The goal of meditation is to find a center point within yourself, to feel and anchor the state where no matter what happens externally, you remain in your own power, uniqueness, and are guided by your inner state rather than anything external.
On July 17, we established a stable baseline, which Jason Estis calls the “master line.” The initial level of the master line is 3.7 million data points per hour. Reaching the master line means the past is now recorded. The lower threshold has been raised, and this is now our baseline.
