It is generally believed that on Christmas Eve the heavens open, and close after the celebration of the Epiphany. This time is favorable for making wishes and expressing intentions.

During these two weeks, the boundary between worlds thins, so it is easier and simpler to convey what you have in mind than at other times. The energies on the planet are special now, all of which facilitates the making of wishes.

The arrival of the new year is usually associated by people with something magical, new, and wonderful in life.

Only hopes do not always turn into reality. Or it would be more accurate to clarify that people only think that what they intended is not manifesting.

Why does this happen? Why is it not possible to achieve what you want? What is the catch and where is the discrepancy between intention and reality?

Wishes are realized with distortion because people do not know how to formulate intentions precisely.

The quality of the intention formulation determines the result of what will be manifested in life.

People do not realize that everything that exists in their life is the result of their thoughts. All wishes are realized. Only a person gets what they think.

More often, people think about what they do NOT want. A person understands what they do not like in their life, but they have no vision of what they would like.

That is why intentions are also formulated from the opposite, from what a person does not want to see in their life.

If their thoughts are about how to avoid troubles, instead of how to be fulfilled, troubles will manifest in their life.

If a person does not understand what they want, then what they do not want is manifested in their life. If there are no goals, problems are manifested?!

Imagine you are at point A and wish to reach point B. And you form an intention from the starting point, not from the final one.

“I do not want to be at point A.” And the Universe will provide you with an opportunity to leave this place.

But where should you go if you have not determined a specific destination? You will return back to point A.

But to get to point B, you need to define this formulation, movement towards point B. “I want to end up at point B.”

Build desires to arrive at something, not to run away from something.

If you have loans and want to close them as soon as possible, you will most likely make a wish to pay off the debt.

According to the law of energy, where we direct our thought, energy flows there. And with such a formulation, you fill the situation where you have a financial debt with power.

As a result, this debt will remain with you.

It would be more correct to express the intention from the final point, what you wish to achieve. In this version, thoughts are directed at the final result, which is then realized.

Desires born from fear, pain, or a problem will only strengthen these states and situations.

Everything that is in your head is manifested in your life. It is you who create the reality that you experience.

Every person is a master of manifestations, a creator of their own reality.

# Focus on the solution to the problem, not on the problem itself

If you still do not understand what you would like to achieve in life, then make a list of desires based on what does not suit you.

Write your desires in a column so that you can write a different formulation of that desire opposite.

When the list is ready, read each desire individually and ask the question: “What do I want instead of this?”

Write the result next to it, in the second column. Work with each desire.

For example, you have poor health, you are seriously ill. Instead of the desire not to be sick with a specific disease, write that you want to be completely healthy.

This way you will learn to think, focusing on the solution, not on the problem.

It is important to feel and realize exactly your own desires and needs.

Do not write desires for loved ones: for children, parents, brothers, and sisters. Only for yourself.

# Do not try on other people’s desires

Do not desire what others have. These are not your desires, and you do not know the ways to realize someone else’s model.

You do not know what difficulties another person had to overcome on the path to that dream.

To realize your true desires, you are given manageable obstacles; with others’ desires, you may not cope. You do not know what needs arise when realizing someone else’s intention.

When obtaining a result, your life should improve, not become even more complicated.

For example, a single woman believes that her married friend has a very good husband. He is a family man, domestic, loves children, provides for the family, and much more.

But when she meets a man with the same qualities, she encounters unpleasant moments in the relationship and realizes that she has to put up with some things and give up others.

She comes to understand that she does not need such happiness, that it was not her desire. That in reality, she wanted something completely different.

# Focus on the state, not on the object of desire

As a rule, when fulfilling their desires, a person wants not the object itself, but the state that possessing that object brings. A state of happiness and joy.

Learn to express your intention based on these feelings.

Formulate your intention in the present tense, as if it is already in your life.

If you want to have your own housing, then express the intention: "I enjoy living in my spacious, cozy home…" Instead of: "I live in a big house…"

After all, it might turn out that the house is not yours, you are either renting or living with your parents. And of course, such a situation will not add joy to your life.

Other examples of intentions that can bring positive feelings:

  • I am happy that I have…
  • The relationship I am in brings me joy…

Otherwise, you will get what you want, but its fulfillment will not bring you positive feelings. Or, on the contrary, it may bring pain and disappointment.

If you wanted to lose weight, and it came true in your life, but only through illness. Will such an fulfillment bring you positivity in life?

Or will it add more negativity to what is already there?

If the desire is directed at other people, reformulate it so as not to limit the freedom of action and choice of those people.

For example, you want your loved ones to be healthy and not get sick.

Express the intention based on your feelings, which will bring you the health of your relatives.

“I am happy that my children, parents… are absolutely healthy!” This formulation will be ecological.

# Every day take steps that bring you closer to a better life

Remember the expression that God has no hands but yours?

It is important to understand that you will never get a ready-made result.

To get somewhere, you need to set out on a journey. You need to be ready for action if you want changes in life.

The Universe will provide opportunities to fulfill your intentions in the best possible way. Be attentive and do not miss them.

Watch for changes in your life and listen to your intuition.

You will never become full by the wave of a magic wand if you simply express the intention for it. But you will be given the opportunity to obtain food for yourself and prepare a meal.

To get a result, you will have to see these opportunities, not miss them, and make an effort.

The road is mastered by the one who walks it

When expressing an intention, be prepared that you will need to step out of your comfort zone.

If you express an intention related to your development, it goes without saying that you will have to spend both effort and time on it.

For example, you wish to become wiser, to be strong in spirit, and to steadfastly endure all the hardships and deprivations in life.

Be prepared for difficult situations to begin arising, which will push you to deeply examine their essence and make wise decisions.

And there will be many such situations until you learn to automatically and consciously evaluate the moments happening to you at every step of your path.

Until you learn to look more broadly at all the problematic issues in your life and the lives of those around you, without judgment or complaints, without grumbling about what is happening or the injustice of life.
