How to find your wholeness — a practice

“Husband and wife are one Satan”

“Two boots are a pair”

“Looking for my other half”

Familiar phrases, aren’t they? You’ve heard them more than once or twice. Each one implies that two people – a man and a woman – when entering into a close relationship, form a kind of whole. On one hand, this is a huge PLUS, because in such a union they gain strength, confidence, and possibly stability. But what happens when discord sets in and your beloved leaves your life forever?

  • Emptiness;
  • The pain of a serious loss;
  • Lack of desire to live;
  • A persistent feeling of loneliness;
  • You feel betrayed…

It’s as if a knife was plunged into your heart and split it into two halves… And half a heart, no matter how much it tries, cannot function fully!
