Some people consider themselves spiritual because they sit in meditation for several hours a day and lead a healthy lifestyle.
But when they go “out into the world” and encounter the external world, this spirituality somehow disappears.
Judgment of other people’s actions, lack of restraint, resentment, and complaints rise to the surface of consciousness.
It turns out that spiritual practices exist separately, and the person exists on their own.
A person seems to want to unite both everyday life and spirituality, but it doesn’t work out because the external world mercilessly invades their space and brings everything unseemly up from within.
How to live according to spiritual laws, follow life principles while being among people who are so different in their level of development and perception of the world? How to maintain your high vibrations while living in an ordinary 3D world?
Read about this in the article.
There was a time when people went to live in the forests, in the mountains, became hermits, went to monasteries, and dedicated their lives to God, prayer, and spiritual life.
They excluded themselves from worldly life, and encounters with ordinary people were minimized.
Now spirituality and mindfulness are going mainstream. Whether you want it or not, you begin to believe that there is something greater than just your thoughts.
It is no longer a secret to people that life is subject to certain universal laws.
Some fully accept this, some try to use these laws in life, and many don’t seriously think about it but no longer deny it.

Now, people who have chosen the spiritual path and development for themselves do not necessarily have to go to a monastery. There are both advantages and difficulties in this.
The plus is that to gain spiritual knowledge, you don’t need to isolate yourself from people, depriving yourself of the life and benefits you are accustomed to.
But this choice places additional responsibility on a person.
Being spiritual, it is important to maintain awareness wherever you are, in the conditions where you exist: at work, at home with family, with neighbors, parents, fellow travelers on public transport, everywhere.
There is little use from meditations if you cannot manifest your higher qualities and follow life principles in ordinary life, in communication with people.
Spiritual practices should be woven into everyday life, into every action you take. Otherwise, life will show all the inconsistencies and imbalances.

We are given the opportunity to practice, “on the spot,” applying the spiritual knowledge we have received.
This is a great gift, through which humanity can advance very far, but it is also a great test.
Unfortunately, not everyone understands this. After all, it is much easier to maintain high vibrations in silence and solitude. But how do you do this in everyday conditions, without falling into destructive emotions?
This is where the tests of mastery come in.
Some people walk the spiritual path believing that they are thereby ensuring a bright future without troubles, illnesses, losses, or tragedies.
But what ends up happening is that in today’s energetically turbulent times, those who suffer the most are not the ones who lead an unhealthy lifestyle, swear, eat meat, and don’t meditate, but rather those who don’t know how to integrate spirituality, spiritual concepts, and values into their daily lives.
The following recommendations will give you a general direction for where to focus your efforts in order to make spiritual practices your way of life.
How to Integrate Spiritual Practices into Daily Life
1. Follow Your Life Principles
Write down your life values, principles, and beliefs. What is truly important to you.
- What is unacceptable to you under any circumstances?
- What guides you in your decisions?
- What can you not compromise on?
The next step is to follow your principles. This requires considerable courage and honesty with yourself.
It’s easy to say: I am honest and decent, I don’t judge anyone, I accept people as they are.
But is it really that easy to do in practice? This must become your way of life if you claim to live by spiritual laws.

2. Practice Mindfulness and Non-Judgment
Don’t let others get under your skin. Remember that you are the master of your life and your mood. You cannot be angered, offended, or humiliated. You either allow this to happen to you or you don’t.
The world begins with you; you have no right to remake other people. If some action or behavior of another person gets under your skin, ask yourself why you are reacting that way.

3. Communicate with People from the Vertical
Build relationships with those around you, close and not so close, based on the vertical.
This means soul-to-soul communication, excluding attachments and obligations.
According to spiritual laws, if you follow them, no one owes you anything, not even those close to you. Not children, not parents, not friends.
If you adhere to this, then there will be no resentment or claims. If they do arise from your loved ones towards you, sort things out while remaining in the vertical, in connection with the spirit.
Everything else is unnecessary. Before getting involved in a confrontation, think about how your higher self would act. Would it respond to attacks? Would it fuel the conflict?

4. Don’t Engage in Self-Deception
It is not the lotus pose that makes you spiritual, nor the number of practices completed or years spent in meditation, but the purity of your intentions and living in accordance with your inner truth.
If you have failed, be able to admit it; if you have stated that you hold no grievances, then do not take offense. And if you do take offense, be honest with yourself and the one who offended you. If you claim to accept and love yourself, then confirm it with care.

If you aspire to spirituality and self-awareness, make sure your values manifest in every thought, every choice, and every action.
