To eat or not to eat… And if to eat, then what?

The question about nutrition has been asked more than once: what and how to eat in order to, on one hand, maintain high vibrations, and on the other, not lose grounding…

Since I myself have no right to answer it professionally (I don’t eat regularly, only if I remember, I don’t like cooking, I’m absolutely omnivorous, I can even crunch on chips for pleasure), I asked my colleague from Latvia — Tatyana Fomicheva — to shed light on this question for you.

Food and Spirituality

When does a person start thinking about food?

  • When financial problems arise. And due to poverty, one has to cut down on their diet.
  • When problems with weight and appearance arise. One has to restrict themselves in food products.
  • When health problems arise. A system of healing nutrition is put together.
  • For religious and ideological reasons. Religious fasts and prohibitions on certain types of food.
  • Loss or bereavement of loved ones, grief. The nervous system turns off the feeling of hunger.

And these are the main ones. The first three usually aren’t directly connected to spirituality at the initial stage. It’s simply that the body or physical circumstances pushed you to ask the question, “Why is this happening to me?” And when a person starts to reflect on their life and search for answers, they sooner or later run into food. On the path of spiritual growth, the easiest way to get acquainted with your body is through changing your eating behavior. It’s simplest to influence the aspect of your physical state through food; you can immediately feel these results.

But will food lead you straight to spirituality? The degree of spirituality is hard to measure, and everyone’s path to spirituality is their own. And it’s absolutely clear that you cannot judge the quality of your spirituality based solely on your diet.

But! Changes in your diet are a manifestation of your spirit to your body, signaling that a new level of harmony needs to be built in the “body-spirit” system. The old harmony no longer satisfies you! And the events preceding this (grief, need, illness…) were the soul’s cry through the body: “Pay attention to me!”

But many people, without any apparent reason, have noticed that many foods have left their lives. And this is called “hearing my spirit in advance.”

Congratulations! You are in the flow! All spatial and planetary changes comfortably draw everyone into this flow. And it becomes uncomfortable when there is resistance or a stall on the physical plane, when the body refuses to hear its spirit or cannot keep up with the spirit.

Constantly expanding in their awareness, ascending to the spirit, many have unexpectedly noticed… oh my god!… that the body is also expanding. It strengthens the anchor of the earthly and balances the spiritual.

Oh! And you don’t like this! How else can you balance your spirit while remaining in a comfortable earthly state of well-being? Raise the vibrational level of your diet! How can this be done?

Switch to eating more living foods. These are foods that contain a maximum of prana (life energy) and a minimum of artificial additives and various processing methods.

  • Fill your food with the excellent energies of perfection and light.
  • Practice enjoyment and gratitude while tasting your food.
  • Transition to a pranic diet or feeding on light.

There are lucky ones for whom life provides an elevator to transition to prana overnight. And it is precisely these lucky ones who have recorded in space that this is possible and set a benchmark for those who follow. Thank you!

Why do we eat?

To obtain energy and building material for replacing and restoring cells.

A person receives energy through breathing and nutrition. Primary prana enters through breathing. The quality of breathing and the ecology of the environment are important.
Through nutrition, a person receives secondary prana. The prana that products absorbed before reaching the table. Water also contains prana and organizing information, which synchronizes energy in the body. Therefore, it is very important to have high-quality digestion and monitor the quality of products and water.

There is another type of energy—the energy a person received from their parents: hereditary energy. When the first two are insufficient, a person spends the hereditary one. Ideally, for a high-quality and long life, a person needs to learn to live in such a way as not to dip into their inheritance for energy.

The standard path of changing nutrition for moving towards spirituality looks like this. Let’s take as a starting point a person who eats everything that can be bought in a supermarket. At the first stage, it is worth giving up products that contain chemical additives and modified fats—everything packaged for long-term storage.

At this stage, it is worth delving into the composition of products and reading labels, learning to cook in order to give up semi-finished products. Next, move towards vegetarianism in your diet, then become a vegan, a raw foodist, switch to liquid nutrition, water, and periods of prolonged fasting. And now you can become a breatharian.

Everyone is free to stop at any step on this path, wait for comfort, and move on. Let me remind you that we are talking about food and should not forget about the mental and emotional planes. Everything works out comfortably with food when the mental and emotional planes correspond, and the physical body receives pleasure and moves comfortably.

And the feeling of hunger should be considered as a motivator for the embodiment of creative ideas and evolutionary development. Initially, the feeling of hunger was given to humans for discipline, organizing community, developing collectivism, work capacity, technical progress, creating ethnic groups, developing culture and traditions, survival, grounding, and taking root on Earth. A hungry person will develop their brains and instincts to feed themselves. And the social function of the meal is recorded in the collective egregore of the planet.

And now we can see this when, meeting a friend, we go into a café and, not being hungry, eat a cake with a cup of tea or coffee, when we arrange feasts and treat guests. Can anyone imagine themselves without this now? And how to move towards the spirit now? Loved ones may not understand, because each person’s movement happens at their own speed, each has different energy expenditures. It’s like suddenly wanting to fill a car with spring water instead of gasoline.

Therefore, on the path to the spirit, you will have to learn to feel comfortable visiting, tactfully refusing some products… or be able to eat an inconvenient product and not lose high vibrations. Oh, how strongly our stomach is tied to the subtle plane! And how wisely everything is created! It’s so easy here to feel like a creator! I will return to this, but for now, let’s pay attention to this.

The Earth is a wonderfully set table; there is something to eat everywhere. Even the packaging is thought out. For example, an apple, you can eat one or two. Nature does not suggest eating an apple in half, then storing the other half to eat later. All natural and wild varieties are usually packaged in the best possible way for consumption. There are products whose size implies shared eating, as a group.

And who is tired of thinking about food? Who already wants to not spend time going to the store or market, on preparing and storing products, on processing, washing dishes, disposing of waste? Who wants to free up time for other, more interesting things? Oh, how the stomach trains our patience!

Who feels that the evolutionary role of hunger in their life has already been fulfilled?

In the new energies, it is not at all necessary to be so dependent on products. In the new energies, you can eat less and spend more time on creativity. There are people who already eat once a day, who eat once every three days… How often do grandmothers force-feed children, but the child is simply full of prana. My personal experience confirms this. Every child on the physical plane begins with their parents.

Now let’s return to inconvenient food. A human is a self-regulating universal system, optimally integrated into the surrounding space and always performing the function of “life.” And a human is also endowed with divinity and free will. And we also create our own reality and always act as creators (consciously or unconsciously).

So—food that does not correspond to high vibrations and personal spirituality is inconvenient food. What to do? Become a Creator! Change the information about the product, fill the inconvenient product with other properties, raise its vibrations, help your body perceive this product as high-vibrational and assimilate it in the best way. And here begins the connection of the physical and spiritual in your life. You transfer the spiritual component to physical food.

This means that control over the diet is necessary at the early stage of realizing yourself as a spiritual being, in order to raise vibrations and steadily maintain them. And then, vibrationally raise any food up to your own level. A new stage of “body-spirit” harmony.

Shamans living beyond the Arctic Circle cannot be vegetarians, but they very spiritually build their relationships with the animal world.
Be universal!

The moment comes when a person realizes this very subtly, when it is no longer possible to turn off the path of movement towards the spirit, when the subtle sensing of energies allows one to be aware of the energetics of food and constantly remain in harmony with the environment and space. When you can always refuse food in favor of harmony, and if you had to eat, harmony is not lost.

At each step of your dietary regimen, a new, more subtle harmony will be built, creating a greater number of your degrees of freedom.
There is a proverb: “God created food, and the devil sent the cook.” Always choose “a little less” in your gastronomic preferences.

A greeting-prayer to food might look like this:

“Hello, Food! Be blessed! Deliver into my body the divine energy of the Creator and preserve me in youth and health, for I am Spirit, desired by God, and you are the spirit of our Earth! And raise your vibrations to the level of my vibrations and nourish me physically and spiritually. Amen.”

Let’s think about food with compassion and gratitude, consume products with enjoyment, and treat everything on the planet with divine reverence and humanity. Let’s joyfully accept high-vibrational food, then low-vibrational food will cease to exist due to lack of need.
