We are living through a period when the arrival of new energies is actively illuminating our illusions, limitations, old beliefs, and patterns.
We are thrown into situations where we are forced to see everything with different eyes, to expand our consciousness.
There are so many of these moments that sometimes we dive headfirst into negative emotions. And it becomes hard to keep our heads above water.
Many people think they have fallen into depression. And it really isn’t far off if you can’t switch gears in time.
But you and I know that once we manage to look at our problems from above, from a different angle, our new consciousness will no longer stop there.
Our inner bar rises, and the soul strives to return to those vibrations it has grown into but temporarily lost connection with.
How can you support yourself in moments of decline? That’s what we’ll talk about today.
“Is everything in your life a problem? Is there always drama? Is there anxiety? Does it seem like something is always being drawn to you that you have to deal with? If the answer is ‘Yes,’ then I would say you have not lit your fire. Oh, you may be a Lightworker, but in reality, you have not lit your fire. You have only received a toolbox. You have never opened it.”

Give Thanks for Troubles
First of all, when you find yourself in yet another unpleasant situation, remember that it carries a higher meaning for you.
Remember that this is the “norm” of the current moment, when we are shown what needs to be released.
Thank the Universe for making you look at this. Apparently, it couldn’t get through to you in any other, gentler way.
Thank the participants in this situation. It’s not easy for them either to play the roles of villains, offenders, and deceivers. They do it for you.
To preserve the remainder of your resources, strength, and energy, say this phrase: “Thank you! I saw it. Don’t show me anymore. I promise to work on this issue.”
And be sure to work on it right away or later, otherwise you will be rubbed in it until you do.

Notice the Beautiful in the Simple
To prevent a destructive state from becoming permanent and turning into depression, shift your focus from troubles to positivity.
Find something in your life that will bring you joy, latch onto it, and hold on like a life preserver.
Pay attention to the whimsical shapes of clouds drifting across the sky. Get up in the morning, go out onto the balcony or into the yard, and look at the sky, watch the clouds, merge with them. Take photos of them.
When I was going through a not-so-happy period in my life, that’s exactly what I did. And it didn’t matter whether I was late for work or not.
Going out onto the balcony was an essential daily ritual for a long period of time.
I would stand there with my camera and admire the clouds. And in response to my attention, they greeted me every morning with unusual, beautiful shapes.
I received a positive charge for the whole day. And in the end, I ended up with a whole photo album of cloudy skies as a keepsake.
When I look at these photos, I don’t remember the sadness or the problems of that period in my life, but the drive, the support of the Universe.

Create your own ritual, something that will inspire you. The main thing is that it should be accessible and simple.
If you grow flowers, admire them every day, soak in their beauty, communicate with them. This both grounds you and distracts you from sad thoughts.
If you live by the sea, a river, or a lake, try to find a common language with the element of water and regularly connect with it. Give all your sorrows to the water. It cleanses and harmonizes.
Walk to work for at least part of the way. And if your route goes through a park or a garden, enjoy the beauty of the trees.
It doesn’t matter what time of year it is, a sunny day or rain. A downpour can also bring freshness into your current moment. The main thing is how you look at it.

Play the Game “For the Last Time”
Play this game. Imagine that everything you encounter, everything you see, you are using for the last time. Or as if it hasn’t been around for a long time, and now it has appeared.
Warm water in the shower, the reflection of sun rays on the water, the aroma and taste of freshly brewed coffee, a child’s smile.
The point is that this way you learn to notice beauty in the little things, in everyday life. Don’t look for some distant happiness, but understand that beauty surrounds you, you just have to see it.
You learn to appreciate what you have, thereby living in the present moment. And this is the most fundamental spiritual practice, leading to an understanding of the true meaning of life — to live here and now, to experience each moment consciously.
And the troubles will dissolve on their own, and if they don’t, you will surely see a way out.
You don’t need to search for it with your mind; you need to calm down and accept.
Take the meditation Living in Trust, which will help transform disharmonious energy into light energy.
Look at Everything Through the Eyes of an Angel
Imagine that you are an angel who has never descended to Earth in a human body, but has only watched people.
You are an angel who suddenly gained a physical form. And now you can feel, taste, warmth, cold.
Before, you could only dream of feeling raindrops on your face, a kiss, the breeze of the wind, and now it’s all available to you.
If you haven’t watched the movie “Wings of Desire” or its remake “City of Angels,” find time to watch it. It will change your perception from negative to positive.
Live a day like this, being surprised and delighted by simple, ordinary things. And I won’t describe what will happen after that; it’s better if you share it later in the comments.))
