From idea to execution. An algorithm to help you not give up on what you’ve started.

We are living through a powerful time when ideas come in batches, but also a huge amount of energy is given for their implementation. This process will continue to intensify.

It is a big plus when, in addition to the idea itself, energy also comes. But the catch is that all flows are cyclical. If you are at a peak today, tomorrow the flow may recede or you may be thrown out of it. And what will happen to your idea then? Will you stop or will you continue to implement it?

Read the article on how not to abandon what you have started.

The trend of an idea arriving together with energy for its implementation

I have noticed that this entire process of an idea arriving along with the energy for its implementation takes about 5-6 hours. Arrival, testing, action. It turns out to be a closed loop.

It is clear that not every idea can be implemented in a short time. This is a kind of test version. You first receive the full volume, test it, and then maintain it, but on your own.

If you are a creator, you have no problem with responsibility. You took this gift of energy, started implementing the idea, and you will not drop out along the way; you will finish it, because it is in your interest.

But many people end up with a “started and quit” situation.

Why many people abandon what they have started

For any idea, a certain amount of energy and an impulse are allocated to push you to start implementing it. Consider this a greeting from mentors, your higher aspects, or guardians.

You entered the flow, caught the idea, and took the energy for implementation. This is the initial impulse, but then you need to invest your own energy, and you are not investing it.

Some people simply because they are not used to taking initiative and responsibility for what they have started. And some people think that since the energy is gone and interest has disappeared, “it means it’s not mine.”

So you are backing down: “That’s it, I’m not interested because I don’t know how, I don’t want to, I don’t understand how this happens.”

Therefore, it is important to support your idea and continue taking actions to implement it.

Algorithm for bringing an idea to a result

1. Be in a generating state

If you are a generator of energy, then it initially depends on you whether this impulse will come to you. In a state of burnout, no ideas take off.

Your task is to be in an open generating state. This way you prepare the ground to catch this impulse, and then with this obtained reservoir of energy, proceed to implement the idea.

Basic practices will help you with this.

2. Establish energy exchange (receiving and giving)

Everyone receives energy based on their energy capacity. And capacity grows when you give and take, rather than only take and give nothing back.

And this is another reason to start actively engaging in this exchange.

3. Maintain the necessary energy level for implementation

Learn to maintain the required energy level to implement the idea.

Generators do not waste energy because they turn on at any moment. Monitor when there is not enough spark and add it, turn on.

4. Initiate the Impulse

You can, of course, wait for this impulse to appear, but I usually take a different path. I start doing something creative. At that moment, energy spins up, the impulse starts, and you switch to the tasks that need to be done.

Ways that help initiate the impulse:

  • music
  • mantras
  • nature
  • favorite activity
  • dancing, singing
