You’ve probably noticed this yourself in recent days.
How to balance a surge of astral energy
(If it is observed in your environment, of course.)
1) Light candles in the house. Fire is a powerful transformer of any unbalanced energy.
If there is an increased background of irritation in your home/apartment, walk through the entire apartment with a lit candle with the intention of cleansing and transforming the astral energy of emotions.
2) Maintain the position of an observer and try NOT to get drawn into heated discussions. They are destructive by nature and poorly controlled — no matter what you say, you won’t be understood, because in an emotional state the mind shuts down, and primitive instincts come to the forefront and take control of you.
3) Take care to protect yourself, your family, and your home from the influence of external energies.
Surround yourself and the children with a dense cocoon of white light. White light is impenetrable to low-vibrational energies. The same can be done for the entire apartment where you live.
Remember that it is YOU who creates the space around you!
