prophetic dream, with a significant addition – they prepare us not just for a choice, but for an emotional experience. They also develop our sensitivity and empathy, the superpower of “feeling people.”
In these dreams, you do not just receive information. It is as if the character, energy, and emotions of a significant dream character unfold from within you.
These dreams have the strongest “sensation”; you can be under their impression for more than one day.
5. Energy-Balancing Dreams
One of the most beneficial types of dreams for us. It allows us to balance our energy fields. That is, to put thoughts, emotions, and energy in their place, filling us with harmony.
These dreams are usually chaotic, or are not remembered at all after waking up.
In them, the pieces of our memory and the day’s experiences are sorted out. They also help us endure painful situations, so after the dream you are filled with something like consolation.
And conversely, when positive feelings are off the charts, the dream may be perceived as bad or “dreary” – this is also how balancing manifests.

6. Lucid Dreams
Lucid dreams (Steve Rother calls them “self-directed”) are considered a sign of spiritual awakening.
These are dreams in which we understand that we are sleeping. This allows us to control our consciousness, expanding it and solving certain spiritual tasks.
For example, it is believed that lucid dreams will become a means for us to travel to other worlds and alternative realities.
Lucid dreams occasionally occur spontaneously. But, as a rule, they require willful training and a specific mindset according to a special method. Furthermore, it is impossible to have lucid dreams all the time (as practice enthusiasts urge) – we vitally need all other types of dreams as well.

Lucid dreaming allows you to move to the most beautiful places, communicate with beings who can answer any question.
So, you have learned what the meaning of dreams is from a spiritual perspective.
Of course, this is only an attempt to touch upon what our truly magical dreams actually are. And many “wondrous discoveries” still await us on this path!
