In the first part, we examined the theoretical aspect of how solar activity affects us.
In this article, you will learn how to help your body during downloads of cosmic energies. We will also touch on the topic of nutrition, how taste preferences change during the activation of the solar body, and what dietary discipline is recommended from a spiritual perspective.
Helping the body begins with your choice
Carefully filter the information you consume.
Evaluate it based on the principle: does this information help you attune to your harmonious state, or does it knock you out of a state of inner harmony?
This is critically important now.
When you are in a bad mood, have no energy, or something has happened, remember Baron Munchausen. If you do not pull yourself out at that moment, you will be dealing with the consequences for a long time.
And if pulling yourself out of a swamp-like state is not a priority for you, that is your level of responsibility.
If you choose to sink, sink. If you choose to soar, soar.
Every second, you can make a different choice. Cry, sob, and then immediately start soaring. The rescue of the drowning is the work of the drowning themselves.
Until you pull yourself out to at least a state of equilibrium, any external influence will be a catastrophe for you because your external supports will collapse.
When you pull yourself out, you build a support within yourself. Then, no matter what happens in the external world, you can remain inside in joy, harmony, and a state of calm.
If an external factor provokes you to the opposite, you must make an effort to pull yourself out. There will be no savior who will come and put things in order.
Everyone is responsible for themselves. That is what it means to take responsibility for your life.
That is, to take responsibility first and foremost for your mood, your energy level, for what you do, for what you project into the world, and for what you receive back.
The formula is simple. You just need to do it. Only you choose whether to feel bad or good.
If you woke up in a bad mood or lack energy, it is your choice to keep nagging, criticizing, and berating yourself.
Or you can accept your state and do everything to return to a good, balanced, harmonious perception and experience of reality.
This is the maximum and at the same time the minimum you can do for yourself.
To rewrite your body’s habitual reactions (requests), meticulous step-by-step work is required—when you nurture your body to an adequate state.
The body is the temple of the soul.
When you look at your body from this perspective, you refuse/stop poisoning, violating, and causing it pain.
Your body is your child, whom you can raise and nurture, or you can choose not to raise and nurture. Everyone decides for themselves.
What will help ease the activation of the solar body
If you feel not at your best during solar flares or magnetic storms, it means you are continuing to resist.
Recall the metaphor of the “transparent vessel” (or “be like a cloud” in Jason Estes’ interpretation).
When you are a transparent or empty vessel, everything passes through you easily (thoughts/emotions flow in and out). You cling to nothing and hold onto nothing.
For example, when you catch a negative emotion, you do not try to amplify it and thereby strengthen it.
A thought appears, and you do not dwell on it because you have no need to. You do not like this thought—why pay attention to it—you let it go.
In the same way, when you are a transparent empty vessel, any radiation, flashes, and the like pass through you. For this, you simply need to not cling.
People are masters of clinging to everything: to obsessive thoughts, suffering, emotions.

Overcoming the barrier of mental preoccupation
But no matter what happens, it is important to learn to accept yourself in any state. This will bring you tremendous relief.
You set aside any thoughts and judgments.
Your first task is to take care of yourself.
When you take care of your body, it is in those moments that you overcome the barrier of mental preoccupation. When you satisfy the body’s needs, you immediately begin to feel a connection with your heart and soul.
As long as you betray/ignore your body, you remain in your head.
Many people have already managed to overcome the barrier of mental preoccupation. The new feeling of drive and bliss, which persists despite different circumstances and the “weather” of life, is confirmation of this.
These people have cultivated their solar light body to such a level that their bodies no longer feel the former physical discomfort.
There are no more terrible headaches, sharp pressure changes, pressure on the eyes, or tinnitus, etc.

Where “photoaging” (aging from the Sun) comes from
If there is light and harmony within you, and love reigns (not just once a day, but relatively consistently), the functions of regeneration and rejuvenation naturally activate within you.
This is the level at which the immortal physical body operates, where the etheric copy of your body comes into play.
At this level, your Higher Self resides within you, not somewhere outside.
But if you continue to dwell on bad news, in resistance and struggle, there is no room for light inside you; fear lives there, which automatically reflects on the body.
Is ascension possible while preserving the physical body, and how is this related to food consumption?
For the most part, humanity has been bound by 3-D laws.
I have always wanted ascension, a transition in the body. I had a clear number one priority: to accomplish all of this in the physical body, meaning with the preservation of the physical body. I have gone through practices of dying, traveling to other worlds, and so on—but this had to happen only with the preservation of the physical body.
The possibility of ascension/rising in Spirit within the existing body opened up at the end of the last century.
Many of you have incarnated right now because this potential has become possible.
Discipline in eating from a spiritual perspective
Your density is formed, in part, from your food.
Since bodies are now shedding density, you may naturally feel less need for food. The question is what you eat and in what quantities.
You cannot force yourself to eat. If you continue to overeat, cleaning your plate completely, you are fueling your dietary indulgence.
You drink water because water helps conduct energy. This applies only to pure water (without impurities like soups, juices, etc.).
Most people are severely dehydrated. Bodies now need much more water than usual.
Listen to the wishes and needs of your body.
Your mind is a three-year-old child. It wants everything at once if you don’t restrain and discipline it.
The mind generates its own horrors and scares on the wave of collective fear and can run wild. The same is true for the body.
There are people with unrestrained eating behavior. They have no sense of moderation, eat everything in sight, and cannot stop.
There are a huge number of people who are used to eating their problems and thus gain weight uncontrollably.
There are people who, in a state of stress and anxiety, on the contrary, stop eating, and they have to force themselves to “sustain life in the body.”
The body is a child until you raise and educate it to the level where it begins to feel what is beneficial for it and what is not.
You must cultivate healthy eating habits—by willpower. And only then do you begin to hear the true needs of your body (to eat a certain amount at a time when the body wants it).
The feeling of fullness always lags, meaning it comes a little later.
You eat a portion, pause, and observe the feeling of fullness. If you feel full, you stop eating.
Your body also needs grounding, but in small amounts. For this reason, you may periodically feel a need for meat.
Sometimes it’s enough just to catch and taste the flavor that you currently lack or crave. You don’t have to overeat for that.

Fasting from the Mind
Fasts imposed on yourself from the mind cannot be beneficial for you. The body wants to eat.
You catch this signal, but make a willful decision to fast. By doing so, you violate your body, ignoring its needs.
You can choose a different path.
For example, use every moment when your body does not want to eat, and support these moments, but do not feed yourself on a schedule.
Many people still continue to practice fasting days from the mind, for example, observing religious fasts.
A 3-D person full of fears, negativity, and grievances begins to physically shed density and suddenly turns out to be unprepared for the expansion taking place.
All the negativity sitting in the cells rises up in them, all locked emotions, all suppressed aggression and anger.
The body becomes lighter and begins to reject what does not resonate with it at that moment, what its lightened vibrations do not match.
Too much was locked in the body’s cells, which begins to come out. For this reason, it may seem that a person who is seemingly adequate in ordinary life loses their mind during fasts.
How to determine if you are okay (what level you are currently at). What is harmful and not harmful for the body
The only parameter that will help you determine if everything is okay with you is sensations in the body (whether you feel great or bad).
If you feel bad, this is how your negative thoughts and limiting beliefs manifest themselves. And vice versa.
You can literally count in hours/minutes the periods when you feel good/bad, and thus determine where you are right now.
Start by accepting any state you are in — it is what it is for now.
If this state does not suit you, take action — pull yourself out of it without delay.
The worse the situation, the more self-care you must show right now. If you don’t, you will be dealing with the consequences for months.
