How to wake up from hibernation

Spring is on the doorstep, nature is waking up from its winter slumber, delighting us with spring scents and gentle rays of the sun.

Your mood rapidly lifts along with the lengthening daylight hours, and your soul sings for no particular reason.

But what about those who still feel the shackles of winter apathy and drowsiness?

We offer you a few tips that will be useful both for those who are still “asleep” and for those who are already “awake”…

1. Recharge Your Solar Batteries

The sun not only promotes the production of vitamin D, it transmits the energy of life, helping us stay in good shape.

Try to spend as much time as possible in the sun, absorbing its healing light. A “sun salutation” ritual can be beneficial, where right after waking up, you greet the sun first thing, like an old friend.

Walks during sunset have a calming nature, soothing an overloaded nervous system, relieving stress and the tension of a long day.

If you live in a place where the sun is a rare guest during the spring season, turn your attention to practices that ignite the sun within you.

2. Tune into Nature’s Harmony

What could be more beautiful than awakening nature… the scent of a spring forest, the first flowers and butterflies circling over patches of snow. The ringing trills of birds singing the arrival of spring. The creaking of old trees in the wind…

Going out into nature, where you completely disconnect from your current worries and absorb the natural harmony and balance of your surroundings, is an effective tool for restoring your inner resource.

3. Immerse Yourself in the Power of the Elements

Have you gotten used to quiet, cozy evenings at home over the winter and forgotten the fierce sensations of might and strength?

Turn to the power of the elements: to the gusting wind, the raging rain, the sound of waves… Instead of hiding from “bad weather,” immerse yourself, merge with the elements, dissolving unspoken grievances, locked-away emotions, and thoughts of daily life within them. Absorb the hurricane force and thirst for life with every cell of your being!

4. Show Wild Activity

After the measured winter rhythm, when you want to lie in bed longer and go out less, do the exact opposite.

More movement, more action, more activity… in everything. Even in shopping trips )))

5. Take Care of Your New Image

Everything flows, everything changes… including you.

Open the doors of your wardrobe and cast a critical eye over the items at your disposal:

What items of your clothing MATCH your current perception of yourself?

It’s quite possible that much of what you wore in the fall no longer suits your new image!

And I’m not talking about fashion trends or a noticeable “thickening” of the waist after winter…

6. Release Your Emotions and Feelings

Not only physical activity freezes in winter, our emotions and feelings also “hibernate.”

Wake them up with your gratitude! Gratitude for everything that happened to you during the winter.

And let “Alleluia” performed by Deva Premal and Miten help you with this.

Turn up the speakers and get ready to SING. Sing with all the strength of your lungs, letting the vibrations of sound pass through you and opening yourself to spring and awakening.

7. Seduce yourself… with something new

Novelty and vividness of impressions are an essential sign of activating inner energy.

I suggest not just trying something new from the list of things you always wanted to do but didn’t have the opportunity/time. I invite you to immerse yourself in new sensations you never even thought about, and if asked, you would immediately say “no,” guided by your life experience.

This new experience will become another breakthrough on the path to crystallizing a new reality, which is now not just felt but is already taking clear shape.

The meditation “Bird of Your Freedom” will help you expand your usual boundaries and reach a new level of freedom.
