The word “harmony” encompasses a lot. Some need to calm their mental attitude and thoughts, and that will be harmony. Others need to raise their vibrations or balance emotionally, and that is also harmony.

The concept of harmonization is multifaceted and contains many things.

You have no right to spread out, turn into a limp rag, especially if you want to support your loved ones. Your pillar of light, your vertical line and your open heart are your support. An open heart is possible only when you accept what is happening.

What nourishes with harmony

The simplest way to be nourished with harmony is communion with nature.

If you cannot enter a harmonious state on your own, you always have something at hand with which you can harmonize yourself.

As a rule, simple things nourish with harmony. The main thing is to do it. Lead by your own example.

In a state of chaos, panic, any outbursts of emotions (around you), be that pillar of light that sends waves of harmony. Wherever you go (to work at the office, to the shopping center for purchases, etc.), stop for a moment and first of all launch a wave of harmony.

Thus, you change not only your own focus, but also the focus of the space you enter. You have the right to influence the focus of the space, since you are in that space.

What to do when you are in a state of imbalance

If you are in a state of emotional imbalance (for example, after a quarrel with your husband), you will most likely not be able to feel your vertical line instantly.

In this case, follow this algorithm.

First, add an element of simply deep breathing – through the heart center – and imagine how you exhale any imbalance (energetic, mental, emotional, etc.) out of yourself.

If you feel that you are not balanced, your first step is deep breathing through the heart.

With the help of deep breathing, you essentially force your mind to switch to observing the sensations in the body (how the heart beats, how the diaphragm rises, etc.).

According to the scheme described above, proceed to building your vertical line.

In essence, the “methodology” of the harmonization/vertical line building process is used during group meditations.

Each of you is a relay or a station emitting certain vibrations. In order to emit something, you must first open and feel these vibrations within yourself.

It does not matter what state you were in before this.

If you were able to switch your mind through the body to what is happening inside (that is, you occupied your mind with another activity), you will easily be able to launch a wave of higher-level vibration emission from the heart.

If your heart is closed, if there are many grievances and disappointments in it, you can turn to music for help. For example, listening to and chanting the mantra “Tumi Baja Re Mana”. This will help your heart find relief through tears.

How to Build Your Vertical Axis

To return to a harmonious state, the first step is to build your vertical axis.

Your heart is the center that unites two streams — one flowing from top to bottom (from the Cosmos into the Earth), and the other flowing from bottom to top (from the Earth into the Cosmos).

If you do not engage in any practices, you usually pay no attention to these energy flows.

Additionally, the heart unites the three upper chakras (responsible for connection with the Cosmos, Higher powers, intuition, etc.) and the three lower chakras (responsible for connection with the manifested world or matter).

Through the heart, you can also feel your soul. This is where the entry point for connecting with your soul is located.

The heart serves as a key (connecting) element in many practices. Various energy figure-eights, spirals, and fountains always pass through the heart.

Thus, first you build your vertical axis, meaning you define the main flows (the flow from the heart upward and the flow from the heart downward).

As a connector and link, the heart is a tool for harmonization and balancing. If you are in a calm state, it is enough to take two or three deep breaths in and out to activate your vertical axis:

  • on the inhale, draw energy through the heart, and on the exhale, direct it upward through the crown;
  • on the inhale, draw energy through the heart, and on the exhale, direct it downward through the feet into the earth.

At each stage, you carefully listen to your sensations.

If you practice regularly, you immediately feel the movement of energy flows. If you are in a normal state, processes start instantly.

A normal state is a state free from stress, panic, fears, or emotional imbalance; at the same time, your body is engaged.

An engaged body can provide feedback in the form of hot feet (energy moving downward) or a sensation of hair stirring on the crown of the head (energy moving upward).

When you build your vertical alignment, your focus should be centered on the heart. Essentially, each time you begin from the heart.
