Active zeroing of reality as a necessary stage of transition into a new space

The current time is unique. We are in 2020 – a period of active reality reset.

What does this mean for you, in which areas of your life can the reset manifest, and how to live through it, find out in this article.

Active reality reset. The multi-level nature of the process and its extension in time

One of the features of the reset process is its multi-level nature.

The reset occurs simultaneously on several levels, for example: emotional, mental, at the level of programs and beliefs.

The multi-level nature of the reset, among other things, explains the extension of this process in time. In fact, the reset process has been going on for many years, in a sluggish mode.

No “transition” happens instantly. There is one matrix, with its own laws of the 3-D world. Another matrix is manifesting – with different laws. An instantaneous switch from one matrix to another would practically lead to the physical destruction of humanity.

An analogy can be drawn here with the Earth’s poles.

An instantaneous switch would mean that the north pole became the south pole in an instant, and the south became the north, with corresponding consequences for the planet.

Global processes require gradual development over time. Therefore, the reset process unfolds so slowly.

When your computer’s hard drive burns out and you need to buy a new one, you understand that the whole process will take some time.

But when emotional connections, old patterns, etc., break, you somehow rush things.

Active reset. Returning lost aspects of yourself

The active reset of reality is directly related to the return of lost aspects of yourself.

Reclaiming one’s shadow aspects has been a key theme of the Keys of Mastery project since its inception.

Your shadow makes itself known when you start to feel annoyed and irritated by traits in other people that you do not acknowledge in yourself. People from the past begin to return. Along with them, those aspects of yourself that you once gave away come back to you.

At some point, you unconsciously invested your energy in certain people, situations, and narratives.

Now, your own energetic fragments are returning to you.

When you think about someone often, you give a part of yourself to that person. When you strongly emote or react to something, you give a part of yourself to that aspect.

The outflow/drain of a person’s energy occurs primarily on the mental and emotional level.

Imagine that for many years, you were irritated and infuriated by someone in your close circle.

During that time, you invested in that person (or more precisely, in the negativity you directed toward them) not only your energy but also, in a certain sense, a part of your soul.

Since the spring equinox of this year, an active process of reclaiming your aspects has begun. One sign of this energy return is the appearance in your life of people with whom you have long had no contact or have lost touch.

At some point, you gave away your energy—you nourished something with your energy over a certain period. Now that energy is returning, and the question arises—how to assimilate it, how to reclaim it for yourself.

Imagine a funny metaphor.

You handed over your child, all “clean,” to dad so they could go for a walk together. Or you sent the child to grandma’s village for a month. After a while, the child returns to you—disheveled, unwashed, with some feathers and straw in their hair.

You look at the child and realize that first, you need to get them in order.

The same situation applies to the return of your energy. If you once invested in something heartfelt and warm, it returns to you in the same way.

But if you invested in something unpleasant, that too must be accepted in some way – assimilated and integrated.

In any case, it is yourself that returns to you. It is that part of you that once left and has now come back.

A whole person is someone who has integrated the disparate parts of themselves, is aware of and accepts themselves in all possible fullness, and has access to their talents and inner strength.

How Long Will the Reset Process Last

The reset process started in 2012-2013. When this process will end for a specific person is not exactly known. It partly depends on how much that person has managed to reset so far.

Currently, the reset of reality is collective in nature. There is a reset of contracts and agreements, egregors, time, and the matrix of duality.

On an individual level, you are, one way or another, involved in these collective processes.

The speed of your reset depends on your personal efforts and the size of your “baggage”.

It is primarily those who have accumulated a lot of old baggage and who cling to it that are “shaken up.”

There are people who reset little by little but regularly. This option is preferable and more eco-friendly (as it proceeds in a gentler mode for the person and their physical body).

Let’s take a closer look at how the reset process occurs in different areas.

Areas Where Active Reset Is Occurring

Zeroing in the Sacral Chakra

Emotions live in the sacral chakra. You feel with your heart, and emotions enter you through the sacral chakra. Sexual energy also resides there.

Many have noticed that zeroing has affected emotions: emotions are being leveled, and along with them, sexual desire is weakening. Zeroing can create the false impression that desires, including sexual ones, are disappearing.

On the contrary, sexual energy is now becoming increasingly active.

Most people understand sex as something other than what it actually is. The sacral chakra is the place of integration of the masculine and feminine.

As a rule, men interpret the influx of sexual energy as a desire for sex. In a woman, this can manifest as a desire to adorn herself or express herself through creativity.

Both are manifestations of the same (sexual) energy, but in the form of vibrations of different levels (lower/denser and higher/finer).

In the article, we will consider the reasons why a person does not live in pleasure and how to allow themselves to do so.

Zeroing of the Emotional Sphere

The sacral chakra is the habitat of all lower-level desires, desires related to survival and meeting basic needs. The zeroing process also affects this level – habitual desires and needs are being erased.

As a result, you may increasingly find yourself in an even, emotionless state. Since this state is new and unfamiliar, it causes panic in many.

Emotions always grow from your attachment to old unhealed traumas. When you heal your traumas, you lose the reason for emotions.

Emotions follow thoughts. Emotions are purely mental-obsessive activity.

Develop your emotional intelligence. First, you learn to pause before reacting.

Every time you react, you do so unconsciously, based on programs, beliefs, traumas — that is, the entire set of triggers residing within you.

You get emotional and experience fear. You experience fear because there is nothing behind the emotions.

Focus on feelings. To feel feelings, you need to switch from your head to your heart and bodily sensations.

Start with bodily sensations. If you do not feel your body, reject it, hate it, or do not accept it, all your attempts to open your heart will be unsuccessful.

If you feel a steady calm state, congratulate yourself. Such a state is a signal that your emotional sphere is being reset. Everything further depends only on you.

There are people who are used to swinging on emotional swings their whole lives. When everything is even and calm, such people feel uncomfortable.

They start making a fuss, provoking others, etc., to feel alive. For them, scandals, shouting, conflicts are essential attributes of a “normal” life.

This is how the traumatized personality within a person perceives life.

What do you choose?

If you choose a different path, follow it, despite the fact that it is not an easy path.

Resetting the Mental Sphere

Many of you have encountered a mental reset.

Habitual actions that you always performed on autopilot have suddenly stopped working.

For example, to avoid losing your car or apartment keys, you always placed them in the same spot. Now, when your hand automatically reaches for that spot, you are surprised to find the keys are not there.

What used to happen by default has somehow ceased to function.

In reality, this is good. What is being reset is what can essentially be discarded.

Whatever form the reset process takes, you begin with acceptance.

First, you accept it, and then you make a choice (to agree or disagree, to do or not to do).

You may want to bring back some old routines, while gladly discarding others.

The mental reset gives you the opportunity to reconsider your beliefs, to rethink what you believe in, where you are heading, and what you want.

The programs and settings that are part of the old matrix are subject to reset. They surface so you can see them and reformat them.

Those people who stubbornly cling to what no longer works doom themselves to turmoil.

The sooner you accept that it is morally outdated, not fashionable, not relevant, and not working, the easier the integration period will be.

A sign of mental reset is that autopilot disappears and you have a choice.

I continue my internal work on limitations. My lifestyle in financial terms has significantly improved over the last 10-12 years.

I have never considered myself a consumer who indiscriminately spends money on who knows what. Status items have never mattered to me.

Nevertheless, recently I have managed to uncover a deeper layer where limitations reside. They are there simply because I never looked there before.

See also How to go beyond the limitations of the mind

The article examines limitations in different areas of life. You will learn why you do not see your limitations and how to go beyond them.

A simple example.

I have a “new” phone that I use for work. And there is another phone, an older model, for a different SIM card.

Only recently did I realize: before, I tolerated the inconveniences of this old phone based on a state of scarcity, but now I can easily afford a modern, improved version. Why haven’t I done this yet?

If a limitation exists in one area, a similar limitation is likely present in other areas as well.

For example, in the past, based on your current capabilities, you dressed your younger children in the clothes of the older children that they had outgrown.

Perhaps now you can easily buy completely new clothes for the younger ones, but for some reason you do not. Why?

There are hidden beliefs that you continue to accept as the norm.

Pay attention to such limitations, dissect them. Investigate why you consider this the norm.

Zeroing out egregorial formations

The zeroing out of reality occurs on many levels, including more global ones.

For example, egregores and collective formations are being nullified. Egregores, as part of the old matrix, are now collapsing.

The concept of an egregore does not necessarily imply a negative connotation. An egregore is not bad. An egregore does not mean that “you are being had” in a negative sense.

Any spiritual organization, for example, the hierarchy of ascended masters, the hierarchy of Light, are essentially also egregores. But they are based on other things.

Nevertheless, egregorial formations are dissolving.

Some people try to cling to what is leaving. Obviously, what is dying off tries to return to life by any available means before it goes.

We invite you to the Master Class “Reconnection”, where you will detach from ineffective and destructive egregores for you, and connect to your own power.

Nullification of contracts and agreements

The nullification process also covers contracts and agreements that you made with other people before incarnation.

The reason this type of nullification occurs is the same: such contracts and agreements are attributes of the old game and are therefore dissolving.

The old matrix is a kind of role-playing game in which you played certain roles.

Examples of roles:

  • I am a victim;
  • I am worthless, I mean nothing;
  • I am a woman without a man, therefore I am nobody and my name is nothing

and many other roles.

Performing these roles was a mandatory element of the game, a mandatory condition for a person’s existence.

For example, just a hundred years ago, a woman could not live (survive) without a man.

The situation is now fundamentally different. If a woman wants to, she can create a relationship with a man. But in any case, a modern woman is capable of independently ensuring her physical survival, without the help of a man.

Moreover, many modern women are much more affluent than men and enter into relationships from a higher level – the level of equal partnership.

The current reset of contracts does not mean that breakdowns in existing relationships are inevitable or mandatory. The reset gives you time to “look around.”

For most people in the topic of relationships, the mental sphere is inflated beyond measure. The emotional sphere is also excessively tied to this topic.

No matter how long the process of clearing all distortions lasts, for many, everything related to relationships still resonates and causes pain.

Motives of your choice and the reset of duality using vegetarianism as an example

Ideally, a person comes to vegetarianism not from mental motives, but based on the needs of their body. At a certain stage, the body of such a person refuses to eat animal food.

In practice, however, most modern vegetarians are mental masturbators. This is easy to check: such vegans fight for an idea.

Only a mentally obsessed person will fight for an idea, imposing their principles on another.

The body experiences a need – the person responds. You respond not because you “should” or because you feel sorry for animals, but because at that moment your body asks you to.

Listen and learn to hear your body. If you do not yet hear your body, increase its sensitivity, awaken your sensations. There are many courses and books on this topic.

Ideological conviction and “my body wants it” are completely different motives.

Most vegetarians’ bodies crave meat, and they hate themselves for it. Even sadder – they hate all other people who eat that meat.

A similar situation occurs with many animal rights activists, environmentalists, etc. Such people declare their love for animals and nature, while fiercely hating those who are “not on board” or harm the environment.

But there is no love in hatred.

This is how duality manifests: there are different poles that oppose each other and conflict (“we are friends with you against them”). This is an old matrix that is now crumbling and resetting.

As soon as you engage in conflicts and confrontations, you invest in a dying matrix. If you choose this consciously, that is your right.

The consequences of such a choice lie within your area of responsibility.

Fear of the Reset

The process of resetting reality can erase your habitual desires and preferences. You may lose interest in activities you once enjoyed.

If this happens, do not panic. Start with a clean slate.

Every autumn, a tree sheds its leaves before the coming renewal in spring, and it does not worry about it at all.

Become like a tree – stop worrying when the old departs. An inevitable renewal awaits you ahead. Search for a new format for your activities.

Fears arise when you cling to stability and do not want to change anything. As long as you do not release your attachment to stability, you will remain stuck in fears.

You cannot let in anything new until you let go of the old.

How to live through the process of active reset

To reset, you don’t need to do anything special. Be open to the changes that are happening.

The reset process happens on its own.

If nothing is resetting for you right now, rejoice. Everything you need will come to you in its own time.

Exercise: starting from a blank slate — how would I like

In conditions of reality reset, it will be useful to do the “blank slate” exercise.

Take a blank sheet of paper and describe or simply imagine “how you would like” to work, express yourself, feel in relationships, etc.

The reset period is ideal for imagining “how you would like” — without any claims tied to old traumas and old rules of the game.

Unfortunately, for most people, “how I would like” immediately triggers habitual mental and emotional programs that start telling why it is impossible, won’t work out, not for you, etc.

And in the worst case, the stereotype kicks in — “how I would like him/her/them to…”

For example, “how I would like him to behave towards me.”

If this is your case, shift the focus to yourself: how you would like to feel in (your) relationships.

Go through the meditation “Life in a new paradigm” to unite through the heart the vertical of Light and the field of Love for creating everything you desire for yourself, your city, country, and the entire planet.

How to live through the reset process

Carefully observe all the emerging “holes” and “breaches” through which you drain yourself, your happiness, and your prosperity.

Rejoice if you notice that a reset is happening in your life.

If you are being “tossed around” during this time, give thanks for what you have seen (what is surfacing).

Accept what surfaces as the current reality. Gratitude and acceptance create the conditions for a new development of events.
