How to recover after processing, spiritual work. A cheat sheet for quickly coming back to yourself.

When you have realized the problem and worked through it, that is not all. It does not mean that you instantly become happy, that everything is easy and wonderful. Yes, relief comes, but the body is exhausted, the body aches, thoughts are scattered.

In your head, there is both the old system of thinking and a new worldview, and it is unclear what to do next. Overall, you feel tired, possibly even irritated.

Let these simple tips help you recover, come to your senses, and get into a resourceful state.

How to recover after working through spiritual work

1. On the physical level

Get full sleep, rest enough. Fresh air and a walk are essential.

Start the energy in the body: move, run, jump, dance, do exercises with a roller to feel the energy flowing along the spinal column.

Drink plenty of clean water. If you have a supply of water you have charged yourself, use it.

Be attentive to yourself. Our physical bodies are already under a colossal strain right now.

The body is experiencing stress due to the rising vibrations of the planet and the increase in data points. Therefore, show it love and take care of it in every way.

2. On the emotional level

After processing, you may feel emotional emptiness. It is impossible to immediately transition from emotions that vibrate at a low frequency: sadness, apathy, or anger, to peace and love.

The main thing is that you come to an inner feeling of acceptance of what happened. This occurs after you find the pearl of wisdom, that crystal which you yourself left on your path.

Turn on your favorite music, mantras, in short, whatever you are drawn to. If there are remnants of unexpressed emotions, release them in an eco-friendly way (without involving others).

Usually at this stage, your consciousness seems to split: one part is still emotional, which is natural, while the other — the wise part — observes this process to ensure it does not get out of control.

Therefore, learn to switch gears in time, do not get stuck in emotions.

3. On the mental level

You had one paradigm, old beliefs, or you realized where you were stepping on the same rake, discovered a blind spot. Now you need to leave this in the past with gratitude and replace it with a new paradigm.

Write down a new set of beliefs, equal to the old ones but opposite. Engage your feelings. How does your heart respond to the new paradigm? What do you feel when you speak the new beliefs?

You should get an alloy between new beliefs and feelings, a symbiosis of mind (thoughts) and heart.

4. On the spiritual level

For restoration on the spiritual level, use the algorithm for returning to a resourceful state.
