Energy bankruptcy

Vitality is the amount of energy you bring into the world each morning.

A positive outlook on life, playfulness, and creativity all boost your vitality reserves.

Negative emotions, especially anger, resentment, and constant judgment of yourself and others, drain the life force from any person.

Sometimes by the end of the day you feel completely drained, “wrung out like a lemon.” This means you’ve used up all your vital energy — in other words, you’ve become an energetic bankrupt.

In this state, you have no energy left to manifest what you’ve envisioned or to bring your projects into physical reality.

Energetic bankruptcy leads to a drying up of your financial flow.

If you remain in a state of energetic bankruptcy for a long time, your financial opportunities will dwindle to nothing.

A person’s level of vitality depends directly on the life phase they are in at any given moment.

And in accordance with that phase, you need to spend your energy wisely, adapting flexibly and staying in the flow of life.

The main phases that every person goes through, one way or another, are:

  • the phase of actively absorbing energy and information, in the form of information packets downloaded during sleep or conscious wakefulness (don’t confuse this with the information you get from various websites, books, or seminars);
  • the integration phase;
  • the phase of expansion and application of what you’ve received;
  • the phase of self-discovery or stillness;
  • the phase of passing on accumulated knowledge and skills.

The order of phases I’ve listed here is approximate.

However, there is no doubt that the phase of receiving new energies and frequencies must always be followed by an integration phase, during which you allow yourself to step back from activity, thereby helping your physical body cope with overload and recalibration.

This places certain “obligations” on you as an energetic being: if you continue to be active during this period, generously sharing your energy with others, you will end up depleted yourself.

And although each phase is unique and unfolds according to your personal development plan, they are often closely tied to various cosmic events: key dates, the cosmic new year (which begins with the opening of the Lion’s Gate at the end of July each year), solstices and equinoxes, solar and lunar eclipses, and so on.

These are the significant dates that the Higher Forces use to “charge” us with energy and to carry out various activations and initiations.

Let’s sum it up. To co-create your reality — and therefore to have enough vital energy — you need to:

— Be clearly aware of what you spend your energy on and how you spend it.

— Put an end to judgment and negative emotions once and for all.

— Know which life phase you are currently in and act accordingly.

— Shift your communication from a horizontal level to a vertical one — that is, at any moment be a channel that transmits energy, rather than drawing on your personal “reserves,” which don’t actually exist in nature.

What is energetic bankruptcy?

Energetic bankruptcy is a state in which a person has completely exhausted their vital energy. It manifests as a feeling of being drained and empty by the end of the day. Remaining in this state for a prolonged period leads to a drying up of financial well-being and the disappearance of opportunities to bring your intentions into reality.

What increases and what decreases a person’s vitality?

A positive outlook on life, playfulness, and creativity increase vitality. Negative emotions — especially anger, resentment, and constant judgment of yourself and others — drain and deplete your energy.

What are the main life phases that affect your level of vitality?

Your level of vitality directly depends on the life phase you are in. The main phases are: active absorption of energy and information, integration of what has been received, expansion and application of knowledge, the phase of self-discovery and stillness, and the phase of passing on accumulated knowledge and skills. In each phase, it is important to spend your energy wisely and stay in the flow of life.
