Your throat chakra is responsible for your self-expression, your ability to manifest love through creativity, and to connect the unconnectable.
It is the center of your “authentic voice.”
I would like to share with you one of the exercises from the training «7 Keys of Mindfulness» for activating the throat chakra using mantras.
In this case, it is the mantra of **Joy**. Specifically, as performed by Gaiavata with hand movements.
Task
Chant the mantra every day. For a minimum of 10 minutes.
Mantra of Joy
Chanted in a seated position. Hands on your knees, palms facing down.
Om tare – turn your right palm upward.
Tu tare – turn your left palm upward.
Tu re – bring your right hand parallel to your heart, palm facing down.
So ha – bring your left hand parallel to your stomach, palm facing up.
Om tare – join both palms together at the level of your solar plexus.
Tu tare – raise your arms up above your head.
Tu re – cross your arms, placing your palms on your shoulders.
So ha – return your hands to the starting position on your knees, palms facing down.
Don’t forget to write down your sensations. Focus your attention on your throat center.
What is happening there? Where is your voice flowing from?

The mantra of Joy is a practice for activating the throat chakra, which is responsible for self-expression, creativity, and the manifestation of love. It is used within the framework of the “7 Keys of Mindfulness” training and helps the practitioner uncover their “authentic voice.”
The mantra is chanted while seated. Hands begin on the knees with palms facing down. On “Om tare” – the right palm turns upward, on “Tu tare” – the left palm turns upward, on “Tu re” – the right hand is parallel to the heart with the palm facing down, on “So ha” – the left hand is parallel to the stomach with the palm facing up. Then both palms join at the solar plexus, rise above the head, cross onto the shoulders, and return to the starting position.
It is recommended to chant the mantra of Joy daily for a minimum of 10 minutes. During the practice, it is important to focus attention on the throat center and write down your sensations to track your progress.
