The 7 most beloved practices at the Keys of Mastery

Today we have a somewhat unusual piece of content…

We wrote it together with regular participants of introductory courses and open broadcasts, that is, those who actively apply in practice the information they received from me and whose results can be trusted.

I asked them to share which technique they like the most and why.

See the results of this survey below. All techniques are numbered, and links are provided to pages and courses where you can learn about them and take them.

Thank you all for co-creation!

7 Most Beloved Spiritual Practices at the Keys of Mastery

1. Food Coding

This is an exercise to increase the Light coefficient in a person’s physical body.

A side effect is rapid weight loss (appetite normalizes, the habit of “eating” problems disappears) or, conversely, rapid weight gain due to increased appetite (for those who are overly thin).

The task is simple: before any meal or drink, you give yourself an affirmation: “Every crumb of food or drop of liquid increases my Light Coefficient.”

2. Heart Breathing

Heart breathing is how any energy or spiritual practice conducted under my guidance begins.

Its essence is simple: you train yourself to breathe through the center of your chest, where the spiritual heart is located.

3. Dynamic Meditation

The goal of dynamic meditation: to remain in a conscious state for 10 days, starting the day with a short meditation and ending it with one.

That’s exactly why it’s called dynamic. To practice it, you do NOT need to sit in a lotus position and meditate for hours.

Throughout the day, when certain situations arise, you need to apply elements of meditation in practice.

4. Star of the Soul and Star of the Earth

Star of the Soul and Star of the Earth is a spiritual practice for activating two chakras that help maintain a constant connection with Spirit and with the Earth, preserving balance and equilibrium in any situation.

5. The Pyramid

Actually, I use 2 techniques called the pyramid:

White Pyramid Meditation — helps to shed the burden of the past and return to the natural lightness of being, to your true self.

Where to find it: Open broadcast “November 11, 2012 Catalysts of Evolution”

Pyramid of Light and Power — a technique transmitted by Archangel Michael for creating a 5th-dimensional Pyramid of Light to solve any problems and for self-healing.

6. Grounding Techniques

Grounding is your connection to the Earth, to the material world. Without proper grounding, a person is like a “balloon” floating up high, with many plans and ideas, but unable to bring them to life.

It is recommended to practice grounding when you are “flying away” into fantasies or losing touch with reality, when you find it hard to concentrate, or when you are actively engaged in spiritual practices.

7. Energy Gymnastics

A practice for balancing a person’s energy centers and self-diagnosing their state.

It is recommended to do energy gymnastics every morning to restore the sensitivity of energy flows in the body, and later — as needed.

In moments of energetic depletion, it provides a powerful charge of energy.
