Duality recedes. It is important to help the mind switch from thinking based on oppositions and extremes to seeing a broader perspective.
One option is switching to triality. Learn the meaning of the number three and triality in your life, and how to use triality in different situations.
What lies beyond duality
Everything on planet Earth is built on the principle of duality. Examples of duality can be seen everywhere: binary code in programming (ones and zeros), humans have two hands, two legs, two eyes, two ears.
We often turn to conceptual concepts that also come from the world of duality: good — evil, love — hate, truth — falsehood. What is built on the number two is a three-dimensional structure, 3-D.
And what lies beyond duality? Duality is crumbling before our eyes, and it will take some time for the mind to conceptually restructure. But to what? What comes next?
Lauren Gorgo often mentions triality in her forecasts: the divine masculine, the divine feminine, and the divine child.
Steve Rother claims that the infinity symbol (figure eight) helps switch to triality. Just look at the infinity symbol; it also helps balance the hemispheres.
If two is duality, then the number three and multiples of three are considered not to belong to 3-D reality.
If you have read Tesla’s biography, he attached great importance to the numbers 3, 6, 9. He never entered a house until he had walked around the building three times. It is said he wiped his plate 18 times before starting to eat from it.
By the way, we used a binary sequence in the marathon “Exit from the Matrix”; many felt that during breathing, everything unfolded completely differently (registration for the marathon requires creating a personal account).
Switching to triality does not mean a transition to the fourth dimension. It is cross-cutting.
Yes, energetically we break through higher. But it was never intended to remain in the fourth dimension.
Earlier, there were theories that Earth and humanity would progressively move from the third dimension to the fourth, with all the ensuing consequences (disasters, cataclysms, and so on). But now there is a more gentle, eco-friendly option, in the direction of which you and I are working.
A simple exercise from Steve Rother for switching to triality
To begin seeing what lies beyond duality, Steve Rother suggests a simple exercise — counting by threes: 3, 6, 9, 12, 15, and so on up to 99. If you count at least once a day, your consciousness shifts.
Learn to see not two units of something, but three. For example, three fishing rods, three butterflies, three trees. This also includes the trinity — the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. Remember Russian fairy tales, where the number three is also often mentioned: three sons, three maidens, the thrice-ninth kingdom, to somersault three times, and so on.
Recall what you have recently seen involving the number three? As stylists say, “train your visual awareness.”
Instead of focusing right or left, look for the third element — it is always there. You can focus on the bad or try to find something good in it through gratitude.
Similarly here, we switch from confrontation, opposition, to triality.
We live in a world of exceptions, of “either-or.” When you see this “either-or,” bad or worse, know that there is always something good and better there. You just need to allow yourself to see it.
And for this, try using this simple exercise to break free from duality.

Why you need to repeat everything 3 times
In Steve Rother’s books, many phrases are repeated three times. This is done intentionally, because only the third time does it begin to sink into the mind.
Heard once, in one ear and out the other, the second time the same, the third time it will be remembered.
It is no coincidence that there are exactly three signals from the universe. We even have a series of articles on this. There are three hints: the first is light, the second is more serious, and the third, which you definitely won’t miss, you will notice.
Some people listen to broadcasts three times, periodically writing comments that the third time they got much more, an unpacking occurs. Because the third time the level that was not there before begins to connect.
How to use triality in contentious situations
When you encounter a situation where you are at odds, a conflict, find three objects and focus.
It seems like such a small trifle, but it allows you to shift energetically, because your focus is on the conflict, opposition, and you are turning it around at that moment.
Each of you looks, for example, at me through the prism of your beliefs. From the entire totality of Alena, he sees only what falls into this range of his view.
The human eye sees only a certain volume of light entering its angle, while a device registers many times more. Dogs hear ultrasound, humans do not.
Our sensory organs are tuned to 3-D reality, to duality, although the range is many times greater.
So when you look at me, each person looks through their own small range or large range, depending on their beliefs, and each sees a facet of themselves.
The same applies to other people. What we see in each individual person is not the whole person, it is only that focus which we have defined for ourselves as our values and beliefs, and we see only that facet.
That is precisely why sometimes wonderful, seemingly miraculous things happen: when a person is considered a scoundrel with disgusting behavior, but because you change your worldview, they turn to you with a different side that you had not seen before.
The manifestation of triality in relationships with a partner
Even in relationships, there is this manifestation of triality, because in fact there are not two of you, but three. The third element is what you build them on, what unites you.
That is why it often happens that when this third unifying element is lost, relationships fall apart.
For example, two people came together on the principle of halves, of complementing each other, one complemented the other. Then this complement disappeared because one of the two became self-sufficient, the crutches in the form of the need to be needed were no longer necessary for them, and many people go their separate ways like this.
At that moment, if you want to preserve, to save the relationship, you can find something that will unite you.
That is how it happened with Maris and me. The unifying element was lost because the person chose to go in a different direction. Accordingly, we went our separate ways. Later, something in common came back.
Recall your examples of triality, what have you encountered recently that consisted of three?
