Dynamic meditation

This dynamic meditation was born during a mini-meditation course that we conducted together with Andrey Ryskov in August-September 2011.

The participants’ results impressed me so much that I decided to run a small experiment by gathering a group of blog visitors who committed to practicing meditation in everyday life for 10 days.

Goal of the dynamic meditation: to remain in a mindful state for 10 days, starting the day with a short meditation and ending it with one.

That is precisely why it is called dynamic. To practice it, you do NOT need to sit in the lotus position and meditate for hours.

Throughout the day, when certain situations arose, you needed to practically apply elements of meditation.

The meditation takes 40 minutes upon first listening to the audio recording with all the instructions.

After that — about 15 minutes in the morning + mindful actions throughout the entire day.

Preparatory audio recording:

— Detailed explanation of the 6 blocks of the meditation.

— Meditation for the first session.

— Instructions for further practice.

Meditation for the first session

You can join the dynamic meditation on any day.

But remember: only consistent practice for at least 10 days will produce a noticeable effect. But it is truly worth it!

I would be grateful for your feedback in the comments!
