Games of the Mind. What role does the mind play in the new reality, and why you shouldn’t rely on it.

“We have crossed the line that separates us from the moment when we officially intend to separate from our minds from this moment onward. Accordingly, those who rigidly rely on their mind to define their purpose, their destiny, or their identity will find less and less of all this every day. Until you discover that you don’t even remember what it was like. The best thing you can do is relax and enjoy this wild ride. But those who are hooked and rely entirely on thoughts may experience headaches and other various manifestations.”

Jason Estes

According to this quote, our mind is losing its position as the dominant mechanism that guides our lives.

There are two signs associated with the mind’s game:

  • sadness, a sense of loss, inaction, withdrawal;
  • headaches, a feeling of memory lapses.

If such states prevail in you, it happens because you are sitting in your mind, playing by its rules.

In this article, we will examine the principles of how the mind works, what will happen to those who continue to rely only on their mind, and what we now need to rely on.

How the mind differs from intellect and consciousness. Principles of how the mind works

I have found a definition for myself: the mind is intellect illuminated by light.

Let’s play a chain of associations.

Imagine something round and green. What picture does the mind suggest? You can share in the comments.

The mind, in my understanding, is a computer, a repository of collected information.

Information is collected by our senses: touch, smell, sight, hearing, and some higher organs. And the place where this information is stored and processed is called the mind.

Now attention — an exercise. Pay attention to the logical chain of thoughts that will appear in your mind at this moment.

Riddle: What is this object? Long, oblong in shape, lilac in color, with gray-brown-crimson fluffy outgrowths of irregular shape.

All attention is on what the mind does. Do not try to guess what it is. Such an object does not exist. Watch the reactions. What did your mind do? “Long, oblong in shape” — followed by the thought: “cucumber.” “Lilac in color” — aha, “eggplant.” And what happened when — “gray-brown-crimson fluffy outgrowths of irregular shape”? It rebelled, no associations at all. It does not even want to think.

When the mind does not want to think — that is normal. But if the mind rebels, it issues its diagnosis “why you cannot do this.”

The mind is a program. It tries to access the “archive,” sifts through everything known, but there is no such match.

You felt that when the mind feels like a fool, it starts to devalue. Instead of saying: “I don’t know, I have no answer,” it says: “this is some nonsense” — devaluation begins.

Two criteria of the mind — good/bad

There is something that fits into the reality of your mind, and there is something that does not fit there. What does not fit goes against the plans and expectations of the mind and gets colored as “painful,” “I am suffering.”

The mind has two most powerful criteria: “like” and “dislike,” “good” and “bad.” A super tool for evaluating duality.

One who dwells in the mind does not hear their body or soul. They cannot follow the sensations that exist in the heart. At that moment, a person is entirely and completely in the mind, fully immersed in what is the foundation of duality — confrontation, opposition.

The mind likes it when you feel good, and it completely dislikes it when you feel bad. You start exercising. The first painful sensations appear, and then the thought: “Oh, let’s quit. This is bad. This is harmful.”

But in life, it often happens that when events do not meet expectations, people fall into suffering. They have imagined something in their head. In reality, it turned out differently, and — deep disappointment. The person is in shock.

Therefore, the mind is a good thing, but in terms of a storage facility for information.

Now the mind is losing its position, regardless of our desire or belief in this process. And we are moving to the moment when all our decisions and the actions following them will be dictated by the heart.

Cloud Storage

A cloud is a service located on the internet where you can upload all necessary data so as not to keep it in the computer’s memory.

Let’s translate this into an analogy with the mind. There is no need to remember everything at once; instead, there is the possibility that the needed information appears on request. That is, not when everything is stored in RAM, but in some cloud. You send a request there to retrieve something from it.

For many, this will be the case with the past. When you cannot immediately remember what happened, you send a request, and facts gradually begin to surface.

Those who work with huge volumes of information work exactly this way. Because it is impossible to store everything in memory.

Use task planners to write down meetings and reminders. Offload them from yourself. Why keep everything in your head when you can trust it to a reminder app.

If you remember your childhood and past poorly

This is related to timelines.

The more serious your transformations were, the more forks there were when you made powerful decisions, the less you will remember your past. Because after these decisive choices to go not there, but in a different direction, you have a different future timeline.

And the more such forks there were in your life between that moment of childhood and who you are now, the more alternative realities you have passed through and chosen.

Therefore, we often do not remember our childhood, we do not associate ourselves with it.

And when your classmates or relatives tell some stories from your childhood, you may be completely bewildered that this happened to you. This story evokes no associations in you.

Because you have moved to another timeline, to another reality, healed a traumatic event in that past.

Mind Games. Two Stories

Fear of Error

Currently, there is a disconnection of the autopilot.

A person is surrounded by a toroidal field. The heart also generates such a field, only smaller. Our mind creates exactly the same toroidal field. And our emotions, which are stored in the body, also create their own field.

Many people live in a dense information cocoon formed by thoughts (electric field) and emotions (magnetic field).

All of this together creates an electromagnetic field consisting of a person’s thoughts and emotions — predominant thoughts, predominant emotions.

If a person spends their entire life in negativity, inventing scary scenarios, being frightened and anxious about everything, then a powerful toroidal field of precisely those vibrational patterns forms around them.

If emotions of fear, feelings of worthlessness, self-pity, and victimhood prevail, a tandem emerges – negative thoughts like “I am a nobody,” amplified by corresponding emotions.

Now we are on the verge of exiting this simulation into reality. When this bubble bursts, it will contain obsessive thoughts and evaluations tied to emotions.

The mind accepts what is pleasant and rejects what is unpleasant. Moreover, pleasant/unpleasant is filtered through the prism of self-evaluation through the prism of mistakes.

And most people emerged from childhood with the trauma that making mistakes is bad; they live with guilt and shame for their failures, replaying how great it would have been to go somewhere, do something, how it could have been… But they do not lift a finger because they are afraid to make a mistake. I want to, but I do nothing – that is one story of the mind’s games.

The principle of the mind’s operation — the need to speculate

Another story is those who dwell in assumptions and fantasies.

It is normal not to know something. It is impossible to know everything. If you do not know something, voice it and go seek the answer to your question.

But many people have a mindset: if I don’t know something, then I’m a fool, a klutz. Because they evaluate intelligence through the prism of other people, as well as through the prism of others’ opinions: “What will they think of me?”

The first part is cloud memory, where information does not appear without a request. The second part is that the context gets erased.

There is a bare fact; you voice it if something is unclear or unsatisfactory to you. Or you go in circles, stay silent, and make assumptions.

A toroidal field is formed from these thoughts, and emotions arise in response to thoughts when there is trauma.

When higher powers direct energy to dissolve this barrier, for some it may manifest as headaches or tension in the neck.

How will this manifest? Imagine that all people are telepaths. Everything you wanted to hide, to put on a brave face when things are bad, all of it will be transparent and visible.

Many people are already experiencing discomfort. Too much that is false and fake has accumulated and built up in life over this time.

Now, all those who have been stuck in their minds will be hit, not in terms of pain, but in terms of a feeling of loss. And this loss borders on wanting to cry, but there is no reason for tears. It has washed over and receded.

The need to develop the mind

It is necessary to develop the mind — that is the ability to manage emotions and the mind. Not the mind controls you, but you control it. You don’t expect a hard drive to solve Einstein’s equations, after all. It’s just a storage of information.

Any question starting with “HOW?” — that comes from the mind. Always. Without exception. There are no options: you are either in the mind or in the body. This is a rare case of either/or, with no third option given.

You are either in the mind or in the body. You are either in the mind or in the heart. You cannot be in the heart and ask the question “how?” It simply does not arise there.

When you chant mantras or recite affirmations to yourself, a reset occurs.

If there is a part inside you that responds to negativity, you need to pull it out of yourself. And tell other people: “Thank you for showing me.”

As soon as all this nonsense creeps into your head and you cannot switch yourself, use the violet flame. Imagine that you are sitting and bathing in it.

At that moment, you build a vertical channel inside yourself, which closes shut during an emotional outburst.

Unknown Territory

You and I are approaching the point where we will find ourselves on uncharted territory. We have no map.

Learn to speak factually. Those who are still afraid of the unknown will have all their fears intensified.

Thoughts are electrical, and emotions are magnetic. The left hemisphere is considered logical; on one side, everything is logically structured, but on the other side, it is tied to time. The timeline is the past, present, and future. It is connected to the third dimension.

Everything we do, we often do cyclically — that is the fourth dimension. In the fifth dimension, time will be spiral. The mind is tied to linear time.

Most people live either in the past or in the future. “I will go,” “in 10 years I will achieve” — this is a feature of the third dimension’s timeline.

When you remove blocks and seals in the body, you manage to go beyond.

The fourth dimension is “here and now.” It is total presence in the present. The more of these seals that are broken, the more people will find themselves in the present.

Accordingly, at first, all that muck will rise up where you do the opposite. Distrust, doubt — these are all constructs of the mind. There is no constructive reality there.

The smartest people consider themselves stupid because they compare themselves based on certain achievements. Conversely, the dumbest people praise themselves.

If you are stuck in the past, it will chase and whip you. You may be going through a difficult period. And the future will also start to catch up, until you fully anchor yourself in the here and now.

If you want to be on earth, you must correspond to it. Therefore, the emotional and mental field is being cleansed.

To help your subtle bodies increase the conductivity of high-vibrational energy flows and anchor the Light in your physical body, we offer the course “Tools of Evolution 2.0”.

This practical course will help you establish an energetic connection with your Higher aspects, return to a state filled with Light, joy, and harmony, and learn to radiate this state outward.

How to stop being in your mind

The most valuable thing you can do for yourself right now is to stop diagnosing yourself. Accept any of your states just as they are today.

Today I feel like crying. Tomorrow I will feel like laughing. A brilliant phrase: “This too shall pass.” The main thing in all of this is not to betray yourself.

If you feel like crying, well, suffer a little, lie down, cry. Cry for ten minutes, and then get up, walk around, clean your house, do something physical.

The mind is the system administrator of our computer. Please, do not give it the authority to do things it cannot handle.

It cannot decide what to supply to whom. It cannot decide what will be for someone’s benefit. It is just a system administrator that stores keys and hands them out upon request. The request is yours.

At the slightest thing – violet flame, at night – a violet temple. If you are completely overwhelmed, sit in the violet pillars that we have been creating since March.
