Spiritual Practices and Meditations
From this article, you will learn how the victim mindset is formed and what internal shifts are needed to transition to self-worth and sovereignty.
The goal of meditation: To help you see and feel the highest paths and potentials available at this point in your life, and to cross one or two key thresholds of consciousness — from dependence on the external to inner autonomy, and further to choosing the highest good for all.
The goal of the meditation is to strengthen the flows of Light and Love within yourself and outward, and to integrate them into your subtle bodies and physical body.
The first part of the meditation is to reach the higher divine planes by nourishing your toroidal field with your heart’s light and love.
The second part of the meditation is to catch the wave of creation particles (the masculine principle of creation) and the plasmatic energy (the feminine principle of creation), so that the subtle bodies and the physical body can integrate all of this.
The goal of meditation is to release the density that prevents you from staying in high vibrations, specifically:
– To cleanse yourself of old identities, behavioral patterns, and beliefs that hinder the manifestation of higher reality;
– To release emotional blockages, including guilt, shame, fear, and doubt;
– To connect with your inner light, filling your body with the vibrations of love and harmony;
– To feel yourself as a human-angel—a union of physical and divine nature.
