How the world is trying to “wake us up” — 7 signals

No matter what city you live in — your body holds enough potential energy to light up that city for a week.

Each and every one of us has been given an enormous amount of energy.

We came here to transform the world and know ourselves, to accomplish great and worthy deeds. Our brain is more perfect than any supercomputer, and our body, according to scientists, should last at least 150-200 years.

But why do we sometimes feel so helpless, broken, and drained?

Why does life feel confusing and hard, with things constantly “falling on our heads,” days flying by chaotically and monotonously, and illnesses catching up with us so early?

At the moment of falling, you lose the feeling of connection with all that is, feeling lonely or even abandoned. There is a small human being that no one cares about.

There can be many versions, but overall they boil down to one thing — we practically do not know how to consciously manage our energy.

Energy in this context is seen as your universal life force (qi, if you will). It manifests through health, emotions, actions, attracting what you desire into your life, and much more.

If we are in contact with this energy — everything is fine. We live joyfully, consciously, and brightly, do what we love, and bring benefit to ourselves and others.

But what happens if we are not on good terms with our energy? Read on.

What is repressed energy and how does it “get to” us?

In the world, there is no emptiness; nothing appears from nowhere and disappears into nothing.

Simply put, if we do not manage our energy, it gets repressed from the “zone of reach” into the external world or into our unconscious sphere, and begins to manifest as certain “irritants.” If we don’t apply it to creation, it spills out into destruction.

It’s like if we fell asleep and lost the reins of a team of six horses, and they unharnessed and started chaotically running around us, threatening to trample us. And we’re not going anywhere, and we’re scared that it might hit us or our loved ones…

It is precisely this repressed, unconscious and unmanaged own energy that provides the chaos, the fuss, and the small (and sometimes large) destructions in our lives.

And right away, the world shows us this — it strives to wake us up. So we understand that it’s time to wake up and catch the horses. And then — harness them to the carriage and steer our path in the right direction.

How the world signals to us that it’s urgently time to wake up

1. Special dreams: repetitions, magic, nightmares

This is the gentlest way to “get through” to you. Nothing is happening yet on the physical plane, only in the psychic sphere.

Everything you repress breaks through into your dreams. Signs that you need to pay attention to your energy and certain areas of life are recurring or very vivid dreams that have strongly impressed you.

One common scenario is magic in a dream – as if you are controlling enormous forces and elements. This is a direct hint – you have a colossal amount of energy, so start managing it in reality!

If things have gone too far, nightmares appear – your subconscious’s last attempt to “wake you up.” This is not the work of evil forces. It is your own energy, which, out of desperation, has resorted to such extreme measures.

It’s best to try to decipher all such dreams, attempting to understand the hidden message within them.

Very often, some anxiety or some troubling thought sits subconsciously within us. We fall asleep, our consciousness shuts off, and our spiritual part goes for a walk.
Where do you think it might go in that state, guided by these anxious thoughts and doubts?

2. Signs from the Universe: warnings, advice, coincidences

This is also a gentle way to get your attention. You come across special books and articles that say: “Wake up!” (for example, the article you are reading right now).

You catch random lines from songs or snippets of conversations that strike a chord within you.
This could be movies, other people’s stories, omens you believe in, invitations to courses and trainings, and much more.

Signs from the Universe can also be repetitive, or appear as amazing coincidences.

Pay attention and listen to the signs. This is the world’s love for you.

3. Things slip from your hands, break

In physical space, the first “blow” of your suppressed energy is taken by the objects around you. And this is good, because living things are not suffering yet.

You’ve probably noticed – sometimes things seem to “go crazy.” The faucet suddenly spits (hopefully not boiling water), plates slip and break, buttons shoot off a couple of meters away. Beads and clothes tear.

When your energy is off the charts – light bulbs explode, fuses blow, household utilities fail, for example, a water pipe might burst.

Breaking things is a clear sign of your uncontrolled energy. If you ignore it, things can go further.

4. Animals: unusual or aggressive behavior, illnesses

Animals, thanks to their instinctive nature, are excellent at picking up on a suppressed energy field.

Observe your pets. If you don’t have any, neighborhood or stray cats and dogs might “show” you.

When your energy field is balanced, animals are calm, affectionate, and healthy.

When energy is suppressed: they hide from you, won’t let you touch them. Or, on the contrary, they bother you excessively – biting, scratching, yowling. Sometimes they stop eating, or, conversely, eat “like there’s no tomorrow.”

They break rules and cause harm, for example, furiously tearing up things and wallpaper, and may leave “gifts” in unexpected places.
It’s useless to scold them for this, because they are only showing what you are repressing. Thank them for the lesson – they take the second hit, after objects.

In extreme cases, animals start to get sick. The symptoms of their illness can hint to you which area of your life is out of balance. If you don’t track this, you’ll get imbalances in your children or in your own body.

5. Children: Strange behavior, tantrums, illnesses

Alas. Children take the third hit. They don’t yet know how to manage their body and psychic sphere, plus they love their parents unconditionally.

They read all your repressed feelings and imbalances very well and manifest them in their behavior and well-being.
Here the picture is similar to the situation with animals. Children experience fears and depression; or on the contrary, they act very “wild,” cling to you, break things, and pester animals (here all three factors merge into one).

They often get sick. The mild version is colds, diathesis, scraped knees.

A more advanced version is some complex or exotic illness, so that parents put in a tremendous amount of effort helping the child heal it. Thus, as you understand, children unconsciously strive to help mom or dad realize a colossal amount of repressed energy.

God grant that it never comes to that for you.

6. People and events around you: Conflicts, failures

The wave of uncontrollable force has gone so far that it is now shaping situations and relationships with other people.

The first signs are intrusive advice from acquaintances and strangers; random aggression and the appearance of strange and unpleasant types in your field, for example, people who are very drunk or confrontational.

Then it gets worse. Relationships at work or in the family break down. People pick on you, insult you, hurt you. Gossip spreads about you (this, by the way, is an excellent example that you are not accepting some important area of your life, for example, sexuality, or you are ashamed of some event or phenomenon in your life. Until you accept it yourself, it will keep coming back in the form of monstrous gossip and “awkward” situations).

In the worst cases of unawareness, people attract criminal incidents and accidents.

May this cup pass from us all. We are working on ourselves and are ready to consciously accept what is happening in our lives, without taking it to extremes.

7. Your body: Weight changes, unpleasant symptoms, diseases

If it doesn’t get through to the head, we’ll knock on the liver.

The first signs of “repressed stuff” are visible from the outside – skin rashes (pimples, hives), hair loss. The body sends signals as best it can. Various ointments, as a rule, don’t help. “Miraculous transformations” are just photoshopped ads for expensive creams.

Energy that is repressed for a long time and in large quantities often changes weight. It starts to increase sharply, or on the contrary, decrease excessively.

Unmanaged energy tends to accumulate and burst through in one specific place in your body – depending on which area of life (chakra) the imbalance is in.

At first, this manifests as periodic aches and disorders (tingling, numbness). If the situation doesn’t change, over time it develops into chronic illnesses in that area.

As you can see, managing your energy is simply necessary. And it’s not just a “purely personal matter,” because your suppressed energy also affects those you love and who can’t protect themselves – children, animals…

And energy management begins with awareness – of where the problem is and what needs to be done.

That’s why Alena Starovoytova’s course “Awakening the Chakras” is called foundational. It explores the possible types of energy imbalances. And it provides techniques to finally take back your suppressed energy and direct it toward improving your life.

The world is persistent. It knocks on our door, and sooner or later, it will wake us up. With this training or without it.

But I guarantee – with this course, your awakening will happen faster and more pleasantly.

I wish you conscious and joyful work on yourself!
