The broadcast topic “Energy Charge” was born from a listener’s question: how to direct energy toward realizing what you desire.
Many people do not understand what an energy impulse is. In everyday life, most people do not use concepts from the field of energy.
At the same time, examining processes (for example, in relationships) from the perspective of energy exchange allows you to get answers to many questions. Looking at a phenomenon through the prism of energy reveals its internal mechanics.
In this material, read about the cyclicity with which energy moves in the human body, what main functions the chakras perform, and, most importantly, how you can use this for practical purposes.
Cyclicity of Energy in the Human Body
A person always passes energy through their body. Thus, some energy always passes through the body in the form of charges.
Periodically, you feel surges of energy (in other words, a positive charge of energy). When you experience this, it is the right time to invest this charge into something. This is logical – in this way, you follow natural cycles.
Everything in life is cyclical. Like nature, we experience certain seasons. Nature periodically wakes up and falls asleep. The same happens with us.
Those who engage in spiritual practices and periodically pump energy (from top to bottom and from bottom to top) are very sensitive to their own cyclicity.
There are periods when energy moves on the rise, and periods when energy moves on the decline.
The usual “scheme” of energy movement looks like this. Energy gradually builds up (rises) and at a certain point reaches a peak value.
For some time, the energy stays at its peak. After that, a gradual decline begins – energy slowly decreases, and you return to your natural energy balance/state.
Critical moments in energy movement
There can be two critical moments in energy movement.
One is when a sharp surge of energy occurs.
For example, you are in a state of equilibrium. A colossal charge comes, and you literally soar (energetically) upward from that state of equilibrium. You are floating, feeling great.
Or – you are in a negative state, but you attune to the energy and, as a result, shoot upward like a “rocket.” At that moment, there becomes too much charge, too much energy.
Manifestations of excessive, uninvested (unrealized) energy can include anxiety and restlessness.
The charge enters, accumulates, you do not expend it anywhere, do not invest it in action, which leads to serious consequences. Among them, in particular, are your restlessness, excessive protectiveness, and worry for loved ones.
Extreme forms of unrealized energy manifestation can lead to mental disorders.
The second critical moment is associated with a sharp drop in energy. For example, you are enjoying yourself and floating. Suddenly, someone drops a phrase in your direction, does something, your trauma is activated, and as a result, you “fall” sharply.
Sharp fluctuations upward or downward are very difficult for the body to endure.

Chakras and their functions
In the human body, there are powerful energy receivers called chakras. There are seven main chakras. They are located in the etheric body, very close to the physical body.
In reality, there are many more chakras. There are higher centers tied to different levels of consciousness. These chakras are not connected to the physical body.
The Cosmic Laws mention seven chakras that are linked to the human body.
Channeling books and messages also operate with the concepts of these same seven chakras.
When you hear about balancing or equalizing chakras, it refers to the chakras connected to the body.
A chakra is an energy center. It is essentially a funnel, whose vortex spins and unwinds.
A chakra has four functions:
- receiving energy;
- assimilating (digesting/integrating) energy;
- storing energy;
- expressing (manifesting) energy.

The first function of a chakra is receiving
It is through chakras that you receive energy. However, you do not receive all energy indiscriminately.
Your organism/body is structured in such a way that it filters the energy it lets inside.
The body filters energy primarily based on your beliefs, convictions, worldview, as well as on how full of strength or weakened you are.
The bodily filter works automatically, by default.
Depending on your level of consciousness, you view the world (filter it) either through the eyes of a traumatized child, or through the eyes of an adult, or an enlightened person, etc.
This is how you look from the inside out. In the same way, each chakra allows energy to pass through.
From this perspective, it will be useful to know what each chakra is responsible for. This will give you an understanding of what level and which topics each chakra processes.
Thus, if there is a block in the area of a chakra, energy may not pass through there, or it may enter and become trapped.

The second function of chakras – assimilation
Energy assimilation — this topic is constantly covered in the project materials — from the perspective of integration.
When you have experienced an influx of energy, charged up, time is required to digest this energy.
For this reason, after downloads, a state of slowing down, “drowsiness,” and a feeling of sluggish processes occurs. The body has been saturated with energy and is digesting it.
A good analogy: when you have overeaten, your body goes into “hibernation” because it needs to digest a lot.
In the same way, each energy center assimilates and redirects energy to different places depending on how much has entered and where it is needed.
When the period of integration (digestion) ends, a feeling-desire to act appears. Often this can be a desire to put things in order, to organize something — on the physical plane.
Thus, from internal immersion, you transition into the external world. You are already ready to make this transition.

The third function of chakras – storage
Energy is not stored in the human body. It settles in the body in the form of habits, stereotypes and programs, traumas, and emotions.
Releasing energy in the form of emotions is difficult, especially if you have been suppressing your emotions for a long time.

The fourth function of chakras is expression
You express (manifest) energy when you release the accumulated charge outward.
It is at the stage of energy expression that many people face the greatest difficulty.
For example, when a charge seeks to manifest itself, people often flare up, lose control (with loved ones, children), men become aggressive, and a powerful, uncontrollable outburst occurs.
This most often happens when you have been suppressing something within yourself for a long time. Chakras store experiences, memories, habits, and beliefs. All of these have their own charge.
We will discuss this in detail in the next article, “Excess energy in the human body. How to neutralize it.”
Have you already thought about how to practically use this information in your life? How well do your chakras handle each of the functions?
