Have you noticed how much easier it is to breathe in the new year 2025? How much fuller the experience of being in the moment feels, how much simpler it is to maintain inner peace, and how much calmer your mind has become?
It’s as if in an instant you found yourself in a different space, in a different reality, where much may seem the same, yet is elusively different.
As if a dim light bulb was wiped clean of dust and given more power… There is more light. There is more energy. There is more life force.
A quite noticeable reformatting of reality has begun… for new tasks and a new cycle.

Purpose of the meditation — to set the intention to step beyond the limitations of your lower mind, the mind of the ego-personality, in order to fully operate with the capabilities of a creator who creates with their heart.
2025 — A Grand Completion of Processes

If you add up the digits of the year 2025 (2+0+2+5), you get 9 — completion, a grand completion of many processes.
If in 2024 the main task was to expand. And the entire year of 2024 was meant to shake the walls and lid of the glass jar of the mind in which everyone sits.
Some have managed to do this, others have it ahead of them, some have just started the process, and some are nearing the end.
And the year 2025, since it is a nine, will be about diving inward, about introspection, about experiencing, about certain internal processes when you will have to draw certain conclusions for yourself, come to certain realizations, and immediately make some changes in your life.
The Birth of a New Pulse, a New Rhythm

In January, a new pulse appeared, or rather the birth of a new pulse from within. What does this mean?
This year, those who were able to overcome the virtuality of the mind have entered a period of the infusion of crystalline light, when a reservoir seems to open up inside you, and you are flooded.
If before we called this state burning and blazing, and it had some kind of beginning process and an end process, now this rhythm, this pulse is present all the time.
Such a powerful crystalline stream is pouring onto the Earth, and this year we receive it not through our feet, not vertically, but exclusively through the heart center — it radiates from within outward.
If you have done any work before to turn on your body, to return to your body and begin to feel with your body, you cannot help but feel the changes in this rhythm.
The Key Portal of the Year 9:9:9. The Duration of Portals

The key portal of this year will be 9:9:9.
Lauren Gorgo says that this is a 9-month story and each month 9:9 is like a stage of preparation (January 9, February 9, March 9, and so on).
First there were portals 1:1, 2:2, 3:3. There are people who have specifically worked with this, building them in certain places. Then, suddenly, in some year, these portals stretched out in time.
Our mind and 3D reality are built on linear, finite time. We are all focused on the result and are not very good at enjoying the process. But if we take boundlessness, the immortality of the soul, for which birth and death are just two points, as our reference point, what kind of finale, what result are we talking about?
What we, as humans, are accustomed to, and what we have built ourselves into under the dictatorship of the mind, is unnatural for our spiritual component. And in the end, the higher powers began to draw our attention to this in this way.
Many people don’t pay attention to this, but the energies are blasting through there, you feel it, you read this repetition. And instead of that one-time action, portals now last for a whole month, and we remain in this state the entire time.
Each portal launches some kind of work, and we abide in this process.
9 Months of Gestating Christ Consciousness in the Body

In 2025, starting from January, a point-by-point alignment of the work begins.
The beginning was on January 9th, followed by February 9th, and so on until 9:9:9, so that we could reach the materialization of Christ Consciousness in the body.
I see a deep purpose behind all of this, because from within, not just a process is beginning to be written, but specifically an understanding that this long, extended cycle has a beginning and an end.
After all, the main problem in the matrix cycle of 3D reality was that it was impossible to connect cause and effect, because the cause arose now, and the effect was in the next life, or many, many years later. But now, many things work almost instantly.
A Single Rhythm

But what will begin or may begin, I see as a new pulsation breaking through the old familiar rhythm. And you can see that this is happening with everyone, when something common emerges at the output — a single rhythm.
When a large number of people, even complete strangers, do the same action: go somewhere in the same direction, listen to the same song at a concert, etc.
Track this manifestation of a single pulse. There is no other way to convey the feeling of unity to people, the feeling of oneness from within and without.
This year, among completely unfamiliar people, different elements will begin to connect, thanks to which they will begin to vibrate in a certain single rhythm.
When this begins to manifest on a mass scale, it will be a signal that the lower mind has not managed to take the reins, because the pulse of the soul through the pulse of the heart is many times stronger.
Each Person Gives Birth to Their Own Prescription

What does it mean to be born from within, to carry from within.
Each person carries their own instruction, their own prescription.
Until now, the mind wants to get some secret knowledge from somewhere, some ready-made instructions. But in the process of co-creation, you are the creator, you give birth to this from within. And you don’t give birth on your own, but each person gives birth to their own little piece.
So that these small fragments of individual people’s creations manifest into beautiful cities, into a bright future, they should not be like-minded people, as we used to think, but there should be a certain harmonious coherence, which appears precisely through this pulse.
And this year it is already physical, it already exists. By September, the task is to learn not just to sound, not just to notice everything, but to master this as a skill, so that it can be used later.
