Almost every person, regardless of their self-esteem, age, stage of spiritual development, or accumulated life experience, has some seemingly unattainable dream.
Realizing that it won’t come true, people forbid themselves from dreaming.
But if you allow yourself to take a closer look at your dream, you’ll understand that it’s not as unattainable as it seems.
Many people don’t allow themselves to even consider that they could get what they desire. So they don’t even look in the direction of their dream.
From an early age, I dreamed of having a family and children, but for me at that time, it seemed unattainable.
For someone else, traveling the world might seem unattainable. And that person forbids themselves from even thinking about it.
They deliberately avoid reading magazines or articles about travel because they believe they can’t afford to go anywhere.
It’s been said many times: if you dream about something so strongly that it takes your breath away, then there is definitely a resource for making that dream come true.
And there definitely exists a version of yourself that has already fulfilled that dream and is just waiting for you to reach out and ask how they achieved it.
We talked about how to communicate with more successful versions of yourself in the article “3 Ways to Get Help from Your Advanced Version.”
Believe that you are worthy of your dream
You don’t allow yourself to dream because subconsciously you don’t believe that you are worthy of this dream.
But much of what you have now was once unattainable for you too.
Go back to the past and remember how you dreamed about the job you’ve long since gotten. Or how you dreamed about some trip, and now it’s become a memory.
Focus on your successes. Each of us has achievements in something, things we are proud of. Even if it’s just one success in a lifetime, it’s there.
There are no people in the world who haven’t succeeded in at least one thing.
And if suddenly you find someone who says, “I’m that person, I’m a failure, I haven’t succeeded in anything, not even the smallest thing,” don’t believe them.
This means that either the person doesn’t know themselves, or their self-esteem is so low that they don’t notice their strengths, or they are being disingenuous and actually want praise, wanting others to see their merits and appreciate them.
Make an effort, look inside yourself, and see your treasures. Don’t downplay them. Try to notice even the smallest things.
Because it’s from the small things that the bridge is built from feeling worthless and insecure to recognizing your uniqueness, acknowledging your value, and understanding that you deserve the best.

Learn to distinguish an unrealistic dream from a dream without limits
Many people set impossible tasks for themselves, mistakenly believing that these goals are exactly what they need.
Because of this, obstacles arise, and in overcoming them, you drain your resources.
Or you simply can’t see how to get closer to the goal, so you’re afraid to spread your wings and fly — because falling hurts.
Where is the line between an unrealistic dream and a dream without limits?
On one hand, you need to realistically assess yourself and look at things realistically.
How do you avoid falling into depression from the fact that you’ve “realistically” assessed that you are unworthy, for example, of marrying a prince of royal blood, because you yourself are far from a princess?
And how, after that, can you manage to acknowledge your own worth? Where is this balance?
The balance lies not in evaluating yourself: I’m bad-good, worse-better, worthy-unworthy, but in understanding what you truly want. What you cannot imagine your happiness without.
What is a dream for most people? For many, this word is associated with something unattainable.
And what is unattainable for ordinary people? Untold riches, some princes, things that have nothing to do with reality.
Even if you gave them these things right now, they wouldn’t know what to do with them. They wouldn’t appreciate the happiness, they simply wouldn’t be able to feel it.
Therefore, the first thing to do is to think about what you truly want.
As Joe Vitale (author of the bestsellers “Life Without Limits”, “The Attraction Secret”, etc.) said, not everyone wants the same thing. And if you look closely, everyone wants something different.

10 Steps to Your Dream.
Get to Know Your Dream Up Close
Once you’ve determined what you really need, start dreaming.
Dream to your heart’s content. No one can take that away from you. Allow yourself, like a child, to dream every day.
Remember when you stopped doing that. At what age? It was probably in childhood. Perhaps your parents clipped your wings, or the dream turned out not to be so beautiful in reality.
Back then, in childhood, we were limited by parental prohibitions and couldn’t manage money ourselves.
But now you are your own master and you create your life every minute. It is within your power to create what you truly want.
Yes, a big dream is hard to bring to life, but you can start right now. At least don’t hide your true desires from yourself.
By looking at it up close, the dream will likely seem not so unattainable after all. And the path to its realization will open up to you.

Believe that the Universe is on Your Side
We forbid ourselves from dreaming because at the point we are in right now, we don’t see where to go. So we immediately cut off the possibility of achieving what we desire.
But if it were all that simple — you forbid yourself from dreaming and don’t think about it. You go to work, you do your routine… But no, life sends you hints, little beacons — there it is!
Sometimes acquaintances tell you how wonderfully they traveled to a place you only dream of visiting, sometimes you constantly come across happy mothers with strollers, while you dream of having a child.
Such reminders don’t leave you indifferent. This happens not to tease you, but so you don’t forget about your dream.
The Universe, just like your soul, is also interested in you getting what you desire.
While you surrender to it and when it has already come true, you experience such a range of feelings, a surge of positive emotions that enrich the overall emotional field of all people, raising the vibrations of humanity on a planetary level.
It benefits the Universe for your dream to come true, so it will help you in its fulfillment. It just needs your confirmation that you truly want this.
One of the confirmations is your visualization of the dream with emotional accompaniment (attunement) and faith that it will come true, even if you don’t know how at the moment.

Accept the Universe’s Challenge
Every big dream is connected to our limitations, otherwise everything would manifest in an instant.
If everything came true immediately without effort, what would be the point? Would you find life interesting knowing you could get what you want at the snap of a finger? I think not.
Perceive the path to your dream as a game, a quest.
You need to reach a certain level, go from point A to point B, complete a series of tasks, and you will get what you desire. Then excitement appears, hopelessness fades away.
The first signal that something great is about to happen in your life is inner resistance.
When you step onto the path of the unknown, a feeling arises inside that you are not ready for this. And you need to make an effort to overcome this step.
This is a signal that you are approaching your sought-after desire, your dream.
The price the Universe takes for fulfilling a dream is effort, stepping out of your comfort zone.
The bigger the dream, the stronger the inner resistance.
Perceive it as a friend, as a sign that after overcoming this effort, a new turn of development, your own evolution, awaits you.
As soon as the Universe is convinced that you have accepted this challenge, you will see the first step that brings you closer to your dream.

Move forward, don’t wait. Set off on this exciting journey already.
Step by step, you will realize that your happiness is not only at the end of the journey, but the journey itself.
