Is there a surefire remedy for failures?

Despite the abundance of comments on the site and in introductory courses, I try to read each one… to see the dynamics of what’s happening and to feel what my audience is living through.

Plus, I draw inspiration and ideas for new materials. Why make things up “out of thin air” when there are real stories and pressing questions?!

After publishing a fragment of the club session “Magic of Dimensions 3-4-5,” the following comment appeared:

“Thank you, Alena, for the detailed picture of the three dimensions. I feel within myself and know that I have reached the level of the 5th dimension. When I walk and speak, sharing with people. They ask me, they turn to me with questions. And I’m ready to keep going like this. I get great pleasure from it! But sometimes I FALL. I sharply feel this difference in states. I try to maintain inner balance. But is there a sure remedy for FALLS?”

Is there a sure remedy for falls?

Yes and no…

In order to constantly reside at the level of the 5th dimension, it is necessary that ALL parts of you are attuned and vibrating at the same level.

It sounds simple, really. But in life?

To start, it’s good to understand what “parts” you consist of, and which one is malfunctioning.

I’ll list only those aspects of you that we work with in the Keys of Mastery (but keep in mind there are many more?!):

a) Unconscious parts of you

Since you don’t notice them, the people around you highlight them for you, sometimes quite harshly.

People mirror not only your negative manifestations and traits but also your positive ones.

The main criterion for determining that a certain aspect belongs to you is a strong emotion.

When someone’s action triggers a sharp emotional response in you — with a + or – sign, it’s a direct signal to pay attention to it. Most likely, you’ve encountered something you refuse to accept IN YOURSELF!

b) Your energy system

The energy system is a finely tuned instrument for manifesting any idea/inspiration from above into physical material reality.

A glitch at any stage leads to you getting something completely different from what you planned.

It doesn’t matter what percentage your chakras are open… What matters is that they work in unison and are balanced.

c) Your mental field

For most people, the mental field is bloated with an abundance of obsessive thoughts and incessant chatter in the head.

What kind of balance can we talk about if all the energy is concentrated in the head area and doesn’t flow DOWN?!

What will happen to a triangle if you turn it upside down? That’s right, it will fall.

The same is true for a person with an overloaded mind — millions of ideas, but life is full of disappointments.

It’s no coincidence that there are so many practices for “calming” the mind. Higher awareness comes when the mind shuts off.

d) Your Emotional Field

Bright emotions have a destructive effect on your well-being. Any emotions. Both negative and extremely positive.

You yourself have noticed more than once that after a stormy emotional outburst, you feel completely drained.

Even more energy is spent on blocking suppressed emotions — everything that you did NOT allow yourself to feel.

“In polite society, it’s not appropriate to show your joy too exuberantly.”

And instead of jumping on the neck of a person you haven’t seen in a long time and missed, you put on a bland expression and carefully choose your words…

That’s it, the super-positive emotion is locked inside. And precious energy is spent on maintaining it in that state.

The key to working with emotions: allow yourself to EXPERIENCE everything you feel.

Later on, you will notice that you no longer have PEAK emotions; you will become more even and calm, one might say, more harmonious.

It will be hard to rattle you. In place of emotions, which most often require a trigger — some situation that provokes you into a reaction — will come FEELINGS. Which simply exist, which are simply felt.

e) Your Physical Body

The physical body, no matter how dense it may seem, also reacts to all processes occurring in consciousness.

It is more material, and therefore more inert, and it takes more time to see changes in it, but they will definitely come.

If you truly want to “solidify” at the level of the 5th dimension, not only in consciousness but also physically, you must take care that the parameters of your physical body change.

Your body becomes less dense (lighter and more airy in appearance), the rotation speed of atoms in the smallest particles increases, the amount of energy it channels through itself rises, your body is able to conduct more light and light energy.

And as a result, externally you will look much younger than your peers (you can look in the mirror right now and see that this is true),

— the physical body will begin to heal, distortions that arose from unbalanced emotions and energy blocks will disappear.

— you will, of your own free will, give up certain foods, change your diet (the quality and quantity of food will become different).

How to help the body in the adaptation process:

  1. Drink as much water as possible (at least 2-3 liters per day),
  2. Replace heavy food, if possible, with lighter and fresher food,
  3. Learn to respond to the cues of your physical mind (most people hear/feel what is needed for the body’s comfort but don’t do it).
  4. And of course, maintain good physical shape.

When you attune all parts of yourself to a single vibration, then you will firmly establish yourself at the level of consciousness you have achieved!
