In this part of the article, I will share with you practices that will help you learn to trust yourself.
Using these recommendations, you will feel more confident when making decisions, and you will learn to understand your intuition.
And you will very soon notice that this is not only a useful activity, but also a very fascinating one.
You will stop tormenting yourself with doubts, stop regretting mistakes you’ve made or fearing to make new ones.
Because the understanding comes that any of your decisions will lead you to the right path.
That a mistake is just a signpost: “You are moving in the wrong direction, change course.”
And the sooner the realization of the error of your decision appears, the sooner you will turn in the direction you need.
It is important to understand that a mistake is not a loss, a mistake is a clue pointing the way.
How to learn to trust yourself
Where did we get this crazy idea that we should know how to live?
Does a tree know how to grow? Does a cloud know how to drift across the sky?
Does the wind know where it blows? Does the road know that it leads somewhere?
Don’t know how to live, just realize that you are Life itself, and life simply Is!
Life is very simple, but the mind makes it too complicated.

1. Enter a resourceful state
Recall situations in your life when you managed to achieve what you planned, when you did something successfully, when you were successful.
Situations where people around you supported you with words or actions, when help came to you.
Remember when a seemingly unfortunate situation turned out for you in the most unexpectedly favorable way.
Replay these episodes in your memories and nourish yourself with the confidence that everything works out well and for your benefit.
Experience the feeling of confidence that nothing is impossible, that everything will be fine.
Immerse yourself in this state, fill every cell of your body with it. And anchor this feeling using your breath into the earth.

2. Identify your strengths
Write down a list of your strengths, abilities, skills, and achievements on a piece of paper. List even things that seem insignificant to you.
For example: You cooked a delicious dinner — that is your skill. You believed in your abilities — that is your achievement.
Aim for 100 items; the more, the better.
After writing, read it over and notice what you feel as you read.
This exercise boosts self-confidence. Keep these notes, add new skills to them, and re-read them as needed.
3. Try to think positively
Develop the habit of supporting yourself with words of approval and looking at difficulties with humor.
This improves your mood and instills faith in yourself and your strength.
Positive thinking is a powerful resource in difficult situations, which increases self-trust.
4. Develop Your Intuition
There are many different exercises for developing intuition.
The most common one: your phone rings, and before answering the call, try to sense who is calling you.
A man or a woman, their age, the purpose of the call. Or maybe it’s someone you know, and you can sense exactly who it is.
During the conversation, pay attention to how well you feel your conversation partner. Observe what feelings you experience while communicating.
Don’t dismiss your sensations.
If you are calm or your heart is joyful, and everything inside you resonates with what you hear, it’s a sign that the information is beneficial for you.
But if you experience a state of mild anxiety or a knot in your solar plexus, it indicates that you shouldn’t trust what is being said.
After the conversation ends, mentally replay the entire discussion again, and you will surely pinpoint the moments that are important to you and understand what specifically you need to pay attention to.

A second version of the intuition exercise.
Try to sense someone close to you at the moment when they are at a distance from you. What is happening with that person, what are they wearing, what are they doing.
When you are seeking a solution to some question, the whole World gives you hints from different sides; you just need to learn to notice them.
It could be a phrase someone accidentally says, lines from a song, words on a poster, some picture, license plate numbers, or other digits.
Practice, and soon it will become your habit. You will easily be able to read information from different sources and in different forms.

5. Open a Channel of Communication with Your Higher Self
Every person is a manifestation of the Divine Source, Light, Love, Wisdom.
By connecting with it, you become one with a more expanded version of yourself.
Once you establish the connection, speak to your Soul as you would to a friend, as to the closest and dearest person.
Answers may come to you in the form of thoughts, like intuition or as your own voice, in the form of visualizations or dreams. It is all very individual.
Find time each day for 5-15 minutes to communicate with your Higher Self. Receive the information and be sure to write it down.
Gradually, your connection will strengthen, and you will receive more information.
But when you are just establishing the connection, simply believe in it and maintain the contact.
Over time, you will be in constant contact with your Higher aspect and feel this connection even amidst daily cares.
Answers will appear within you as thoughts, insights, when you know exactly how to resolve an issue, without any doubt. This is complete trust, complete unity.
Perhaps this seems difficult, but it is not.
Many people have gone through the stages of establishing a connection with the Higher Self and now use this ability in their lives.
The meditation “Dialogue with the Higher Self” will help you get answers from the Highest Version of Yourself to your questions.
6. Allow the Higher Powers to take care of you
It’s not always possible to handle a situation on your own, because there are many possible solutions. And finding the right one among this multitude is sometimes hindered by limitations.
Therefore, when a question arises that you don’t know how to solve, let go of the situation and hand the solution over to the Higher Powers.
Set the intention that everything will happen in the most favorable way for you.
We are not incarnated on Earth alone; each of us is accompanied by a huge support team of non-physical beings.
But don’t forget to ask them for help and support.
Your helpers are very interested in a positive outcome of the circumstances, but they do not have the right to interfere and help without your permission.
After you have handed over the solution to your support team, be attentive and watch for signs and clues.
Live your ordinary life, go about your daily affairs, and at the same time stay conscious and observe what events are happening around you, how the situation is unfolding.
What thoughts come and what feelings everything that is happening evokes.
What resonates with you, and what your Soul responds to. Believe that the solution to your situation already exists, you just need to understand and see it.
Everything best for us comes from above. And this is precisely the value of this method when solving difficult situations.
The Universe itself makes adjustments and creates circumstances, moreover, in the best and safest way for you. You just need to trust it.
7. Replace “mistakes” with “experience”
Remember a situation when it seemed to you that you had made a mistake.
But after some time, you realized that without that mistake, you wouldn’t be where you are now.
For example: You got a job, but the company went bankrupt and quickly closed. Left without a means of livelihood, you concluded that you had mistakenly chosen this company as a successful one.
But at this company, you met a person with whom you jointly started your own new business, and now you are very successful.
You gained experience at the first company and implemented that experience in your own.
I am sure there have been many such situations in your life. Remember them, analyze them, find the important turning points that led to the realization of your desires.
In this way, you learn to concentrate your attention not on mistakes, but on the experience that the situation gave you.
If there are situations in which you have not yet managed to find the pearl, know that at that moment, that version of you could not have acted differently.
When making decisions, be ready to perceive any result as experience, and troubles as an opportunity for something greater.
Learn to use any circumstances for your own benefit.
Trust in life allows you to take risks where others retreat.
8. Recommendation from Alena Starovoitova
This is advice that Alena shares with participants of the support webinar for clients of the “Keys of Mastery” training center.
“At the very least, listen to your body’s signals. Pay attention to the signs around you; these are basic things.
Here’s what I remember. Back in the day, I used to play games and make wishes, but I was more getting answers to questions.
When you doubt, or rather, when you don’t have information — and I’m one of those people for whom not knowing is much worse than knowing something bad.
I would stand in line and make a wish.
You know those childhood fortune-telling games: you look out the window, if a man walks by, it means this; if a woman walks by, it means that. Things like that.”
Remember, your true advisor is within you.
Trust that the moment will come when you will no longer ask for advice and will no longer need confirmation.
When you stop giving advice to other people, and you have no need to convince anyone of anything.
You will learn to live your own life in trust and allow others to do the same.
Examples of Self-Trust
I want to show you a couple of examples of how everything works out wonderfully for our girls when they fully trust themselves and believe that everything happens for the highest good.
Perhaps you are already familiar with some of these practices, or perhaps you have your own exercises or interesting stories related to intuition and self-trust.
