Energy practices for an effective life

Updated: October 31, 2014

Today we’re sharing a practical resource for people with different energy types.

What determines your success? From a spiritual and energetic perspective, the answer is this: to live effectively, all your chakras need to be active and in harmony.

Only then can you receive spiritual energy from the cosmos — ideas, wise thoughts, intuitive insights — and then ground it in the material world as concrete actions, possessions, relationships, and money.

An energetically effective person is equally well connected to both the earth and the higher planes.
But in practice, this is rare.

There are two groups of people with energetic imbalance.

The first group — “balloon people” — are born with open upper chakras and nearly inactive lower ones.

They are highly sensitive, intuitive, and easily connect with their Higher Self and various beings from other planes of existence.

But they struggle with money, often feel stuck when it comes to taking action, and may have issues with health and relationships.

The second group — “kettlebell people” — live primarily in their lower chakras while their upper chakras remain closed.

They are strong-willed, powerful, and grounded. They reach their goals easily and quickly, and are usually financially well-off.

But they lack connection to their intuition and Soul. Their heart is often closed as well. Life becomes a hamster wheel, cut off from their higher, alive, and loving self. Despite external success, this leads to a deep sense of longing and dissatisfaction.
