Spiritual Practices and Meditations
The goal of meditation is to feel your unique vibration and transmit it to yourself, those around you, and, if you wish, to all of humanity.
The goal of the meditation is to strengthen the flows of Light and Love within yourself and outward, and to integrate them into your subtle bodies and physical body.
The first part of the meditation is to reach the higher divine planes by nourishing your toroidal field with your heart’s light and love.
The second part of the meditation is to catch the wave of creation particles (the masculine principle of creation) and the plasmatic energy (the feminine principle of creation), so that the subtle bodies and the physical body can integrate all of this.
The goal of meditation is to release the density that prevents you from staying in high vibrations, specifically:
– To cleanse yourself of old identities, behavioral patterns, and beliefs that hinder the manifestation of higher reality;
– To release emotional blockages, including guilt, shame, fear, and doubt;
– To connect with your inner light, filling your body with the vibrations of love and harmony;
– To feel yourself as a human-angel—a union of physical and divine nature.
The goal of meditation is to set an intention to go beyond the limitations of your lower mind, the mind of the ego-personality, in order to fully operate with the capabilities of the creator, who creates with their heart.
The goal of meditation is to release with gratitude and love all unresolved matters, dreams set aside, states of unforgiveness, powerlessness, resistance, and overall all stages of the journey that have brought you to where you are now.
The goal of meditation is to celebrate the journey you have taken, from the moment of awakening to the present time, and to send gratitude to your past self for your courage, faith, and strength, while acknowledging everything you have achieved and how you have changed.
The goal of meditation is: 1) gratitude for this challenging year and the entire journey you’ve been through; 2) reclaiming the strength, energy, and value you have given to things, structures, and people; 3) asking for clarity.
The goal of meditation is to let go of the ballast and everything that holds you back and prevents you from choosing a higher vibrational path.
The goal of meditation is to build a spiral of infinity centered in the heart, through which you can observe any area of life from an expanded state.
The goal of meditation is to reclaim the power you have given away in various situations, to different people, ideas, and places.
