In the first part of the article on this topic, we covered the theory. Today, we offer the practical part, namely the “Dialogue with the Chakras” technique, which will help you determine at what stage of realizing your idea you get stuck, whether it aligns with your soul’s plan, or requires adjustment.
Any of your ideas or dreams passes through all seven energy centers, and depending on how balanced they are for you, it will either be realized or get stuck along the way.
If there are blocks, it doesn’t necessarily mean the energy center itself is imbalanced; more often than not, various limitations reside there. When you see at what stage the process gets stuck, you can make an effort to correct that situation.
The “Dialogue with the Chakras” practice will help you with this. We will take your idea, your intention, and run it through the awareness of the seven energy centers to hear what they tell you in response to your goal.
Preparation for the Practice
For this, write it down in advance. If you are not yet ready to formulate something global, take one specific goal, any goal.
How much your idea or dream corresponds to your purpose — the seventh center. This is the question I suggest you ponder in your free time.
Because if your idea or dream is only needed by you, and from selfish motives, there will be many obstacles. You need to create an alloy, to find those facets of your dream that will serve not only you but also your global mission.
The sixth chakra — a complete description of your dream, idea, or project. That is, your global vision.
The fifth chakra — this is the story you are broadcasting. And the second important point — what influence, what impact will it have on other people?
You absolutely must find this facet. Your dream comes true — how do other people benefit from it? As long as you think only about yourself, your selfish desires are not supported. As soon as you switch to the good and benefit of people, ideas have a habit of coming true.
For example, buying a more spacious apartment. The parents will be happy and pleased that we expanded the living space, that we live in a comfortable atmosphere. The husband will be happy because he will have an office where he can sit, and no one will barge in without knocking.
The children are happy because each of them now has their own room, they have personal space. You are all happy, which means you bring more benefit at your work, etc. Shift your focus of attention.
The fourth chakra – the heart, the level of our social interaction and love. How will your dream serve, benefit other people, and what specifically do you like about it? What attracts you to it?
The third chakra — the solar plexus. What are you doing to make your dream come true.
The second chakra — what you need. We are talking about needs and desires. What do you need, what resources, what people? What interactions, of what, of whom, and in what quantity are needed to realize your dream (husband’s support, financial means, etc.).
And the final stage, the first — what will it all look like when your dream comes true? And specific deadlines.

Practice: “Dialogue with the Chakras”
In front of you, on a piece of paper, your goal and your task are written down.
Now we will give a voice to each of your chakras. If you can speak out loud, do so; if not, speak to yourself.
Before the practice, I recommend doing an energy exercise to activate your energy system.
If anyone is not familiar with the exercise, first get acquainted with it, then come back to this exercise >> Free Mini Course on Chakras >> Energy Exercise.
Close your eyes. During all energy practices, it is recommended that your spine be straight, and your feet should ideally be placed on the floor, with the entire sole of the foot flat.
So, we will go from top to bottom. Take a deep breath in through your heart, energy to the crown of your head, and as you exhale, breathe directly out through the crown.
We activate and energize the crown center. Take a deep breath in through your heart and exhale the energy into the third eye center, located right in the middle of your head.
Another deep breath in through your heart and exhale the energy into your throat, activating and energizing the throat chakra.
A deep breath in through your heart and exhale into the same place, into the heart chakra.
A deep breath in through your heart, directing the energy into the solar plexus.
A deep breath in, and as you exhale, activate and energize the sacral chakra. That’s where the female organs are located.
And one more deep breath in through your heart, and as you exhale, direct the energy to the tailbone area. Activate and energize the root chakra.
Now take a short pause, listen to the sensations in your body. Now you will ask each chakra, which has its own level of consciousness, to voice or tell you what they think, feel, and see regarding the goal you have set for yourself.
Focus once again on this task, on your intention, and now concentrate your attention on the crown of your head, on the lotus of your crown chakra, where the cosmic flow endlessly pours in.
Just focus your attention on the seventh chakra. And now, preferably out loud, state your intention, your task.
And listen to the voice of your knowing. Thoughts, sensations, realizations—everything that comes up.
If suddenly there is no response, no thoughts, ideas, or answer appears, focus on this chakra once more and you can mentally say: “I want to hear your opinion, your position, your advice about my dream.” Specifically at the level of knowing.
The seventh chakra is “I know.” And, of course, don’t forget to give thanks. Whether you heard something clear, saw something, or not—in any case, give thanks.
We move to the sixth chakra, at the level of “I see.” Ask this center of consciousness to share with you what it sees in your dream, in your task. Shift your entire focus of attention to the center of your head. In the same way, preferably out loud, state your task, your intention once more, and listen.
If something interesting comes through, write it down—you won’t fall out of the state. Write it down immediately so you don’t forget. Take a deep breath in and out, thank the “I see” center.
And move to the fifth chakra – “I express,” the center of communication. Focus on your throat. State your goal, your intention out loud once more.
If you need to write down what comes to mind, do so. Right here at the throat level there can be many conflicting intentions, some phrases might surface. This is a talkative chakra, thank it for its cooperation. Deep inhale-exhale.
And we move on to the fourth chakra — the voice of your heart, and your feelings.
This is the voice of love, the voice of your relationships with other people. When you feel unhappy, your dream gets stuck at the heart level.
Focus on the heart center, if needed, breathe in and out through it, and again out loud: your task, your intention. Give voice to your heart.
How does it relate to your task, to your dream. If at any stage you experience emotions, breathe them out. We allow ourselves to feel emotions, but we release them, we breathe them out of ourselves. Don’t forget to write down what comes up in your mind. Thank your heart center. Deep inhale-exhale.
We move to the third chakra, where your power resides, to what you must do to make this happen.
There may be enthusiasm, very strong resistance, fear. Or on the contrary, confidence that it will be so.
In the same way, we focus on the solar plexus. And the question, or rather, we voice the intention, and the question to the solar plexus: what can it tell you, what advice can it give. Thank the solar plexus. Deep inhale-exhale.
We move to the sacral chakra, the second one. Where your passion, your needs, and your devotion live. Devotion to not only starting but also seeing through everything you have planned to completion.
Loyalty to your idea. Because when you plan something from your head, and it is not supported by your feelings, your passion, and does not match your needs, you will constantly sabotage yourself.
Focus on the sacral chakra. It is about three fingers below the navel. Where all your reproductive organs are, the holy of holies of any woman.
And once again, say your intention, task, goal, dream out loud. What is the attitude of your sacral chakra towards your task. Thank it. Deep inhale-exhale.
We move to the first chakra. Here we have everything related to practicality: money, time, place, obstacles, what your relatives think and say about this. In the process of manifestation, a lot of attention is given to the first chakra.
Because it is the one responsible for the realization and practicality of everything you can imagine. And we send a request to the first chakra, the center of your physical being.
What can it advise you, show you regarding your task, what limitations do you need to overcome? What to change? Thank your root center.
Focus once more on your heart. And feel gratitude, transmit it on the exhale to all your centers. To your entire energy field, gratitude for the interaction and cooperation.
For the help your body provides you in carrying out your plans. Transmit love to your body, to every single cell.
And one more deep inhale, and on the exhale, direct the energy down into the Earth. In order to ground yourself and return to the real physical space.
Some centers may respond immediately. Somewhere there is no contact at all. That means you have a goal to work with that center. And to reach it in order to hear the answer.
The Goal of the Exercise
In this way, you automatically attune to your energy system.
Chakras are centers of consciousness; when they are engaged, results come much faster.
Every voice you heard, every image — that is the voice of the chakras. Talk to it as you would to a friend. What is usually missing? What is missing is recognition, respect, and the acknowledgment that you have the right to exist.
Often, we discard all these voices and don’t listen to them. Someone who is used to doing and thinking a lot very often steps on their own sensations and feelings.
Responsible people are given a task, and they want to complete it. The desire to admit being tired, wanting to sleep, or needing to take a break is not acknowledged. The voice of the chakra is shut down; it speaks to you, but you don’t hear it.
Therefore, the goal of this exercise is to let them speak. And to treat this with respect.
Just like with shadow aspects, until you respectfully acknowledge the message they are transmitting, they exist within you, but beyond your awareness — you don’t realize they are there, you don’t hear them.
The goal is to give them a voice. To integrate them into yourself. And then they begin to work in unison, specifically on the process of manifestation.
Write down, what limitations came up for you? Who saw or felt this conflict?
