10 ways to ground your energy

Grounding, in simple human terms, means a stable connection with the Earth.

When you lose your grounding, it’s as if you “fall out” of reality, diving into a world of fantasies and castles in the air, losing clarity of thought and focus, making it hard to concentrate on what’s important.

But, more importantly, you lose the ability to manifest, i.e., to bring into reality what you desire.

The energy of your ideas and thoughts accumulates around your head but doesn’t travel downward to anchor itself in the earth and materialize in three-dimensional physical reality.

In such moments, you are like an inverted pyramid, precariously balancing on its tip… with millions of plans and a minimum of results.

So, how do you restore your connection with the Earth?

10 Ways to Ground Your Energy

We’ll start with the simplest actions, available to each of you at any moment…

1. Physical Exercise

Any physical exercise, including household chores like cleaning the house, activates your physical nature and engages your body.

At that moment, the mental energy gathered around your head descends lower and spreads throughout your entire body. After all, it is the physical body that is the main conductor of energy coming from the Earth to you.

2. Massage and Tapping the Body

While giving yourself a massage is quite a challenging task, “tapping” each part of your body with an open palm is entirely doable. This way, you “turn on” the body and disperse the energy blocked within it.

An example of tapping is in the video filmed at an outdoor training session in Cyprus in 2012.

3. Take Salt Baths

When you lose your grounding, your etheric field extends far beyond the boundaries of your physical body. This is why it feels like you are losing touch with reality.

Rubbing yourself with salt soap or bathing in a salt bath shrinks the boundaries of your etheric field, quite literally bringing you back into your body.

This method is highly recommended after any energy or meditative practices.

4. Eat Root Vegetables

Everything that grows in the earth has a stable, natural connection with the earth, and therefore helps you ground yourself.

This category includes root vegetables (potatoes, carrots, beets, turnips, etc.), both raw and cooked.

5. Eat Red/Orange Fruits and Vegetables

When you lose your grounding, it is a result of your 1st and 2nd chakras being out of balance, with energy flow directed towards the upper energy centers.

To open the lower centers, it is recommended to eat fruits and vegetables of red and orange colors. Preferably raw.

6. Drink More Pure Water

Water helps conduct energy in the body and also cleanses your system of toxins and harmful substances.

Several liters of pure water a day (not coffee, juices, or tea, but plain drinking water) will help normalize the flow of energy in your body.

7. Working on and with the Earth

Repotting flowers at home, working in your garden, and making clay crafts instantly allow you to ground yourself.

In the summer, walking barefoot on the earth/sand/water works well.

And don’t forget about mindful walks, when you switch your mind from everyday thoughts and direct your attention to the soil under your feet, its roughness, pits, puddles, etc.

8. Connect with Nature

Nature never loses its connection to the earth, because without the earth there would be no nature.

A walk in the park, forest, or along the seashore calms you, slows you down, and recharges you with energy.

You can choose any natural spot near your home or office and come to this sacred place for harmonization and balancing.

9. Grounding Visualization

If all the grounding methods listed above are NOT available to you due to certain circumstances (for example, you are at work or on public transport), try to take a vertical position, make sure you are standing firmly on both feet, imagine that powerful brown roots are going down from your feet into the earth, penetrating deeper and deeper…

You are a tree. With thick branches reaching up to the heavens, and with powerful roots going down into the earth. You are not afraid of hurricanes and storms, because your roots penetrate deep into the soil.

You let the flow of cosmic energy pass through you, which travels through your body and flows down the roots into the earth.

10. Energetic Grounding

Imagine that from your 1st chakra (in the tailbone area) for men and from the sacral chakra (your female organs) for women, an energy cord of a rich dark color descends downwards. Straight into the core of the Earth.

The more you visualize this cord, the more energy you direct downwards, the stronger and thicker this rope becomes — your connection with the Earth.

Visualization is a good way to use imagination to model or change your life. Many spiritual practices and meditations include visualization… But what should those who cannot or do NOT succeed in visualizing do?

And since the Earth is a living organism, ready at any moment to support you, guide you in the right direction, and envelop you in its love, do not forget to “confess” your love and gratitude to it.

Thank it for its generosity as a gift and unconditional love for all its creations in general and for you personally!

Despite the fact that the course is free, its value is high, because it is with the understanding of how you are structured on an energy level that mastering the ability to CREATE begins…
