September is always a month of summing up and powerful completions. Because it is the last month that holds the energy of the current year.
October, November, and December show you what will unfold in the next year. Plus, they lay the foundation for new energies.
The entire year of 2019 was a year of review… it can be compared to a major, rather than cosmetic, renovation in a house…
Only we are not fixing what hinders moving forward, but sorting, cleaning out, and mercilessly throwing away what holds you back from being happy, healthy, and prosperous.
September is a month of completion and crystal clarity. When you are able to see any problem through the eyes of spirit/love and thereby shift stagnant energy from a dead point.
This is exactly what we will talk about in the group meditation.

Current energies. What makes September unique

In August, there were many activations, transformations, many internal layers were rising and being washed away. At the same time, many of you felt a strong resonance with the energies of nature and the elements.
September, unlike August, is a month of completion, integration, and grounding. Grounding implies that in September you symbolically plant into the earth everything you have done over the previous months of the year.
The sign of Virgo stimulates and supports the grounding process.
The completion of September concerns not only the processes that took place this year. For some, September may become a month of completing large cycles of transformation, the culmination of a spiritual path as a whole.
Parallel to the completion in September, a feeling of something new, an anticipation of a beginning arises.

In the 3rd dimension, the Universe responds to what you think.
In the 4th dimension, the Universe responds to what you feel.
In the 5th dimension, the Universe responds to what you say and how you act.
When you try to change your thoughts and your feelings, it keeps you spiraling in the 3rd and 4th dimensions.
But when you bring greater awareness to what you say and what you do, regardless of how you feel and think, your thoughts and feelings change instantly, because this is conscious action from the heart.

The processes of attunement and reintegration are similar to the process of digestion, because they involve the solar plexus.
Through the ego, willpower, and self-discipline — that is, through the solar plexus — you direct yourself, manage your behavior, and try to fit into certain ideas, roles, and patterns.
Through willpower and self-discipline, you force yourself to surrender to the Higher Mind. The Higher Mind is your mind that works synchronistically with your heart.
Every moment you face a choice — to follow the old familiar route (react in the old way, think in the old way) or to try something new.
It is important to live through the integration period with reverence, readiness to choose the new, turning off automatic reactions.
The higher mind is governed by the consciousness of unity, and your choice matters. Avoid oppositions. Oppositions are a sign of 3D reality.

September wants us to shift the landscape of our current reality in order to attune us to the reality of New Earth even more fully, even more deeply.
We are actually moving into a new, higher, more refined vibration of physical dimensions, so that the prevailing matrix of reality also shifts and attunes to the reality of New Earth.
Higher thought forms come to those who vibrate at the corresponding level.
The energies of September also require action and practice so that new realizations do not remain just “on paper.”
We have reached the necessary state to free ourselves from the gravitational pull of the lower mind, which means we no longer attract the polarity potentials of the lower world.
When the lower mind operates, you draw available potentials from the world of polarities.
Now, instead, you begin to attract and create from the reality of dharma, the principle of unity that underlies cosmic space.
All your bodies are attuning to a different reality.

The purpose of the meditation is to “unload” outward those parts of yourself and situations in life where clarity is lacking, in order to view these parts through the eyes of the Higher aspects of your Self; to cleanse yourself from the contradictions of polarity; to attain crystal clarity in those situations where it is needed.
