Through the prism of energy and the chakra system, any question or sphere of life can be examined. Because chakras are not just energy centers, but levels of human consciousness.
In this material, you will learn how the process of manifesting intentions through the chakras works.
If you have studied yoga, for example, or anything related to ancient Indian teachings on chakras, you have noticed how it all works.
The main emphasis is that energy rises from below, from the Earth, and our liberation and awakening begin. Clamps and blocks are worked through and removed, starting from the first center, and each time higher and higher. That is, the path of development of energy centers from childhood is repeated.
And when the flow reaches the top, the crown center opens, then spiritual enlightenment occurs. You connect to the universal internet, to limitless possibilities, and so on.
But, unfortunately, real life is such that for the process of manifestation, for the process of realizing some idea, some plan, or thought in reality, a different flow must work. A flow going from top to bottom. And until this flow passes through all energy centers, starting from the seventh to the first, little manifests in reality.
Spiritual people are exclusively engaged in raising their vibrations and expanding their consciousness: establishing a connection with angels, with guides, touching higher dimensions. Their entire focus is directed upward.
But if you want your creations to manifest in life, pay attention to the reverse flow from top to bottom. When we direct energy from bottom to top, we clear blocks, that is true. And then, when this process is established, all chakras vibrate and are balanced, the manifestation process kicks in.
The process of manifesting intentions through the chakras is truly simple:
- you have an idea,
- you pass it through your energy system,
- and at the level of the first chakra, it manifested into reality.
If everything is in order inside you, not instantly but very quickly, all your ideas will manifest. Many of you have this. Many do not.
Let’s examine in more detail how this happens.
How intention manifestation occurs through chakras
First level of manifestation — emergence of an idea and its alignment with your soul
You have an idea. In the energy system, the seventh, crown chakra is responsible for the emergence of ideas.
Next, it is very important that your idea is attuned to your purpose, aligned with the desire of your soul. This is a key point.
Those ideas, those thoughts, those insights that fit 100% into your path, the path of your soul, are realized very quickly.
When your idea comes, for example, from the ego, when you want something for yourself, from manipulation of someone, or simply because others have it and you want to have it, i.e., it does not correspond to your higher task, the process will be sluggish, and there will be many obstacles.
This is the first step – a check for alignment. And then the question of purpose arises. This is the most common question, the answer to which many people want to know.
Each of you is living your purpose, many just do not understand this at the level of the mind. And the more questions you ask yourself: “What is my purpose?”, the more dissonance you create.

The Second Level of Manifestation — Conflict of Intentions and Priorities
Next, the energies descend downward, to the next level, which is the third eye chakra. Although the name “third eye chakra” is not entirely accurate, it has become established in the Russian language. This chakra is responsible not only for vision. It is responsible for your perception of the world on one hand, and on the other hand, all your beliefs reside there.
Everything you have ever thought, wanted, known, all your intentions without limitation. The intentions of this life, past lives, future lives, everything lives there. But it is precisely with the help of the third eye chakra that you can imagine what your dream will be, drawing it out in detail.
And here a conflict arises. If what you have conceived, that idea that came to you, the dream you gave birth to at the level of the seventh center, does not correspond to your purpose, your mission, as it descends downward, it collides with a multitude of beliefs and limitations at the level of the mind.
I have an amazing story about how I became fired up with the idea of buying an X-Trail car. It was the only intuitively understandable car for me that I liked.
And when I started looking into it, I realized that on a school teacher’s salary, I could not afford to maintain it. Suddenly it turned out that to maintain a car, you either have to pay for parking or a garage, gas is expensive, and there is no money for it.
Then I finally realized that even if such money fell on me, and it cost about a million rubles at the time, I would rather buy an apartment.
There it is, the conflict of different intentions. A conflict of priorities. Everything that had been thought about and desired before collided.
This case helped me pull many limitations out of my head, work through them in detail, and now they are gone.

The third level of manifestation — the ability to express your desire and inspire other people
So, let us assume everything is fine here, intentions are pure, no conflict situations arise. We go lower, the fifth energy center — the throat chakra. How you transmit your vision.
The vision of your dream, your desire, your thought. How strongly you voice it and can clearly, precisely, concisely convey it to other people.
Who has noticed in themselves an inability to express all the power, all the beauty of what you have conceived?
In this case, the throat center is responsible not only for self-expression, but for the ability to inspire other people with words so that they take part in the creation of your idea, the creation of your dream. It never happens that you are always alone, that no one surrounds you, and that everything depends only on you.
For the most part, any of your creations is a collective creation, when many people are involved. Especially if you have a family. There is a husband or wife, children, and they all participate. If you cannot reveal and inspire people with your idea, there will be no result.
It will stagnate right at this level, at the level of the fifth chakra. Because information, support, and feedback are needed.

The fourth level of manifestation — interaction with people
We go down one step, the heart chakra, this is the level of interaction with people. Many believe that it is about love and relationships, but in reality it is not only that. This is social interaction with people.
Practically no dream can be realized alone; it often requires the combined participation of many people. If this center is blocked in you, you will not be able to select or find those people who will co-create with you.

Fifth level of manifestation — action
The third chakra, the solar plexus, is responsible for actions, for individuation, for your self-determination, that is, who you are. But the main function is action.
When your dream descends to the level of the solar plexus, you begin to act in physical reality.
You begin not only to act yourself, you begin to coordinate those people whom you inspired at the level of the fifth chakra with your dream, your idea, so that it can be realized. And those people whom you found through heart connection, so that they could help you in this process.
Actions occur precisely at the level of the solar plexus, and then your dream is broken down into sub-stages, into specific segments, tasks, and each person fulfills the role assigned to them. They take on a piece of responsibility, and the process moves forward.
Sixth level of manifestation — aspect of passion
Next — the center of desires, the center of feeling, the center of pleasures — is the sacral chakra. In this case, the energy of creativity and sexuality does not play a special role. In this case, for manifestation, we are interested in the aspect of passion.
How much do you burn with your idea, how much can you ignite other people with the fact that this is needed? And how much can this help other people. How much this need is not only yours, but can also bring benefit to other people.
In order for them to act, they also need to be inspired.
Seventh level of manifestation — foundation
And only then do we move to the solid foundation laid by the first chakra. Here there are already some deadlines, a specific plan of what to do, which people to involve here, who is responsible for what at which stage.
Thus, a framework is created when the energy of the idea descends down to the level of the first chakra.
And then the idea that visited you, or your dream that you live by, having passed through your entire energy system, begins to take shape.
